Found my our new fav Indian restaurant! My fiance and I spontaneously stopped by this restaurant when we saw it had recently opened in a shopping center we frequent. We're very lazy when it comes to Indian food and typically default to chicken korma or butter chicken (I know, I know, I feel the shame myself). But when we first stepped foot in the restaurant we were immediately curious about their other offerings as they have an extensive menu. We were very intimidated by the menu but our waitress was super friendly and patient with us, never patronizing, and genuinely was invested in offering suggestions of things she thought we might like. We decided to try her personal favourite from the restaurant, Afghani curry, and because they have weekend pulav specials I tried the "country chicken" pulav. Both were incredible in flavour! Be warned that "medium" spicy is pretty spicy!!! My fiance handles spice better than me and usually asks for spicy at Thai and Korean restaurants... This was spicier than that! Our server was really nice and brought us more rice and yogurt and that definitely helped. Regardless of my lips and mouth being numb and I was sniffling through it but I just kept eating it cause it was so good Value was great, price was decent compared to some other nearby Indian restaurants but Hyderabad house has good sized portions and an upscale atmosphere without costing you an arm and a leg to eat there. Will definitely be coming back to try other Pulavs on the weekend and next time will be getting mild

We visited this new restaurant for lunch and started with the Rayalaseema Kodi Vepudu as an appetizer. I was expecting it to be a dry fry, but it turned out more like a fry-curry style dish. That said, the flavors were still good. For the entrée, we tried the Nawabi Mutton and Potlam Chicken Biryani. The Nawabi Mutton felt a bit dry, almost as if the pieces were added to the rice afterward, and I was hoping for something more moist and well-integrated. On the other hand, the Potlam Chicken Biryani was flavorful and satisfying. Overall, it's a new place with an extensive menu--almost too many items to choose from--but it has potential.

Tried Chicken Apollo, Crispy Corn, Bullet Naan with Chicken Curry, and Cashew Paneer. The ambience was nice and the staff were friendly and attentive. The food was decent overall, with some dishes tasting better than others. A good place to hang out and enjoy a casual meal.

Mainly leaving a review so everyone can see current options and prices, really delicious food and the prices are pretty great for the area! I had the masala dosa, was a little disappointed because I got double peanut butter chutney (not my fav, they were out of the other one). Butter chicken and garlic naan were textbook. Service was a little slow/confused but also very kind/polite/friendly. I would return. If they lowered the lights, the bar is kinda vibey. Open late.

Food was great! The Butter Masala was very creamy and the chicken was cooked perfectly. The Chicken 65 was the perfect amount of spice and very flavorful. Lastly, the Garlic Naan was very buttery and paired well with the other dishes. I love the interior decor here, it fits very nicely. Our waiters were very attentive as well, and checked up on us multiple times.

The Sesame Chicken was super crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I think by far, this one was my favorite dish. I also ordered the Crispy Chicken Bao and this was phenomenal. The way the spicy mayo complements the sweet and sour cucumber was scrumptious. The service was so friendly and attentive from walking in to sitting down. The owner (Angela's mother) was super sweet! The decorations are super cute and authentic. If you're looking for great Chinese-American cuisine with an elevated twist and an amazing ambiance, I highly recommend giving Songbird a try!

One of the highlights of the night was meeting the owner, Jason. We bonded over our shared Cantonese backgrounds and even got to meet his aunt, who was visiting from California and happened to be sitting next to us. It made the whole experience feel incredibly welcoming and personal. We ordered the Dynamite Roll, which was a solid choice with 8 generous pieces, and the Szechuan spicy wontons, which were juicy with just the right amount of heat. If you visit, definitely grab a seat at the bar. The bartenders are friendly, engaging, and really add to the experience. We were treated to a complimentary shot of Jäger with Jason and even got to sample their Lychee Pearl cocktail because the bartender had made an extra. The cocktails really stood out. Instead of masking everything with sugary juices, they use extracts and creative techniques to build balanced drinks that complement the flavors beautifully. Jason also mentioned that their cocktail specials change every month, so we already told him we'll be back regularly to see what new creations he comes up with.

We went for my birthday at 5pm and brought our baby, who they welcomed graciously. That said, I would not recommend this as a baby friendly restaurant. It's a bit too upscale. We got the softshell crab to start along with Cosmo and Wanda cocktail and the Jailbreak. The softshell was big and juicy and very flavorful and both cocktails were delicious. For entrees we got the pork chop and the halibut. The pork chop was a decent sized potion and cooked PERFECTLY. The halibut was smooth as butter but wasn't a very large entree, so I wouldn't recommend if you are super hungry, but if you're not, it's very flavorful and delicate! We then ordered the banana bread, bread pudding to go and ate it when we got home. It was also 10/10! Overall, it was a very nice, elegant experience. I would recommend for special occasions!

I did not mix the curry into the bag and shake it up like you are supposed to. Instead I chose the dipping route. The curry was good, chicken was juicy / not overcooked, and the fries were crispy! Overall this is a solid spot for happy hour. The meals are a bit pricey but delicious and well worth the price if you are willing to spend the money. Would return for the Rambos Spice Bag.

Service was friendly, and I do appreciate the clean, open kitchen. But with all the hype, the experience didn't quite live up to expectations.
