Watching the experienced Thai cooks in the kitchen preparing everything from scratch gives you confidence you're getting authentic food. The prices are some of the best you'll find in Las Vegas, the portions are generous, and everything is beautifully presented. We had the chicken satay, egg rolls, and Pad See Ew, and every dish was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The service was exceptional. Everyone was incredibly kind, and I watched the gentleman working the front carry an elderly customer's order all the way to her car without being asked. Small gestures like that say everything about the people who run this place. We've also ordered delivery several times, and it's always been fast, accurate, and just as delicious as dining in. The family wanted Thai food and we hadn't tried this place before so and decided it was time. Really glad we did too. We shop @ the Neighborhood Walmart in the same shopping center all the time and never tried it. We've been missing out! My stepdaughter had the Beef Larb salad and my husband got the Pad Thai with chicken and the Orange chicken and we ordered the Crab Rangoons to share. I actually didn't eat anything because I'm doing an elimination diet. I had to live vicariously through them lol. My stepdaughter is a very light eater so she only ate 1/2 her salad and saved the other half for later. My husband dod the same with his 2 entrees which were very plentiful. They both took down all the Rangoons with the dipping sauce. My husband commented several times about the pad Thai & the Orange Chicken being better than other places we've tried. The Orange chicken is breaded & fried but it's not overly breaded like Panda Express. It's more like a light batter with more actual chicken. Here's what we ordered: * Thai-Style Fried Rice with Veggies - Rice was perfectly cooked and packed with big, fresh chunks of vegetables. Simple and satisfying. * Pad Kee Mao - Cooked to perfection with thinly sliced chicken, carrots, broccoli, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Always a favorite! * Orange Chicken - Crispy and clearly made in-house (not frozen!), served in long, crunchy strips. The sauce was sticky, light, and a beautiful orange-yellow hue--so flavorful. * Crab Rangoon - Golden and crispy, packed with a deliciously creamy filling. Paired with sweet and sour sauce, these are a must-try appetizer. * Papaya Salad (Spice Level 1) - Fresh, crunchy, and flavorful. The roasted peanuts added the perfect touch. I've had food from this place 2x in the past week and half...lol I totally forgot how amazing this place was. Years ago, I got food from here for lunch one day and it was really good but then moved away so kinda forgot about it. My sis got food from here about a week or so ago and brought it to my house so we could have lunch. The pad Thai was so good and she told me she got it from here then I remembered this spot. Fast forward to today and pretty much the same situation wanting lunch and def something tasty. We went with I Thai again for delivery. Both times I had the food directly from home I can't comment on service and what the restaurant looks like but take my word, the food is DELICIOUS, great portions, and really affordable pricing! 4/5 stars Chicken Pad Thai - full of flavor lots of chicken. This establishment was really disappointing. My husband and I ordered food to go and it took 50 minutes for them to give it to us. There was about 3 other people in the restaurant, there was no reason it should have taken that long. They were prioritizing their DoorDash orders rather than the customers actually in the restaurant. They did not offer updates on the food, or even acknowledge us when we went up to the register to ask to cancel our order. I'm pretty sure they gave it to us shortly after because they knew we were going to ask for a refund. Don't think I will ever return. read more

I Thai Kitchen is a small but full service Thai & Asian Restaurant in the North/West part of Vegas. They offer most of your usual Thai dishes and also offer lunch specials. We started out with the potstickers. Here they are fried crispy on both sides. Inside was packed with tender chicken. They give you a spicy soy based sauce on the side. I tried the green curry with salmon #6 out of ten for heat. The #6 heat was exactly as spicy as my husband's #8. They maybe by accident? gave me an ENORMOUS bowl of food that was very good. Flavors were very good. I'll with chicken next time. The pad kapow was also very good and also was a large portion. Here it's a little different. The meat isn't sliced or hand chopped. They use ground chicken here. Flavors were good and infused well with basil here. Beverages were refilled quickly and plates were also cleared quickly. I work in a doctor's office, and today I placed a pick up order for 19 people total. Each person ordered their own individual entree. I understood this is a lot for one order. Before I hit submit on the online order page, I called ahead just to give the restaurant a courtesy heads up. The gentleman who took my call was very kind. There was no alarm or panic in his voice when I told him how big the order was. He let me know that normally it takes 15 minutes to be ready but that this order would take about 30 minutes. Which I thought that was still very fast. On the online order, I added a comment to each entree with the person's name in the office so that I could personally keep track of who had what. I didn't request nor did I expect the restaurant to do anything with that detail. When my coworker and I picked up the order, everything was neatly packaged together and they wrote the name of each person's order on each of the to-go containers. They even bundled up the white rice with each order of curry separately. I thought this was so thoughtful and above & beyond customer service. The food was amazing as usual. This is only a problem because I wanted to stay open and I want more people to eat here so that it stays popular. We had the panning chicken, and it was absolutely delicious! I do like the broth, a little thicker, but other than that it was perfect. My daughter got a five which was just perfectly spiced to have a little bit of heat. The selection here is extensive, with Northern Thai dishes and chef specialties to complement the usual variety of curry, rice and noodle dishes. My husband and I had been eyeing this place for a while and finally went in for a casual dinner - the portions are ample and despite being hungry, we took a good amount home. The duck over rice was my pick, while he picked the combination yellow curry. Both of us were satisfied with our meals, and everything was served hot and fresh. Service was friendly and attentive as well. This spot is our new go to for Thai takeout, though we don't have it all that often. This's our second time in. Wanted to see if they were consistent & they were. We try Thai food everywhere. This place is excellent. I almost don't want to share it because then it'll be too packed and won't get the service we're so used to. Food server was so friendly and hospitable rushing to take care of all the tables by himself. It's a small place but does a great business and fast with their service. I had an issue with my food, nothing major; told the waiter who told the manager who did what any Good manager would do. He computed my meal and took off 10%. This's is how a Real manager takes care of his guest. I didn't expect it out complained about it but was elated to see the proper method applied to obtain repeat customers. Location may not be the best, it's kind of hidden in a small shopping center but worth the quality of their food, the speed of service, the amount of to go clients, they will definitely have to search for a bigger location.
