I tried the vegan peanut peanut butter flavor and I felt like I was eating peanut butter. This place is in an area away from Nordstrom surrounded by other food places and other stores too. Ultimately, I got a swirl of the vegan vanilla bean and vegan peanut peanut butter. As for the toppings, I got yogurt chips, chocolate chips and frosted animal cookies. My husband and I couldn't pass up a new froyo place on our walk, so we popped in here and I would definitely recommend it. Is it more expensive than say Yogurtland? Yes. Is it worth it? Oh yes. You can taste the quality is sooo much better. It's very creamy and I loved the flavors too; I liked each one I tried. The service was also good, the young woman working there offered us a sample which cemented us buying some. The one thing I don't looove is their 4.5% service fee. It's for employee benefits and payment processing so I get it; but as a customer, I'd rather they just include that in the price then add something on. Nonetheless, we will be back!!! read more

We dropped in because my kids wanted to shop at downtown Walnut Creek and they are froyo fanatics. I've been here a couple times, especially when I'm taking a stroll through Broadway Plaza. I've never had a bad experience, and the service is particularly friendly. They also have a very clean bathroom in the back with no code. It is always nice to experience a hassle free bathroom. The outside and inside seating area is always clean, very organized and just overall pleasant to be. The chocolate custard is my favorite, much better than regular chocolate, it's lighter and I can have more without feeling too heavy. The vanilla bean is also phenomenal. You can't go wrong with any of the fruity flavors as well. Their self service topping area has always been very clean and never messed up. They have a lot of options of syrups, candies, cookies, etc. I love that they have mini M&M's too since I prefer those over normal sized. Underneath each flavor title they tell you if it's dairy free, gluten-free, or any of the attributes that are good to know for the flavors. I genuinely really appreciate that because it's very easy to accidentally have something that is not allowed in your diet without these disclaimers. Friend and I finally had a chance to try Easy Breezy for the first time yesterday (10/20/2024)! We both got pumpkin custard. I also got witch's brew (pandan) and she got vegan chocolate orange. Both of us got a variety of toppings. I noticed that some of the Swedish fish were hard, which I wasn't expecting as they are gummy candy. Easy to weigh and pay. Cash and card accepted. I got the usual amount of yogurt and toppings that I get elsewhere but the cost was $15!! By comparison, the same amount of yogurt and toppings at Myo costs $9-10. Though I prefer Myo for the cost, rewards program, and abundant free parking, I would come back to Easy Breezy and try more flavors (particularly milk tea and Thai tea). read more

With their bright and cheery interior it's easy indeed (hah) to get behind the big selection of goodies to pair and loads of good froyo options. It helps they're open to giving samples too, with even their own sign advertising it! They have a loyalty app and punch cards for those able to make it over more often. Choco custard was quite lucious and full bodied. Very clean execution for the flavor and I *probably* got too much out of excitement. That's entirely on me, but hey the toppings were also very cute and varied. Some are even in little spinkle bottles for ease of topping. There's a small amount of bench seating, but it's mostly for those grabbing and going. Great addition to this area of Walnut Creek, especially gearing up for the summer, and cause froyo is so good! Nice shade of blue theme here, and rather easy to navigate. Grab the cup, fill with as much yogurt as you'd want, put on your toppings, weigh and pay. They had a good option of flavors to choose from when I visited with the fam, such as a basil lime, cherry cola, milk tea, and more. Milk tea caught mine and the kids' attentions, so we all got that and some other flavors. The husband got the cherry cola and basil lime, and I believe he enjoyed the refreshing basil lime more, though it was a lot more lime than basil. He also said the cherry cola wasn't too cherry cola. Good consistency though, and there are many options - vegan, dairy free, custard/full fat, non-fat, etc. The milk tea flavor was interesting. Not bad, but not super crave-worthy. I mixed mine with some original tart, and didn't get too much yogurt or toppings and it still needed up being over $5. Definitely the priciest froyo I've ever gotten - close to a dollar an ounce as of April / May 2024. My daughter's ended up being over $10 LOL, and it wasn't even more than what she'd get at other froyo places. We should have gotten their reusable cup/bowl or something, Good selection of toppings and you can go around the toppings table so you don't have to awkwardly reach so far for a topping you'd like. The staff at Walnut Creek, Los Gatos, and San Francisco (by Golden Gate Park), are always so welcoming. People thought I was crazy to drive 40 minutes one way, but I would ask them where else can I have the same experience as you purchasing soft serve that taste amazing and is dairy free!!! They would recommend other non dairy ice cream places but NONE were as good as Easy Breezy and they weren't soft serve. I haunt Easy Breezy's website to find out what flavors they have each week to see if my favorites have returned. Like this week - Birthday Cake!!! Even if you aren't vegan like my adult daughter and autistic child you will still enjoy their vegan and non vegan flavors. * I don't really worry about calories because I am very active due to having an autistic child who elopes (have to be fast on your feet), and eating mostly raw veggies and fruit. We were taking a stroll through downtown Walnut Creek when we spotted this new frozen yogurt shop! We wandered in to check it out and I spotted the really unique flavors! I saw the friendly staff member offer a sample to another customer, so I asked for a sample of the basil lime which blew me away! It was so good! It was really refreshing! I loved the flavor combo which was herbaceous and tart! Fantastic! I also tried the vanilla custard which was delicious as well. And our son wanted to try the chocolate custard which he liked of course. We got him a cone with a small portion of chocolate custard and it was under $3! This was great to get a 4-year-old and not spend a fortune. It was just the right amount of ice cream for him. Of course this place is self-serve so you can get as little or as much froyo as you want. I'm always a bit reluctant at self-serve froyo places because I feel like whenever I go to the register it costs a fortune. So I was happily surprised when we went to weigh the cone and it was under $3. One small gripe though is they put the cone directly on the scale. The outside of the cone is wrapped in a paper, but the bottom of the cone is not and it touches the scale directly so that's a bit gross. I feel like the bottom of the cone should have the paper on it too. Or they should put parchment paper down on the scale or something. I couldn't resist getting a cup as well. So my husband and I shared a small cup with basil and vanilla custard. Our cup was more like $6 even though I really only got a tiny amount it felt like. It's a dollar per ounce here so it does add up quickly. The staff told me that they change their flavors weekly though, so I can't wait to come back and see what other creations they have. I sincerely hope that a passion fruit flavor comes up and perhaps a sage or toasted coconut... Or olive oil....or sesame! Okay, now I'm just getting excited because I have an ice cream maker machine at home and I keep thinking about all the flavors that I want to make, but haven't yet. It's nice to have a frozen yogurt shop downtown which makes for a nice treat when we're out for a stroll. Plus a great place to get our son a sweet treat since he only needs a tiny portion. Cute new elevated frozen yogurt shop in downtown Walnut Creek. They had 8 flavors to choose from, some of them are vegan, low fat, full fat. And interesting flavor options too! I swung by just to check it out and sample a few, but enjoyed my samples so much that I had to get some to go! My favorite was the basil limenstein--kind of like a sorbet yogurt made with coconut milk. Also tried the Mexico coa which was like a Mexican hot chocolate, and the pistachio.
