We really enjoyed our stop here! The service is OUTSTANDING. Lori was our server and we never needed a thing! Hash browns were sooooo good. I would visit again just to have them. Eggs medium were perfect and so few places cook them well. Sausage patties were quite dry but good flavor. Bacon was just right...crisp with a little toothsome chew. Ok - pancakes. Enormous. Huge. Pretty good tasting. French toast - huge and thick. Not my fave...it didn't have enough salt or vanilla for me but the bread itseld was fabulous. But y'all....THE CINNAMON ROLL. We finally had the opportunity to catch The Hungry Hunter open. We were lucky to only have a 5-10 minute wait. By the time we were leaving, it was a 45-60 minute wait. However, I would've told those waiting, it was worth the time! We both opted for omelets. My husband had the Spanish, substituting jalapeños for the sweet peppers. I had the Western. I can honestly say it was the best omelet I've had anywhere in the Branson area (that includes Billy Gail's, Farmhouse, Clockers, and several others). We asked for extra crispy hash browns & they were perfect. Their bread is homemade. Coffee was great. And, we brought home one of their homemade cinnamon rolls which look delicious! Service was excellent! We will definitely return to try some of their other menu options. They serve lunch (beginning at 11 until closing at 1:30), but we'll have a hard time getting off of the breakfast menu which they serve until they close. read more

I'm giving this four Branson stars. I say "Branson Stars" because if you spent any time in Branson you know it's difficult to find good restaurants. Some highlights: We liked the fun train track that circled around the ceiling keeping the kid's attention. If you've looked at some of the pictures everyone seems to photograph the cinnamon roll. I would definitely get one of those to split with the table. It was too heavy on the cream cheese icing but most may like that. The staff is very friendly and the portions are huge. 4.5 * This place is poppin, we came here Labor Day weekend because a local said she could never get in. So my son and I tried it, the wait time upon arriving was a bit over an hour. The building is small and only have a handful of tables compared to other restaurants. We decided to get it to go, prices were reasonable and the portion sizes are massive. My son and I ate breakfast on the water and neither of us could finish all of our food. I would definitely say come and try it out if you want to eat local and try something new. Stopped in late AM and was told wait would be 45 minutes to an hour and decided to wait. We were seated about 20 minutes later. Lori was our waitress and was great. I had biscuits and gravy with hash browns and side of bacon. Big portions and tasted great, especially the bacon. Wife had muffin with eggs cheese and bacon and hash browns. Had a friend recommend this place. Well our experience was excellent! Small place, clean and simple. The staff is hustling keeping orders going in and out, cleaning tables, filling drinks. Like a well oiled machine. We had breakfast here yesterday and decided before we left that we would be back again today! They are a popular spot so be prepared to wait at least 15 to 30 minutes for a table. If you get here early your wait time will be less. Large groups tend to come here which makes it difficult to get a table quickly. If there are just 2 of you they have 4 barstools. Not very comfortable but gets you in faster(especially if your starved like we were, lol) The portions are HUGE! We shared the western omelette and were completely satisfied. The restaurant is small but clean. It is busy so expect a wait they will take your phone number and call you so you can sit in your car. Server was super sweet. The service was good and quick. Pancakes were extremely large draping over the sides of the plate, and they were gummy in texture with no crispiness, but had good flavor. I probably wouldn't order them again but that's a personal preference. The hashbrowns tasted like they were cooked and fake butter. The eggs were good. Bacon was good. Chicken fried steak was OK.
