This guy is almost too honest to be in business. But anyway I guess a lot of people will appreciate that. The previous guy that cleaned my carpet moved everything, even the bed, but I didn't know why. Urey of I Am Carpet Care didn't move all the big stuff but I welcomed the much lower price . He takes the approach that under the bigger furniture the carpet doesn't need it so much. It made sense to me especially the price. His cleaning method was to spray a cleaning solution over the entire carpet to be cleaned, let it have time to soak in, scrub with something that looked like a rake, use a smaller tool to scrub the stains and then he ran the steam cleaning hose from his van up to my third floor. The steamy water is applied and then everything is sucked up. (I think I got all that right.) The stains that I didn't know would come out are gone and my carpet is fresh again. I will use him in the future. Because I have a similar business I learned that he worked for his father for years but he is on his own now. He might seem new because he doesn't have a hundred reviews but he knows what he his doing and does it well. I just suggest that you talk to him about what you want moved or not so that everybody knows. read more

Quality over quantity. Even though he doesn't have as many reviews as these other guys, you can't put a price on honesty and integrity, but luckily his pricing is VERY reasonable. I rented a new room and wanted the carpet done. I've spoken to numerous carpet cleaners and was mainly looking for the best deal until I finally spoke to Uray. He seemed very honest and sincere so I booked an appt with him right away. When he arrived, he checked out my carpet and gave me his honest opinion. Because of how severely damaged the padding underneath my carpet was, I ended up not using his service.
