My pedicure was just basic nail polish so it took maybe 20-30 min. I had a couple example pictures of the color and art I wanted, and I appreciated that my nail tech suggested colors pretty close to the pictures. I also got a gel mani with small nail art. My preference is short nails so I'm glad the color and art still looked pretty good. The mani took about 30-40 min but it included arm massages. Overall, I'm very happy with my mani pedi experience at Sense Nail Bar.

Poor quality of polish or uv - I don't know exactly what lead to nail color coming off starting the second day. She was done before me! This lady walked around & talked on her phone half d time! At one point she left me to go to d back for what felt like 7 mins. She kept her iPhone beside her & kept answering d entire time! Shocked at her unprofessionalism, I stared at her. All d other employees & guests noticed but her. I would have walked out if this wasn't a service I really needed. I am very lucky my 3 year old was having a good day. He waited patiently! My toes hurt so badly right now. I kept telling her she was hurting me. She'd lay off a little n went back to what she's doing. She literally skinned each of my toes with d filer. She files like crazy; more on my skin than my nails (while she's chatting). It also hurt when she roughly removed d dirt under my nails. It hurts just walking around my home barefoot. My toes r throbbing with pain from being skinned & poked. I've never had a pedicure like this. My toes hurt very very bad. I will NEVER go to her again.
