One day the owner tried to charge me $5 extra bucks on top of my sandwich for "extra toppings" when I specifically ordered the "build your own" for a set rate on their established menu. When I stuck up for myself to correct the charge he verbally attacked me and told me he had a family to raise and could charge me whatever he wanted. The vanilla ice cream was very good very creamy and home made. It comes with the sugar cone waffle cookie. We also had chocolate Ginger ice cream which was different but that is what makes this ice cream shop unique, the unique flavors of the ice creams. The selections are small but I am told that they change frequently. Parking is plentiful as it's in a strip mall. Customers come and go. The ice cream shop has a bicyclist theme. The eight of us showed up around 1:30 PM on Saturday, November 24th. The outside looked dark so my brother commented that they might be closed, but I told him that I'd called and made sure they were open. The young girl who was working that day was very friendly and patient. She took her time to help us sample whatever we wanted. I tried some kind of wine flavor, which I forget the name, but it was pretty good. I also tried another flavor which I can't remember, but it was too sweet for my liking. I decided to go with the "just ginger" on a sugar cone out of the three flavors that I tried. It was actually really good! My younger sister got the curry banana, which she said she really liked so she insisted that I tried hers to see if I'd like it. I thought it was pretty good and definitely a very interesting flavor. But if your in the mood for some unique ice cream flavors that kicks Baskin Robbins butt - head here. Thanks to Yelp's month of coffee events last August, I headed in here to try Reno 911, coffee ice cream with pieces of cake donuts crumbled in it. Absolutely delicious as I fell in love with this place. Last week on St Pats day they served Bailey's and Jameson ice cream. Equally a heavenly treat for the day. Way better than green beer. They are forever trying unique combinations, so you need to stop in often. There are usually 12-14 different ice creams to choose from.
