While they have a wide selection of toppings, they stick to a small menu of froyo flavours, one of which is always dairy-free. Classic flavours that are permanent residents are original and chocolate hazelnut. If you are indecisive over which yogurt flavour(s) to choose, the staff will happily provide small samples to taste. That response was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled with dismissiveness and no effort to make it right is unacceptable.
