I brought my car in for a coolant leak that was initially minor and gradual. The mechanic diagnosed it as a radiator issue. I specifically asked if the hoses and other components were checked, but I was told the radiator needed replacement. I trusted the diagnosis and paid for the repair. About four weeks later, while driving, all of my coolant suddenly leaked out, which led to severe engine damage. This was far worse than the original issue and could have been prevented with a proper inspection and accurate diagnosis. This experience cost me a significant amount of money and stress. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before trusting this shop with your vehicle--especially if you own a German car. Based on my experience, I would not return and cannot recommend their services. PLEASE AVOID And SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

They said I needed necessary maintenance because it was do. I looked in the manual and the car wasn't old enough and had half the mileage listed before manufacture recommended maintenance. I took the car back to the dealer and nope. Not time for that. I took another car in due for oil and inspection. And again a list of necessary things. Again not due. After a couple of miles driving we decided to pull over and check the front of the car. Upon careful explanation I notice that the technician did not properly bolted the engine splash shield.
