Strawberry, cappuccino, Southern butter pecan are what I selected for a small cup. Flavours actually were not tasting too prominent, but it could have been due to the chilly outside temps. Each fro-yo variety tasted fine though just kind of subtle. No samples are offered or allowed it seems. However, only five were working. Also, their machines have no center twist valve, so there's no swirl option. The flavor choices are somewhat ordinary and common to most fro-yo shops. The only fruity flavors were strawberry and strawberry-lemonade. But they do offer flavored teas and milk teas. Price Per Ounce (Nov 2024): 73 cts / oz. The negative aspect about this place is they have inconsistent Covid-19 precautions in place. Now, there's nothing wrong with being careful. But you need to be consistent. I would not recommend you to come here. It looks run down with all the decals missing letters, still full COVID protocols that seem outdated (especially with no one actually in the store), and half the machines are either empty or "out of order". With what seemed like little to no customers, who knows how long the toppings have been left out and the cheesecake bites were very chemically tasting. However, if you're stuck on a HEAVY CRAVING for froyo, the soft serve was fine. It tasted like any other usual froyo place and they did have the common flavors like original tart, chocolate, and vanilla. There was also strawberry lemonade, cappuccino, and praline flavors. I walked in on a this afternoon because my hubby wanted a yogurt. In need of a restroom, saw that a code is required. No one was up front. The side door was wide open and I asked for the code to the restroom. She proceeded to tell me it was for customers only. I replied we do plan on purchasing from this establishment. Then she yelled at me that I should be back into any area I only had one foot in because no one was in the front of the store. This women was having a bad day!! We were looking for a quick bite to satisfy our sweet tooth, and Wildberry Yogurt was the place to go. They had about eight flavors of yogurt to choose from, and it was self-serve. The toppings, however, were given by the employees, but they were very generous. They are following strict COVID protocols (employees were masks, they give you a plastic glove when getting yogurt, etc...) so it felt safe. If a yogurt shop existed in a dystopian timeline this would be it. This place is like going back to COVID times. They hand you cups, let you choose your own flavors but then you have to put your yogurt onto a tray and they put your toppings on for you. The two workers stand behind a sneeze guard and bark orders at you. A little girl asked for napkins and one of those ladies handed it to her with tongs!! I enjoy coming to this place for a nice snack for a warm day or to answer the call from my sweet tooth. This yogurt spot is nestled in the hills on the west side of Menlo Park near a few cafés, Safeway, and CVS. They have a good variety of flavors to choose from including anything dairy free. This establishment is still practicing fairly strong Covid protocols with social distancing, use of gloves, and being served your toppings rather than self service of everything. Personally, I like that they serve the toppings because many establishments that allow patrons to serve them selves make things very messy, and gross, and patrons are not always sanitary. The couple that works there are sweet, and they run everything very well. It isn't a super long drive but I wish there were something like this closer to where we live. However, because it is so good, we make the trip. I love that the flavors are sweet but not so sweet where it feels like you're eating soda. If you are in the area and looking for a nice refreshing treat for your palate, especially on the days where it reaches the 80s and 90s, be sure to stop by this yogurt spot. read more

This place is stuck in Covid times and really felt uncomfortable. They grab a napkin to give you a spoon, you hand your cup to them in a plastic container so they can add your toppings. Been coming here for years. Like the self service aspect, the yogurt tastes good and good selection of toppings. Took my kids here recently for 2 small yogurts and mine was about a medium and it came out to $21!!! The next day, went to In n Out for dinner for my family of four, so one more person, and it was $18. The cost per ounce has doubled over the past 5 years. Something like $.32 to $.66 per ounce. This was our last visit and I have to tell my kids no when they ask for Wildberry. I'll drive a bit further to the Sweet Shop in Los Altos where I can get the same 3 yogurts for less than $12 or go to Pressed Juicery for 4 large freezes for $20 and way healthier. read more

The cups are very small and there is a limited amount of sizes to choose from and it was also given by people who work there. I've been coming to Wild Berry for the froyo for a while which is great! I love places like this with build-your-own cup of froyo including toppings and pay by weight. They usually have a dairy-free selection or two and I love the toppings selection (some of my favorites are popping boba, mini cheesecake pieces, fresh lychees, and chocolate sprinkles). And now I'm even more excited about Wild Berry because they carry boba drinks! I ordered two of these today (one for my husband) and was pleasantly surprised! I had passion fruit green tea with boba and I got my husband coconut milk tea with boba. The flavors were good (though a bit sweet - don't think you can adjust the sweetness here) and the boba balls had good flavor and texture. The large is $3.95 and each topping (including boba) is 50 cents. This is now the closest good boba to me so I expect I'll be back a LOT! read more

