What did I just experience?…read more Some friends invited us out to dinner and randomly chose this place. We went without checking the reviews; a huge mistake. Right from the entrance, things were off. The main doorway had broken tile that could seriously injure someone. Inside, a bucket sat in the middle of the walkway between the dining area and the bar, catching water from a ceiling leak. The carpet was worn and stained, with matted gum in plain sight. We stayed only because our friends were already there, and we didn't want to be rude. Then, out of nowhere, a man approached and told us parking was $10. We felt cornered into paying, only to later find out there was free parking in the back; something he never mentioned. It felt dishonest and unnecessary. We ordered appetizers and entrées. The fried pickles and chicken tenders were good, but soft drinks were served in a mix of tall and short cups; some plastic, some glass. For a sit-down restaurant, that was surprising. A DJ was playing decent hip-hop music, but it was far too loud for anyone to hold a conversation. Before leaving, I asked to speak with the manager. No one came. After a long wait, I walked over and realized the manager, Keita, was also bartending. She explained that they rent out the parking lot to a valet service on weekends. I let her know we were charged $10 to park our own cars; no valet service provided. She said she would take care of it. Instead, the same aggressive man who first approached me came back and repeated that parking was not free. When I asked him which company he worked for, he looked me in the eye and said, "Figure it out." Completely unacceptable. Lucy, our server, was friendly, but our experience with the food service was still poor. My partner received his meal when the rest of us were already halfway through eating. I will never return to this restaurant. This was a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes major improvements. If I could give zero stars, I would

Amazing to say the least, looked like not a lot of food but we are both so full with food left over! The restaurant itself is super cute and everyone is extremely friendly. The confirmation text didn't come through until we were already inside, which might be bad reception, but it almost cost us the table. Then they sat us right across from the back kitchen entrance. Banging, yelling, and an open doorway into the kitchen. Off-putting, especially with better seating clearly open. The food keeps the rating up. I did not expect a wings place, but the smoked wings were my favorite, right amount of crispy with good smoke. The sauce list is long and I couldn't pick a favorite. The ranch tasted house-made and it was amazing. The chikin soho was the other standout. Honey ginger glaze, chili dijon slaw, and pickles that all work together. Misses: the brisket nachos needed fresh guac and actual brisket, since there was barely any. The 6 cheese mac was fine but not worth ordering again. Prices were right for what it is, a bistro concept. It's in Wayne, which surprised me since I didn't know spots like this existed out here. Wide enough menu that I'll be back. Next time I'm speaking up about the seating.

While the menu isn't as large as other places, the different types of choices are included like fish, chicken, beef, salads, soups. The prices are very reasonable for the potions. Everyone loved their choices. I had the French Onion soup and it became my top one over my old tops of Webber's and One Eye Betty's. Others had salmon, chicken Caesar salad, and turkey wrap. All said it was some of the best they have had. The dinning room had plenty of space with a raised bar level and lots of big screen TVs. Windows looked out to the mall or the parking lot. Service was friendly and their when you needed them. Lots of parking. I will be back along with the others. It has been added to our "must repeat list" for our Meetup meals.

Unfortunately, it's a bar on the side that we sat on so it definitely had customers that we're using very inappropriate language even though they saw our kid was there. Our waitress was pleasant and she directed us to the vegan menu which we ordered the plant -based chicken tenders, which unfortunately the portions were tiny for the price. I'll give this place three out of five because they did have options, but unfortunately, the portion size just did not make sense for the price point. Our daughter got the Natchos which were a play on nachos which you could tell was warmed up probably in the microwave and did not taste that great. And was the most expensive item at $20 for basically french fries with a few pieces of the plant-based chicken. We were grateful they had the options. It's just unfortunately the vegan options. We're not very filling at all again based on the price point they were asking for. Definitely don't suggest this place for a family again because patrons and many of the staff were using really inappropriate language but the inside at a very artistic look to it so that was a plus.

To start off, the service was amazing some of the best I have ever had. We asked what would she recommend and she gave us so many suggestions and we wanted all of it. She did not need to give us any recommendations because everything would be amazing. Next, the food was amazing!!! We had the Cajun steak bites as an appetizer it was some of the best food I have ever had. It was gone within seconds. I had the classic burger it was great and I don't even like burgers that much. My parents had the euro they said "the bomb diggity." All they said and that's all they needed to say. (The bomb diggity was the sauce) Finally, since we arrived late there was no one around. Therefore, we had a great dinner with our family. The ambiance was nice, very comforting. In conclusion, the only bad thing about this place is that there's not one near us. I highly recommending coming to this place no matter what. Come here!!!
