Unfortunately I think what should have been a crispy texture was very soft and mushy, probably due to the sauce, and maybe how it was packed in a closed plastic container (despite it being served to a customer only a few feet away in the small dining room). The sushi was much better, both rolls being very tasty. The tombo roll had a particularly interesting and fresh taste to it. Yelp asks that a reviewer cover food, service, and ambiance. There was zero ambiance. Negative ambiance. I don't know what to say about that lol.

We've also dealt with repeated order mistakes, inattentive service, and an overall lack of attention to detail during several recent visits. Everyone understands that restaurants can have an off night, but this has become a pattern rather than an exception. What was especially disappointing was that we took the time to privately contact ownership about these concerns and never received any response at all. We weren't looking for compensation or special treatment, just acknowledgment and some indication that customer feedback mattered.
