Friends don't let friends trust Google Reviews! Yelp is Yelp is greater than all. After leaving Canyon Ridge this afternoon and running the local back-to-school backpack scavenger hunt, we were starving. I had a serious craving for Hawaiian food, so a quick Google search turned up a few spots. Hawaiian Bros showed 5 stars and more than 2,000 reviews. If you've never heard of them, they're a franchise with locations all over that serve the same (or very similar) fare. My usual go-to Hawaiian order is loco moco and SPAM musubi. They didn't have the loco moco, but they did have the SPAM musubi, so one out of two isn't bad. For me, the make-or-break of a Hawaiian plate lunch is the mac salad--and theirs just didn't hit the mark. I like it thick, creamy, and unapologetically mayonnaise-y. This one was only okay. They also seem to love putting pepper on everything, which was a new twist for me. Not bad, just unexpected. The chicken plates weren't the standard grilled chicken with teriyaki sauce--a nice change of pace. Everything came cut into bite-sized pieces and well-sauced (with that same peppery kick). The sauce itself is tangy, and the Kilauea Chicken Plate had a little heat. The SPAM musubi was solid, though the rice was a bit mushy--probably a touch too much water--but not enough to ruin it. It's been a scorcher in Vegas the last couple of weeks, and after cooking out in the sun at the Aviators game yesterday, a cold Dole Whip was exactly what I needed. Perfectly refreshing. Now for the real highlight: the staff and service were fantastic. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and kept checking in to make sure everything was good. The place was clean and fresh. Food comes in to-go containers, so leftovers are easy to take home. Overall it's not bad, but it'll probably be a one-and-done for me. The first impression is the cleanliness and spacious. This is my first time trying Hawaiian foods so I ordered spam musubi. It was warm and fresh but the rice fallen apart after a couple bites. Honolulu and Huli chicken somehow tasted the same to me. The molokai is my favorite. Not too sweet and I like the little spicy taste of it. I could have chosen a can of hawaii soda or water over the mango tea. First time I ever had mango tea that doesn't have taste of tea or mango. I had issues with the kiosk not accepting the numbers I punched in from my gift card. I asked the front desk lady who came to tried then left me standing there waiting. I had to keep pressing continue or it will cancel out and I don't want to start over. Luckily, another lady came out from the kitchen. I asked her to help. She swiped the gift card at the bottom of the kiosk and it worked. She was more friendly and helpful than the first lady that walked away from me. read more

Rip 3/4 days of recover and sadly I had to pay to be put out of order .. smh ‍ And a side note for everyone you can't get a refund for funky chicken on Uber Eats past 4 days so regardless if you're dying and living on or face in the toilet be sure to at least get a refund for some salmonella laced garbage .. that is all read more

We stopped in and ordered take out. We ordered the Honolulu, the Huli Huli, the Molokai plate. The plates come with white rice and macaroni salad. After a 8 minute drive home all meals were still hot. All meals had great flavor for the meat. The spicy had just a little bit of spice. The only thing was the macaroni salad was warm. The containers are stamped with the menu on it making it easy to know which was yours because they underline it with marker. The inside as you step in has a small counter where you place your order. The menus are at the kiosk. The customer service was good and fast. We did also try the pineapple dole whip which was light and good flavor. The ambience was ok not loud or noisy. read more

I had to give 5 stars while eating here and reading the reviews. The 1 star was bs and if you look into her reviews that's what she's all about. Sounds like a leach that just wants to get free food. This place is solid and much better than the mo betta chain that likes to burn meat to a crisp. Hope they open more and one near me in Henderson. read more

