We had fried fish and a shrimp boil. Every thing was way over salted, especially the batter for the fish. But they have great draft craft beer and it was on special so that kind of made up for the salty food. I love cheap draft that is good.

Delicious food. But a spider was crawling on my leg while I was waiting for my check. I have arachnophobia (an intense, irrational fear of spiders, affecting up to 15% of the population, often causing severe anxiety, panic attacks, and avoidance behaviors). I am now crying. But I would come back here cuz it was hella good

My wife and I were in Orlando visiting our granddaughter who is working at Universal Studios. She was working so we decided to check out the Hungry Crab. And we are glad we did! Came for an early dinner, so not too busy. But traffic was - took us 45 minutes from resort 2 blocks away! Yikes! We were seated right away and brought menus and drinks. Everything looked good, and the smells wafting through the dining area were heavenly. My wife went for the Combo Boil, Crab & Shrimp, with potatoes and corn. I wanted to try the Gumbo and have the Fried Oyster Platter with Onion Rings. While we waited, I walked around to take pictures, and maybe grab some smells closer to the kitchen. This place is decorated to the Hilt! Sea themes everywhere, even a Pirate at the door to greet you. Take it all in. I also chatted with the little Bot at the front. I believe you could send him with message or to make a trip to a specific table. But I was afraid I'd mess something up. My Gumbo came and was not disappointing. Great flavors of the Bayou and some kick. We both loved it. Then my wife's Boil came in a huge plastic balloon. When she opened it, the flavors just burst out. She loved it. My Oysters were lightly breaded, crispy but still juicy inside and my Rings were great, real onions! Great food, great service, quiet enough to talk. Will be backing to see Granddaughter again and take her here - after 7:00 PM, not 5:00!

I have to say this placed surprised me. We stopped by being we were in the área. Our food was actually packed with flavor. Specially the boil. I picked the garlic butter seasoning with no spice. The server was very pleasant and helpful. The potatoes were nice and soft and as you dip the corn in all that seasoning it elevated it for me. The ambiance was very seafood. I think the decorations were a bit overkill but that's just my opinion.

Wings were good. Actual seafood is mids. I wish they had better quality seafood for being a seafood place. The flavor was great just didn't like the quality of the seafood. Drinks were good beer was cold. Service was great! Ambiance is also great. Honestly won't be back unless it's to eat wings and have a cold beer.

S1 hungry special $33.95 crab legs, shrimp, mussels, corn, potato, egg

Hungry special combo S1 for $33.95. Included snow crab, shrimp, mussels, corn on the cob (soaked up the juices so yummy), potato and hard boiled eggs. They also have $10 lunch specials which is what drew me in. Shrimp/ mussels etc. So glad I stopped here rather than nearby chic fil a / Arby's / Wawa / Panda Express. The hungry seasoning / sauce was the best I've had at a crab boil restaurant. We got medium spicy which is a bit hot but was just right (for kids I'd go mild). Service was great and we were in and out pretty quickly. Garlic breadsticks were fine but a Texas toast or other bread would've soaked up the broth better. I'm visiting from California and we could never find these deals at a crab boil! We walked away with full bellies and happy :) Ambience was super cute as well. Great decor. Big roomy restaurant.

Now that was fun!! The entire family was messy and full when we were done - and we wouldn't have wanted it any other way. We ordered the Festival. After getting advice on how to separate shells from meat the fam went to town. Our server was outstanding as he nailed our order, kept our drinks full, and provided the training mentioned above. Thanks for a great time!

Crawfish needs work. Very bland, unfortunately. Tastes like they were boiled in plain water and then seasoned afterward.

