Located right by Santa Clara University, there are several tables for indoor seating and a few outside as well. Provolone Italian sausage philly (3/5): a bit too oily. The Italian sausage was very flavorful though. I wished there was a bit more cheese. Nonetheless it was pretty good. Service was quite slow. We had to wait about 20-30 minutes for our food. Tap to pay is accepted. Overall, Hungry Hound is alright. The price is a bit high for the service and food you get.

Bad prices online the prices are not accurate and even at the restaurant it says the burgers I got are $10.00 plus fries and apparently the total is $50. What in the fuck is that. Rude owners and bad service. Place is run down asf also. Also when others walked in they ordered so much for than me and only were charged $25. ALSO DOUBLE CHEESE BURGER AND YOU GIVE ME A 1 PATTY BURGER ON A SANDWHICH BUN!

My family and I love this place! The portions are huge and the folks running this place are so nice! Very friendly and down to earth. Everything we've ordered has been delicious!

Most of the food in the chafing dishes was cold, including the carving steak station. The made-to-order omelette station took quite a while and initially was only offered as a vegetarian option, though we were eventually able to add protein. Even then, it was just okay. The dessert and fruit assortment were also pretty average. On the positive side, the seafood assortment was excellent and the made-to-order waffles were definitely a highlight. Our server, Estefania, and the support staff were top-notch and provided excellent service throughout the experience. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and beautifully designed.

We had a lovely dinner here for my husband's birthday…read more Our server, Val, took excellent care of us. I had made reservations for dining on the second floor. It's really nice and classy up there and not as loud as the bar area downstairs. When we were brought menus, my husband was surprised to see a birthday greeting with his name at the top of his menu. That was such a nice touch. We started off the night with some drinks and appetizers. My husband tried the Dalmore flight of whiskies and I had the Mastro margarita. We tried the sautéed scallops, French onion soup, and lobster bisque. The scallops were prepared perfectly. You get three large scallops in a savory sauce with tomatoes, garlic, and Parmesan cheese served with three long garlic toasts. My husband enjoyed his French onion soup. The lobster bisque was huge. Actually, both soups were quite large. Val topped my lobster bisque, table side, with cognac-infused cream and chives. It was creamy, rich, and delicious. I was surprised at the amount of lobster pieces in it. It was full of lobster. For our mains, my husband ordered the 23 oz dry-aged bone-in ribeye and I ordered the 14 oz bone-in filet mignon with bearnaise sauce on the side. We also ordered the 1-pound loaded baked potato and sautéed asparagus for our sides. Both our cuts of meat were prepared to a perfect medium-rare. My husband's ribeye was huge. He loved it. My bone-in filet mignon was so delicious and flavorful. It paired well with the bearnaise sauce. The asparagus was sautéed with garlic and butter. It was very flavorful and a good choice to have with the steak. The baked potato was a beast. It was so big that we could only get through half of it. The bacon they used was so smoky and crispy. It was loaded with butter, sour cream, cheddar cheese, bacon, and chives. It was perfect. At this point, we were so full. They wrapped up all our leftovers to take home. They brought my husband a birthday dessert. It was a butter cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream with fresh fruit and a huge side plate of fresh whipped cream. I couldn't believe how big the plate was for the whipped cream. The dessert was sweet and rich and the whipped cream was sweetened just right and went perfectly with the dessert. Our experience here was excellent. Customer service was top notch. They really go above and beyond to make sure you are have the best experience. Everything was amazing and we will definitely be back soon. A special thank you to Val for all her tips and recommendations and for making my husband's birthday extra special.

A lot of their items appear to be made from scratch, like their cheese sauce and they clearly make their own chips for the nachos, etc. The seasoning they put on the beef is awesome. It is so flavorful and just elevates whatever beef dish you order. I have only done DD with this place, but the majority of the time my food shows up piping hot and it's a little bit of a drive, so I appreciate the extra effort they put into making sure their customers receive hot food. I am addicted to their shrimp. They are always flavored so well, so I always get a side of shrimp. I typically use them for a salad or do shrimp and cook a steak the next day. I have tried their Mac & Cheese and like I mentioned, the cheese sauce is made from scratch. It's hearty and the perfect comfort food. The last two times though they didn't dish up as much as they used to, so I don't know if they are cutting back on the serving sizes or if I just hit it on a night where it was someone else cooking that is a little more stingy. That was a little disappointing. I also really like their BCB Eggrolls (bacon cheeseburger). They are simple, but with the flavoring they put on the ground beef, all the cheese, and the sauce they send to dip them in I like them. The mashed potato is massive and tasty too. The smash burger is so flavorful and yummy. The fried rice is good as well, but I don't love the sweet sauce they drizzle over it but that's just because I am not a huge fan of sweet things. Oh, and don't pass over the grilled cheese and tomato soup. I don't even like tomato soup, but they make a good one. As you can see, we have ordered from there often and almost every time it's delicious. Definitely give this place a try even if you just order it from a food delivery company. It's fresh, has a homemade feel to it, and it's great comfort food.

Hey there party People…read more Decided to venture into Willow Glen today on the hunt for something new to try. Boy howdy did we hit the Mother Load with "The Table". We hit the Brunch hour and the place was rocking. We were able to sit right down amazingly. There is a fabulous patio to people watch and enjoy the California weather. Our server Charles was really great. He walked us through the menu giving us the 911 on watch to order. Most of the plates were perfect shareable bites. Making it easy to try multiple plates and really get your inner Foodie on. We started with the Seasonal Banana Pancakes with crushed walnuts and cinnamon maple syrup. Inside the pancakes were fresh bananas and the walnuts were crushed very small but added a great texture. Moving on to the Chicago Steak sandwich don't get confused but in Chicago they refer to Roast Beef as steak. The Au Jus dip was very flavorful without being a salt bomb. Loved the potato roll they used all round a killer sandwich. Going a little outside the box we tried the Jerk Chicken Sandwich. The pineapple slaw with this amazing peppery chutney type sauce played so well with the acid of the pineapple. Another must have sandwich. I ask you how can you go to a new restaurant and not have some dessert. With everything else being so good our expectations were pretty high and we were not disappointed. The Giant Profiterole is exactly that GIANT and stuffed with White Chocolate Gelato and Hot Chocolate Sauce that you can drizzle over the top. To fricken die for good. If you are in Willow Glen and you don't stop here you are missing out on something wonderful. Be kind to one another

When we were seated, we were given a list of items that were not available. I originally wanted to try the pancakes but ended up ordering the chicken sandwich instead. This was genuinely one of the worst chicken sandwiches I have ever had. It was extremely gristly, fatty, and made with dark meat, which felt like an odd choice for a chicken sandwich. I'm not sure why this cut of chicken was used. The fries were alright, but they did not come with the sandwich and cost an additional $5. Our total came to almost $90 for three entrees with no beverages. I was especially frustrated because my sandwich was inedible. For the price and quality, I will not be returning and would not recommend this place.
