Once we entered the restaurant, we tried ordering. The owner/manager was very inpatient once he realized we were ordering food and not ice cream as he said he thought we wanted. I ordered a Chilli Cheese Dog (no bun). Mom got a Regular Hotdog (with condiments) and Plain Tater Tots. As we waited for our food, at least five people came in for ice cream. Our food was prepared in a reasonable time. We left approximately 9:23pm. Mom was satisfied with her food. My Chilli Cheese Dog was short on the Chilli. There was not a lot of Chilli on the hotdog. The bottom bun was also a little hard and didn't taste as fresh as I remember, which took away from the overall sandwich. Five Guys has always been one of the pricier burger chains, especially since everything is ordered à la carte. if I could give zero stars I would. absolutely the worst experience possible. we had 6 people in our party and stopped here for food and shakes. we each ordered (all on one check) face to face one at a time slowly while each having to repeat our orders twice due to mistakes when he read it back to us. At the end of everyone's order he reads back the order to us with all the same mistakes he made the first time. after politely correcting him on several items toppings and missing items he decided not to even add, we figured he now had it correct. not a complicated order. it was 9 hot dogs total and an Italian beef and 5 milkshakes. a side of cheese sauce 2 plain dogs 2 with KMO 2 Chicago dogs 3 ketchup only and a plain beef. we ended up missing 2 plain hot dogs two shakes and received a beef with shreded cheese. They brought out one shake at a time and one dog at a time. 3 people working including the owner. in addition to the missing items and wrong toppings all the buns were literally hard as rocks. Inedible. The owners excuse was they have a skeleton crew and we should have placed the order online lol. I guess it takes more than 3 people to cook 9 hotdogs . the owner comes outside yelling at us as if it's our fault the food was wrong and rock hard. He proceeds to yell saying we aren't allowed to sit and eat in the location that has a table and ten chairs. He said it's for employees only. All 3 of them? Insane experience terrible food absurd customer service and the owner yells saying he is from Harvey Illinois insinuating he's a ghetto gangster or something . not bad not too different from Chicago Dog & Co got a chili cheese dog with fries, nice enough, fries not as god-tier as Chicago Dog but still a decent fry the cheese sauce is a little weird, it's DEFINITELY mad from scratch, it's a lot like the cheddar heavy sauce I make at home that my wife can't stand, it's got that super-rich gloppy nature a cheddar-heavy sauce gets when you don't cut it with much else prices are about the same as Chicago, which was a little too much for me to go there often, but if they do BOGO or other promotional stuff I'll hit them more, still planning to try a shake or something once I start exercising more again read more

Starting as a pop up kitchen, it's really come a long way since the days of posting about it only on social media and only being available a couple times a month. While I was unable to try any of the savory foods, his award winning dessert waffles and drinks were on the menu. He was also super nice when technology decided to betray me and not allow me to order what I wanted and I accidentally already paid for it. He still made me the items I actually wanted. I got the pineapple upside down waffle and it comes with a decadent caramel drizzle, some blueberry compote, and whipped cream. I also got the brown sugar matcha.