Normally we do Joe crabs shack when in Orlando but last time we were disappointed and wanted to try a new place this time. This was not our 1st time ordering a crab boil but, it was our BEST boil! Our waitress, Danielle was helpful in providing recommendations. I am an Oyster lover so, I started with 1/2 dozen. Pretty affordable at $14.00 and they were fairly large. The Hubby is not so much a fan so, he started with a bowl of New England Clam chowder, pretty hearty. We simplified our boil and got 1 lb of crab and 1/2 lb of shrimp, no heads. Opted for the garlic butter sauce which was so yummy. The boil comes with corn and potatoes. You are given a plastic bib and gloves but, honestly, the boil is a little messy which makes it interactive and fun! Overall, an affordable seafood restaurant considering the cost of crab these days.

Needless to say we instantly ordered and to our surprise food started arriving within 10 minutes and was fresh and piping hot. It was perfectly seasoned and hit all the savory spots in the mouth and was absolutely not salty or spicy. My companions added their own spice but I was happy!! Staff was busy, but it's a small restaurant with only 6 tables. 2 looked liked they ordered already and 3 were getting ready to leave. After being seated it took a while before water was given to us. Menus were given to "to go customers" before they were given to us. Then the order for "to go's" were taken before they any server looked in our direction again. All in all, it was over 20 minutes in the restaurant before we walked out. Can't say anything about the quality of the food, since we didn't get to order, but imo, it looked like a menu designed for folks that don't know anything about Thai food.

The hotel lobby was very clean and sleek, and the concierge were very nice and communicative! The restaurant is just inside on the first floor, and was very well presented. It was very slow this morning for brunch, and we had no problems finding a place to sit with our little 2 month old boy! The staff served us quickly, and explained each of their recommendations. I'm so glad we listened because each of the items were beautifully presented, and so so delicious. We started with the tuna pizza, mainly because we were curious, and that was the most unique take on pizza/seafood in my opinion. The tuna was so fresh, the garlic aioli complimented very well with the crisp cracker/crust. I had the Ette Norwegian Benedict and was very happy. The smoked salmon was very tasty, and the side arugula and avocado salad was very fresh. Maddie had the lobster roll which absolutely slapped! Lastly, we were recommended the AB Chocolate in a cup, and WOW you must try this! Very warm nutella chocolate cake at the bottom, vanilla ice cream all the way to the top of the cup, and topped with a hard chocolate disk and banana foam. It was honestly one of the top desserts I have ever had. We shared one, but so tempted to order another one! I can't wait to come back and try some of their cocktails sometime with dinner!

You have to pay to secure your seating, including mandatory 20% tip. Equaled out to $100/pp. Very steep! Reservations were easy on Open Table. We arrived separately & met in the lobby of the hotel the restaurant is in. Very upscale. Gorgeous. Literally NO guests visible. No staff at the hostess station. When I walked in to the bar to ask about seating, I got very dismissive responses from the bartender & the person who ended up being the host. Like WEIRD rude. Service was extremely slow, even though the restaurant was largely empty the whole time. It was unnerving. The tea refresh was simply more hot water, NOT a fresh tea bag, so round two was basically flavorless. Ew. The server was really nice, but the long waits to get her attention were frustrating. And the water bottles were kept away from our table (?). I was having thirsty day, so my tongue was sticking to the roof of my mouth for way too long. When I asked for the bottle, she acted like she was irritated because it was "right behind" (me). Where neither of us could see it??? The lighting was AWFUL so most of the pics look bad, even with heavy editing. You can tell it's beautiful, but the pics are rough. Now - the settings were GORGEOUS. The dishes and flatware were beautiful. The water options were wonderful. The food is in the top 3 of any tea service I've ever had. The tea itself is hands down the best tea I've EVER HAD anywhere. You get a sampler box to smell before you choose, and there were so many that I loved. I ended up with Marco Polo blue, add honey and cream. I couldn't finish all the food, and they boxed the remainder up. Let me take the remainder of my water bottle home. Pushed for a review HARD. So here it is. We have to remember that the Michelin rating is solely for the food, not the decor, not the service. It definitely delivered there, but the rest really fell flat. For the price I'd expect way more as it's about double what tea costs anywhere else in the entire area.