I love the yogurt here and have been going for years but walking in there lately is like walking into a time warp. You have to ask someone out from the back to get a cup, they provide a glove which is such a waste of plastic to me, they still do the toppings for you and follow the strictest of COVID rules. I wish I could say it was delicious and great but really can't. Yogurt-Didn't really have enough yogurt and was mostly ice. You get the color and some taste of the yogurt but it's very watery. I like it when it's thick and hard (don't laugh!) and made with Greek yogurt. The best part of this place was the sweet boy behind the counter and the fresh fruit toppings. WildBerry Yogurt had its grand opening in Menlo Park at 12noon today, and I was there at 12:03pm! The newly renovated space (it was previously a Japanese housewares store) is bright and airy, with plenty of seating inside and out. Located in the Sharon Heights Shopping Center, it has the benefit of being on a corner, and there are glass walls on two sides of the shop, making it quite cheery. There were a ton of yogurt flavors. The ones I can remember are Acai/Pomegranate, French Vanilla, Chocolate, Cookies & Cream, Tart Mango, Tart Plain, Honeydew, Coffee, Strawberry and Blueberry. They allow two samples before you buy, and I tried Acai/Pomegranate (somewhere between sweet/tart with good flavor) and Chocolate (nice! not too sweet). I then bought a container of Tart Plain (absolutely delicious with good yogurty flavor and a consistency between icy and creamy) and Strawberry (again, good flavor, but not too sweet with a creamier consistency). For toppings, they had two "stations." In the first, they had a ton of fresh and canned fruit (fresh: all kinds of berries and mangoes; canned: cherries and something that looked like gelatinous fruit cocktail). In the second, they had all their dry toppings, including cereal, sprinkles (chocolate and rainbow), chocolate chips, dried fruit, M&Ms, mochi, etc.). They also had some squeeze bottles with sauces to put on. Everything (yogurt/toppings) is 41 cents/ounce. The staff was mostly friendly. They're still being trained. My one beef with the place is that there is only one size of cup and it's quite large. It's definitely more of an adult size than a kid size. Parking is ample in the shopping center, but I fear that it will become more crowded now! read more

VERY UNSANITARY! My cousin and I attended and spent around $9 for my yogurt, and my cousin around $6. I come about once or twice a week because of the quality and taste. During my last visit, I saw an associate using a spoon to scrape the toppings that customers on the other side of the glass dropped on the counter. I was extremely disgusted because this could have fallen out of a kids mouth, fell off of someone's eaten yogurt, etc. I feel the counter on the customers side is not sanitary because cellphones, wallets, hands, etc. touch it. To scrape the toppings back is not sanitary. To make matters worse, the same associate then helped out customers who paid cash. After this transaction, she continued to scrape toppings back into the cups, but then accidentally dumped over the peanuts on her side of the glass. She then used her hand to put the peanuts back in the container and then put it back out for customers to consume. She touched MONEY. Her hands were just on dollar bills and then touching a topping?! She saw me watching and then used the spoon instead of her hand. My cousin and I immediately threw away our yogurt. I am extremely appalled at the lack of sanitary measures. Employees need to constantly wash hands and use gloves when handling food. I really enjoy your establishment, but I refuse to come back until this is remedied. I feel horrible dowgrading my rating, but WildBerry has lost some of its luster for two reasons: 1) On the last couple of visits, the yogurt was decidedly less "frozen", so while it was already on the softer side, now it melts in seeming seconds; and 2) they switched their mochi vendor and now it tastes like fake tropical fruits and aspartame. The people are still friendly and the place is still clean, so WildBerry still merits a visit. Great new frozen yogurt discovery! Reasonably priced at $0.41/ounce, unlike Auntie Anne's/Red Mango at Stanford Mall in Palo Alto which is astronomically priced. Also, I prefer the taste and format/concept of this place to Pinkberry, which is icier / less creamy and not self-serve. They have a very nice variety of fresh fruit toppings and the usual rice cake pieces, cookies, candies, etc. the prices of which are of course included in the total weight -- the same as the froyo. The kiwi was much tastier than I've had at other yogurt shops where they are not ripe enough and too sour. All of the fruit and toppings looked fresh, clean and well presented. This store is located in the Safeway shopping center at Sharon Park Drive. There is plenty of parking in the large shared lot, and this yogurt shop on the corner is easy to find. The exterior walls are all clear glass and the interior is bright lime green, white and gray tiles. Very clean, modern and spacious interior, good restroom, and exterior seating too. I asked if they had a loyalty program (and noted they also have a location in Los Altos), but unfortunately they do not. The cashier was very nice, helpful and professional. I randomly stumbled upon this place when I went to Safeway to buy some groceries. The yogurt is okay, but it tastes a little artificial and leaves a little bit of an aftertaste in your mouth. It's quite edible and will satisfy your yogurt craving, but it just isn't a place I'd drive out of my way to go to, especially considering that fraiche and pinkberry are not too far away. read more
