When I arrived I inquired about the thin noodles and stated that I hate fat noodles. I was then directed to an area on the menu where they were located. I then ordered and when it arrived it was the fat noodles. He said that they were what I ordered. Apparently he did not understand my English. The food was mediocre at best. I called in advance to pick up in ten minutes on a Sunday. I considered it a very good choice. 4 of us ate for $27. Beef and Broccoli tasted fresh and was hot. I read the bad reviews and I ignored them because this place is across the street from the hotel I was staying at. I have to agree this is some pretty weak Chinese. Ordered the Orange chicken. So take sweet and sour chicken then replace sweet and sour sauce with orange sauce and voila! Orange chicken. It was gummy and nasty and soggy and surprisingly bland. All the soy, duck and hot mustard in the world couldn't fix this disaster. The fried rice was pretty lousy too. I don't take any pleasure in giving a bad review, but I wanted to warn other possible customers that not everyone has the same opinion of what is coming up as a 4+ star rating. I took the recommendation of yelp reviewers choosing this Chinese restaurant and have to say, I was pretty disappointed with the quality. So much so that I decided to sign up on Yelp so I could leave my own review. Not sure why it got such high rating. Firstly, the Pan Fried Dumplings were a gummy mass of Japanese "gyoza" and not the large plumb and crispy version I expected, the House Special Fried Rice was pallid in color and lacking any defining flavor - even though I asked for spicy. The Honey Chicken and, my usual favorite, General Tso's Chicken were indistinguishable from one another and a pale comparison to the usual layering of sweet, savory, spicy and golden crispy goodness. Finally, the Beef Lo Mien was more like spaghetti with a mushy brown and stringy meat mash up. read more

It is ok if you are craving Chinese but not the best .You can eat in, but it is more of a carry out place. Clean. I tried the beef chow mein. I had to put a lot of soy sauce on it. We live right up the street from this restaurant and order from it often. They always have great food friendly service and are very reasonably priced. This is our go to Chinese restaurant in our neighborhood and we recommend it to all of our neighbors and call them all the time when we have family over and just don't feel like cooking. I am a long-time customer and resident of Dania Beach and I will Never go to this restaurant again. They gave my order to another customer. To make matters worse, as I sat there, that customer came in and told the employees he had inadvertently picked-up the order from the wrong restaurant. This was my order. The employees thought I did not see or hear this. and they tried to give me that food. The food had gone home to the customer's house and was brought back. This is much better then average Chinese take out, yes I have had better at 3x the price but in Dania Beach they are your go to place. Some people have mentioned MSG and they do not use MSG, this is one of the reasons I went here the first time over 8 years ago. No other place in town does this and even the ones that say they will cook with out it already have it in their pre-prepared stuff like soup and sauses. As mentioned by others they are very flexable to your likes and dislikes even with their lunch specials, change up the rice, trade soup for the eggrole. Beats Panda any day.