I have been driving past this place for months and finally decided to stop by. I got a Blue Wave Pineapple swirl soft serve which was pretty refreshing for a hot day. I ordered a mixed plate with chicken and pork. Both meats were pretty good, and not overly salted like other hawaiian places. I was disappointed with the mac salad, in flavor and serving size. Also, I'm uses to other places serving the meat on a bed of cabbage (yay veggies), but this place just serves on top of more rice.. to me it's too much rice.. The service was good, they were friendly and efficient. I think the price is fair for the amount of food. But the food is just ok. I don't hate it, I was expecting more of a grilled flavor and it wasn't there. The mac salad was so creamy, like too much mayo but the flavor was good. After skimming a few Yelp reviews, I wasn't sure how my lunch at Hawaiian Bros was going to go. This Hawaiian Bros location is off Craig and Rancho Drive. It's a chain restaurant with this location being the first one in Las Vegas! There is a drive-thru option, but we decided to walk in and place our order. The menu has a wide range of plate lunch options such as Huli Huli Chicken Molokai Chicken Honolulu Chicken Kilauea Chicken Salads Wraps (Huli Huli wrap etc.) and more! I ended up getting the Kalua Pork with rice and vegetables. The service was quick! We waited less than 10 minutes for our meal. I think it was because the restaurant had just opened when we walked inside to place our order! We ended up taking our meal to go and eating at home instead. The Kalua pork traveled well, and I really enjoyed it! It was tender, flavorful, and didn't have many heavily marbled pieces. The rice was perfect too! I didn't have any pieces that were dry or crunchy. The vegetables weren't my favorite though and had a slightly off taste. The service was great, and the portion sizes were generous. This was terrible. It took more than 20 minutes and it was really bad. We were so disappointed to drive all the way from summerlin and encountered such low quality food. There was no sign of Hawaiian hospitality anywhere. We had the teriyaki chicken and ordered spam musubi. Mac salad was flavorless and the rice on the musubi was hard and tasted like refrigerator. This review is based on a weds afternoon. Food was decent, the Mac salad had too much mayo but the chicken and rice was great. The customer service was great! The lady who took our order answered all of our questions, delivered our food and checked on us. The place itself was super clean, great decor and parking was good. Here's a polished version of your review: We had been looking forward to trying this place for quite some time and finally gave it a shot today. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. Their "bowl" isn't even a bowl. The kids' meal came in a tiny to-go container that you'd normally get for a single slice of toast or a small side item. The macaroni salad was completely mushy and had virtually no flavor. I placed my order for pickup, but when I got home, I realized part of my order was missing, so I had to make a second trip back to the restaurant. That only added to the frustration. In the end, none of us finished our food, and most of it ended up in the trash. Considering the prices, it felt like a complete waste of money. I just had the pleasure of visiting Hawaiian Bros and it was really good. We decided to give it a try since it's brand new. The food was tasty and you could definitely taste the mayo in the pasta salad. I just wish it had a little more flavor to balance it out. My friend and I both ordered the same thing, the chicken and the luau pig. I ordered the large while he got the classic, but the portion sizes looked exactly the same and even the waitress seemed a little confused about which plate was which. My mom and I were craving Hawaiian food and wanted to try something different from L&L, so we decided to give this place a shot, and we're so glad we did! As soon as we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly. There was only one person ahead of us in line, but we chose to use the self-serve kiosk so we could take our time looking over the menu without holding anyone up. Even though the kiosk was easy to use, an employee still checked in to see if we needed help, which we thought was very kind and attentive. The space itself is clean, spacious, and welcoming. Despite placing a pretty large order, our food came out quickly. Everything we tried was delicious and incredibly satisfying - the Honolulu, huli huli, and Molokai chicken, along with the luau pig, were all flavorful and cooked perfectly. The rice and mac sides were just as good and made the meal even more filling. For dessert, the mixed Dole Whip was a standout- the tart pineapple paired perfectly with the sweetness of the strawberry. We also loved the white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookie, which had generous chunks of both white chocolate and macadamia nuts. Ok first off let me start with the good and let you down gently. The Molokai and the Hulu Hulu were my top choices. The Kilauea chicken was not too far off but what made me give it a 3 Star was the portion control on the servings one plate had more than the other and you can see that from the pictures I've posted. I have grown up eating mayonnaise but the amount of mayonnaise they put on the Mac salad is way too much, and that is all you taste with no shredded carrots. I don't think I'll be ordering from here since it didn't leave a great impression for me since I'm a fan of Hawaiian Mac salad I'll be getting it from my other 3 top spots. Tried this place for the 1st time and it will be my last. The portions are clearly not consistent to the pics I saw one here. I ordered 3 plates and the amount of protein was so little. Usually Hawaiian places give you lots of rice and Mac salad... well not this place what they do give us a ton of mayo in their Mac salad... in my opinion it's way too much. Combo plates are a good deal plus there's a load of rice they put under your proteins, and an extra scoop. Mac salad was okay today 11.19.25 - a bit too much salt and mayo this time. Honolulu Chicken plate was the best flavored to me. Mixed plate had Luau Pork (perfect) and Molokai Chicken (sweet & mildly spicy). I like how they seal-wrap the forks. Hawaiian Bros. is not a bad choice for a quick chicken meal, but don't expect the luau pig to taste like it's been smoked in an underground pit with banana leaves. This version lacked much appeal, just chunks of meat looking white as a Norwegian's legs in February. And no, the preservative-laden dipping sauce packet does not rescue this at all. There are no steak or seafood items on the menu so go with the more flavorful chicken dishes instead, which are heavy on the marinade. Molokai chicken, Honolulu chicken, and Huli Huli chicken are identical triplets, just dressed a bit differently...be it sesame, garlic, or heat levels. The meats they use are fresh, not frozen, and if you ask they'll put your cold mac & cheese in a separate container on takeout orders so the elbow macaroni is not rubbing elbows with a warm entree. And for a slight upcharge, you can forego the scoop of rice and substitute pineapple slices or veggies. There's a drive-through and plenty of seating inside where friendly workers greet you with "Aloha" and island music is in the background. This place is not it. It's not Hawaiian owned and it has no genuine ties to Hawaii. I have gone here twice. Once when they first opened and now. When I went the first time, it wasn't good at all, but I thought it was because they were new. So I came back to give them another chance. Big mistake. The food took forever to get done. I got chicken with rice and Mac. No flavor in the chicken, the rice wasn't washed (you can tell because of how starchy it is), and the Mac salad was just plain gross. This restaurant might seem nice, but I don't recommend it one bit. If you want real Hawaiian food, Mo'Bettahs, Zippys, Makais, poke express, and so many more are a million times better than this restaurant. read more
