A $1300 new toilet installation. His cheapest? We buy a new toilet and he installs it for $400. I did a little poking around and fixed the issue for a $11 flush tank ring. I posted a comment on JIT's webpage and no one bothered to reach out. I wonder how many people that plumber has scammed out of significant money. Add another - as he was leaving, he remarked that we didn't have a pressure regulator on our incoming water line - I told him we did have one but we had it removed - and then he started low-key arguing with me saying he didn't see any evidence one ever existed. I remember when Justin had a small business and he was awesome. Be wary now, their plumber appear to have a reason to upsell as much as they can. Not the kind of plumber I want to deal with.

After re-mounting the sink and sealing it with plumbing caulking, the sink functioned like new. For the plumbing job, the price was very reasonable. They arrived on-time (around 0830), were neat in their work, cleaned up after the work, and did an outstanding job with my requested work. They also do other types of plumbing work, which I will use them in the future, e.g., anode rod replacement, etc. Good job, Josh & Joseph!

I'm fairly handy myself, and Andrew has always been willing to share helpful pointers along the way, which I really appreciate. Coastline Plumbing has become my go-to plumbers. Whenever Andrew is on the job, I can relax knowing the work is being done correctly and built to last. One thing to expect: Andrew was upfront about this from the beginning, but Coastline typically doesn't patch drywall or plywood after plumbing work, so you may need to hire someone separately for that part. I think that's standard for plumbers specialized in their trade. In my case, I patched them up myself.

Steve and his crew showed up at my house very fast and were able to troubleshoot and fix the problem right away. I located Hybrid Plumbing via Yelp. I needed service on my Noritz tankless water heater and Steve, the owner, returned my call promptly, scheduled an appt to meet MY schedule and when his prior job ran late he called to advise he would be about 30 mins late. Not many tradesmen still honor their word or schedule and I appreciated the update. I Have been loyal to him since, and he's done great for us, at a reasonable price, on several other minor jobs too since then. Can't beat Rocky Rooter for your plumbing or pipe routing needs!

Could not have happened at a worse time (right around Christmas). Thomas and crew recommended we replace the line vs tearing up our driveway to diagnose the leak (would have been just as costly but I would have ended up with a repair vs a new line). His crew worked diligently through Christmas Eve and on one of the days they were working until close to midnight (they started early in the morning). The repiping included boring underneath my driveway to get to the house. They had to open a small patch of concrete on the driveway, had to open a hole in my drywall inside the garage, and they had to pull back my artificial turf on both sides. When they were done with the project. They put everything back to the way they were (reinstalled turf, fixed concrete, drywall repaired). I am so grateful for their dedication and not working insane hours to get our repipe project completed. I was so impressed with his and his teams work, I have hired his company to replace my garbage disposal unit. Another job well done.
