Every nice thing said about Giuseppe is true. I contacted him through this site and gotan almost immediate reply. Arranging an appointment was simple, and he was able to come out in two days. He arrived on time and did an exceptionally Fast job. Now, granted, my carpets are rental grade (I rent) and had very obvious signs of high traffic in certain areas. I've cleaned them a number of times myself with the Hoover MaxExtract SpinScrub. But I wanted a more professional quality job And I didn't want to expend energy. ha! The price I was quoted (which is exactly what I paid) was Insanely low compared to what my neighbors said they pay for professional cleaning. I'm glad, because, to be honest, the carpets didn't look any better than the times I'd done it myself (which wasn't really evident until they dried). And it took more than two days to dry in some areas. In fairness, Giuseppe did offer to come back if the dirt "wicked up" (because he does a surface clean, not a Deep Clean, which accounts for why it didn't look better than my own surface cleaning and for the very short time--less than an hour--it took), but I didn't ask him back because of the hassle. I live upstairs and he had to park in a reserved spot to reach my place. It was easy enough to get my neighbor to agree to that, but if I do it again I'd like it to be deep cleaned.) Scheduled a carpet/upholstery cleaning for my home. Giovanni guaranteed he would be there at 8:30AM and carpet/couch would be dry by 3pm. He ensured me that he would bring his own high powered fans in order to avoid any issues with drying. He told me he would return furniture/other items to original location in preparation for airbnb guests to arrive. Went to check on place at 2pm and furniture/other items were all over the place, carpet/couch was still damp, most of my windows were closed, and he had turned on my own personal fans on the lowest settings. Guests check into my place with everything looking disheveled and carpet and couch wet. Ended up having to give guests a $300 refund for not having place ready. Complained to Giovanni but of course he denied any wrongdoing. He demanded payment which I provided but refused to send a receipt. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! read more

The day of the appointment came and he never showed up. We called him several times, left a message and never heard anything back.
