First off, the desire for chinese buffet lead me to ignore the previous reviews, trying a new spot. I wish I had listened. My husband and I ate there on 4/4/26 at 1:30pm. The food on the buffet was dry, picked over, and some items were cold. My husband had a hibachi plate of shrimp cooked for him. No one was at the hibachi station initially. I finished an entire plate of food while he was waiting. When he ate the food that was prepared at the hibachi station, some of the shrimp were raw. At that point, we left. We came here on mother's day looking for some good classic Hibachi, unfortunately that's not what we found. The food was bland and flavorless. When we first arrived service was nice and we were promptly seated. However once we got to the grill we waited 10mins before someone asked if we needed assistance. I got noodles, shrimp and crab but idk what sauce he used because I had no flavor. The chicken teriyaki had only the flavor of grease. The sushi was ok and the sesame chicken was decent. Ac is not working always hot and the steamer of the pepper steak is always cold it seems the steamer is broken,window are all dirty with mold like they don't clean them. This place os actually really good for a buffet...it's $13.99 at the most per person. They have all kinds of Chinese and even Japanese food, all self-serve! I have the sushi, eggroll, spring roll, Crawfish, clams, Seaseme Chicken, Pepper Chicken, egg drop soup hibachi chicken /w Noodles, Zucchini, onion, and shrimp and many other things that I can't even remember. The only thing I didn't like was the egg roll, but the hibachi is honestly really cool because you pick out what you want and out it on your plate, hand it to the chef and they cook it for you with an option of Soy Sauce or Teriyaki base flavor! This is not just a "regular" Chinese buffet, not sure why people keep saying that! They have a section that is typical of a traditional Chinese buffet but then on the side there is a Hibachi grill, you load your raw food up on a plate and they cook it on the grill for you! I was there on Friday 08/02/2024 and very disappointed. To begin with greetings when you step in, nobody even pay attention , hostess was very unfriendly and with out smile or apologies took man in front of us and he was waiting for some time, then it was our time to wait and finally the guy behind pult made decision to do something about he did the same thing,no smile no apology for waiting even do restaurant was not even half full.Food was stale and very slow to restaked so if you like something you have to wait for ever for next time that they want to restoke. First time trying, and I'd come again. $13.50 all you can eat dinner on a Friday night. I came around 5pm and most the rolls looked like they were sitting out all day, but I just requested a fresh roll to be made. They did come out with more fresh rolls shortly after. Habachi was very good. The rest of the steam table food was ok, not great quality. Everyone is nice in there. Decor was nothing fancy, just comfortable enough. Unless you want d****** ,don't eat here. Service was terrible. The guy who greeted me and sat me down was dressed in a sweat stained ball cap and dirty jeans. Barely spoke to me and didn't say anything about the prices for the buffet or anything. Waitress barely spoke English,but was very nice. Please do yourselves a favor and do not eat here. The food is inedible. You could tell whatever meat you were eating was the lowest quality you can buy. If I could give negative stars I would. The food was bland and tasteless. Not worth the money I paid for three of us. Definitely won't go back. We asked for ketchup since it wasn't on the condiments bar and the lady wouldn't let us touch the bottle. She just squeezed it onto our plates wherever she landed. Love it! Super cheap and the hibatchi beef is amazing! Don't expect the waiting staff to fill up your drinks or do anything really. There are about 2 waitresses for the whole place and I usually have to go get a refill myself but I don't mind because I just don't tip then. But the hibatchi is delicious. read more
