Honestly, one of the more consistent and flavorful broths I've had in the area. It's close to my office which is a plus, but I have come here with numerous friends and co-workers (a few of them Vietnamese and Cambodian) and everyone seems to agree that its pretty damn good. I adore tripe and tendon so my go to pho based dish here is the original "I love Pho" combo. The order comes loaded with all the goodies, plenty of lime, bean sprouts, basil and sliced jalapenos. I threw the bread away and tried to eat just the chicken, the chicken was unpalatable I had to throw the whole thing away, I have NEVER done that with meat before. Such a waste. I went here last night with two friends. I've came here many times but this is the first time I've reviewed it. I'm one of the few people that aren't a fan of pho. Even though the name is "I Love Pho" they sell a multitude of other options. We ordered the chicken wings, tofu, shrimp spring rolls, Gyoza, and I got the curry chicken. I do love Pho, but dislike horrible service. Myself and a friend entered in today and had the menus thrown at a table as the hostess walked away. When we were ready to order the waitress seemed incredibly annoyed that we were there and rushed the order by glancing around, rolling her eyes, and after every item we ordered she would reach out to grab the menu before we were done ordering. At the end she snatched it out out our hands and walked away. Once we got our food we realized my order was incorrect and my friend was missing a beverage that had been ordered. We both ended up eating at separate times since my food had to be fixed. Throughout this experience we did not get an apology and was not checked up on throughout the meal. We both work in customer service industries and was in no way rude to our servers or waiter. Food wise, everything was average , nothing really special. I am in disbelief that this place continues to get business with such awful service. We will not be back. read more

Favorite pho place, ever! Flavorful and fresh food, and clean environment. Everything on the menu is good and they give you good portions. Favorites are the fried tofu app., wonton soup noodles, kalbi ribs, tofu salad, and any of the pho/vermicelli dishes. My family comes here at least once a week! read more

It's been almost a year since we've encountered this pho joint and we're regulars there now. Between this one and Square Lotus, we bounce back and forth between the two based on the dishes we like. For down and dirty tasty pho and crispy, chewy egg rolls, I Love Pho hands down. I also love their coconut rice with chicken which is usually awesome when the chef hits it up with enough coconut to fuzz my head. For lighter, more prim 'n proper pho with cleanly trimmed meat as well as better vermicelli with well seasoned grilled toppings and fresh spring rolls with a crunch of crispy egg roll skins, Square Lotus is where we're at. Both places have consistently prompt and courteous service. Oh but wait, this is a review for I Love Pho, so here's my take: Good pho but try their non-pho dishes too. Everything's usually very tasty and not too salty and there is always enough to take home for leftover. It's sad that we'll be moving to a different area soon.. *cry* read more

My go-to pho place, I Love Pho provides everything I want in a pho restaurant. I prefer the Beef and usually get a large so I have extra. Although it is a little expensive, the portions are large with lots of broth, meat, noodles, and extras. I love the broth and how it is flavorful, but doesn't overpower the flavors of the other things in the soup. Again, this is my preferred pho restaurant and I recommend it to anyone in the Factoria area! read more

I had a good experience overall. We ordered 2 bowls of Pho which were on the table only minutes after ordering. The broth was very delicious but had an odd sweet taste that was vaguely familiar. After eating my ridiculously large bowl of pho I found myself stuffed but still craving more food, which persisted for the next several hours. Then it hit me. I knew what the sweet taste and unsated hunger meant. But I called to confirm it. They add a large amount of MSG to the broth to make it taste better. I do not believe in adding chemical additives to foods to make them taste better at the cost of the consumers health. I love to try different pho places. I would highly recommend to avoid this place at all costs!! Where do I start: the bean sprouts were wilted, soup was luke warm, meat was undercooked (usually cooks by sitting in soup) but not this case. If that was it then this place would get 2 or 3 starts. I've been there many times because of its proximity to my house despite several negative experiences. Today was definitely the last straw. As you can see in the picture I uploaded, my dad's cup had someone's lipstick stain still on it. This made me paranoid on whether they wash anything. When we told the waiter, he managed to mutter a "sorry" while still sounding like he couldn't care less. The shrimp in the seafood pho tasted rank and weirdly medicinal. We told the waiter and he at least took it off the bill. This is the second time that their food quality was unacceptable. Previously, the baby corn in my food was disgustingly sour. Despite outside appearances of cleanliness, their food quality and dish washing is obviously nonexistent/disgusting. Not to mention the craploads of MSG in their food, which is probably what's causing a lot of other people to get sick from eating their food. All in all, it's my fault for continuing to go after the first signs of bad quality. Bai. read more

Restaurants in Factoria are mediocre. If you are expecting a mind blowing experience keep heading North to Bellevue. You're not going to get the best pho of your life here. It's not horrible either. We like the fried rices (coconut or regular). Our 3.5 yr. old doesn't mind the vegetables. We can get a large pho and fried rice and still go home with leftovers. The fried chicken appetizer was all breading and over cooked meat. The staff is great and have been there a while. There are also 5 TVs which always have a local game on. read more

Their new menu items such as Chow Fun and Vietnamese Sandwiches (or French Bread Baquettes) Rocks! They make great "Grab and Go" quick lunches. It's more expensive than their competitor's ($4 for Chicken, Pork, Tofu and $1 extra for beef short ribs) but they pack a lot more meat ingredients and are larger. The marinated Beef Short Rib is definitely worth the $1 extra as they are tender and packed with flavor. They also pack you small packets of hot sauce if you request it. The Veggie Pho is my wife's favorite. And you can Super-Size it for under $10 which will feed a family of 4. My other favorites are the Lemon Grass Chicken or Beef with Vermicelli and Fish Sauce and the Beef Short Ribs with Rice. Service is average as the Phone Order Taker doesn't seem to understand English. I had to repeat my order 3 times and had him repeat it back to me and they still got it wrong! I ordered a Tofu Sandwich and ended up with a Chicken instead. It's not very cool for Vegetarians who bite into a piece of chicken thinking that it's tofu! read more

The last time I ate here I ordered Eye-round beef (rare), (to-go) they gave me chicken. My wife suggested we try again so we ordered the Vegetable Pho, That worked out OK. However we also ordered a side of Chicken Pot-Stickers and they gave us "shrimp springrolls". That might have been OK for some, but I don't like spring rolls and I'm allergic the peanut sauce and (most seafood) shrimp. I won't be returning here. The sad part here is that once you loose a customer you will probably never see their business again, no matter how much the food or service improves. I'm only one unsatisfied customer.
