Less than spectacular pizza. Ordered the Hawaiian with "Dole" pineapple and my guess is that meant that it came out of a can with a "Dole" label on it. Definitely not fresh. Pizza was boring. There's way better pizza within the same neighborhood so maybe look around before settling for this pizza place. read more

Fast, friendly service and fantastic food! IPC has outstanding pizza! Their salad bar never disappoints! Without a doubt they have the BEST honey mustard salad dressing around! The staff was friendly when we went in to pick up our pizza, and the environment was family friendly, although we didn't dine in. Hands down the best pizza and salad bar in town. I believe they have even won awards for it. But there is a sneaky dark side to their salad bar. Some mysterious item on this barge of fresh and flavorful toppings is harboring the ghost of Montezuma and he is definitely out for revenge. My co workers and I can not figure out which item it is. We will all try different items on our plates and sometimes his evil spirit gets you and sometimes he gives you a pass. One of our compadres has even went so far as to claim he has built up an immunity to it but I am convinced he is Usain Bolting to the nearest commode without us noticing. Please for the love of cheese and ranch try this amazing eatery and tell me that it's not just us. I'm torn on this review. My review is 2 stars lower than it would be solely because of delivery times. The pizza is great, the drivers are great, but at least 75% of the time, I'm quoted at least an hour and a half for delivery. I've called at 4:30 PM on a Tuesday and been quoted an hour and a half. I got the same quote today. I've been told by the person answering the phone that the pickup times are much faster - so it appears to be an issue with the # of drivers. I don't pretend to know the pizza business, but since this has been happening for at least the last 6 to 9 months, it seems like perhaps more drivers are needed? We ordered from the Meridian location for years without this issue. Love the pizza, but we are seldom getting it these days purely because of the delivery times. read more

We would not go back. Walking in was like walking into a Target or a Walmart, only without the greeter. We had no idea whether it was a takeout or a sit-down or some odd combination of both. No signs no greeting just a bunch of Chaos. We waited a few minutes and left. I still don't know what that place is. I am new to the Boise area and have tried four or five Pizza places but Idaho Pizza Company is absolutely the best. The pizza is consistent and always hot with fresh ingredients. I have tried several different types and all of them are delicious. Even when they are busy the pizza comes out in a timely manner. All the staff is friendly and nice. The manager is helpful and is always trying to get you a better deal when you order. My favorite locations are Eagle and the one in Meridian. read more

I was in Eagle on business. This is one of the few places that was open late on a Sunday near the Hilton Garden Inn. The pizza is solid. The salad bar is great value. 5-stars based on the great service by the staff who were more than friendly. read more

My family goes to Idaho Pizza Company fairly often. We like it because the pizza is decent and they are usually pretty fast. We went on Mother's Day and they were not that busy. We waited 50 minutes for pizza and was told after asking at 40 minutes it should be out in 5-10 minutes. The pizza finally arrived 12 minutes later. I asked to speak to the manager just to let him know how long it took and how that was abnormal. We had witnessed multiple people who came in after us already eat their pizza and be wrapping up. Aaron came to the table and was immediately defensive. Refused to admit there was any issue on his part. I wasn't looking for anything free and can't count on one hand the amount of times I've asked to speak to a manager after all my wife and I both have worked in the food service industry in our younger years. Aaron was extremely rude and we ended up asking for a refund and leaving due to his poor customer service. There were three small parties in the restaurant when we left... it was not busy. There was no mention of an extended wait while ordering either. read more

We order from Idaho Pizza quite often and the pizza is delicious. However every time I attempt to order from home, I am told the wait will be an hour. Last night I was told two hours because of the BSU game. This to me is just poor schedule and store management. I ordered online at Pizza hut and seriously, our pizza showed up at our door under 30 minutes. Both locations are within the same distance to my home (2.5 miles). If they are busier than Pizza Hut then they need to have back up drivers for nights like these because honestly I prefer your pizza Idaho Pizza! read more

Even though this is Idaho Pizza Co. But the taste is nothing like the one on Overland (I guess that the best one in Boise) the rest of them don't even come close so I'm kind of disappointed. If they're one company I expect the same taste but obviously this is not the case. read more

I have been going to this location for over a year and a half now and I love the pizza but the customer service here is horrible. 3 separate times I've called over the phone to order a pizza only for the phone to just ring and ring and no one answer. I am trying to give you my money. Another instance I went in to get pizza and salad from the salad bar. At 1 pm in the afternoon you were already out of lettuce. I approached an employee and told them there was no lettuce only for them to reply " well if there's no lettuce, then obviously we don't have lettuce". I've tried going to the Garden City location the last few times and have had great experiences there. Please work with your employees on how to talk to customers and to manage phones on a busy night. We've enjoyed their pizza all over the Treasure Valley. After trying this location the first week it was open we were hooked. I'm on a low carb diet and it works for me. My wife and I often just have the salad bar, but on occasion we split a personal pizza. They are very considerate and make the crust extra thin for me. The employees are always extremely friendly and helpful. We eat there so often they let us judge their "ugly sweater" contest last Christmas. It's definitely one of my favorite places to eat in the whole Boise area. read more

Possibly the worst thing to ever happen to me at a restaurant, short of food poisoning or the sight or vermin. We get there at 8:20, and order and pay for our food at 8:25 pm (stated closing time is 9pm). Nothing is said to us about closing early or that there was in any way a problem with timing. A waiter brought us our beer as usual and everything seemed otherwise normal. The first sign that something wasn't right happened when the manager came by our table at 8:30 and stated that there was a last call for anything else we might need, as we had already been given our beer, plates and utensils, we said no thank you and went on waiting for our food. Seemed odd, as we have always eaten there about that time but thought maybe he was just been unusually attentive. But oh no, it was part of his plan to close early on a Saturday night. Next thing we know, our pizza was thrown at us in boxes and at 8:50, we were told we had to take our food to go and to get out. When I objected, admittedly in shock and anger at this point, the only explanation I as provided was "we close at 9". Now mind you, this was our second weird experience here. The first time, we waited for over an hour for our pizza and it was given to us rather cold and also in a box; we chalked it up to COVID and gave them several more chances, but this was the straw that broke the camels back - won't be back. Pretty clear from the other reviews they care nothing about their customers, makes you wonder what's going on back in the kitchen.... Bottom line, if you want to wait 45 min to an hour for mediocre and possibly cold pizza, and then be treated like garbage by the staff, by all means this is the place for you. read more

This is good, solid delivery pizza. Always consistent and good. The Sawtooth Special is a great meatatarian combo. My wife likes the Sun Valley Veggie with garlic sauce and the Wilderness Garlic Supreme makes for a nice half and half. The sign of a good pizza is how it reheats the next day. The pizza here is delicious and the employees at this location really made me feel special. After walking along the Greenbelt, I thought I'd try their Sun Valley personal pizza and take it "to go". Wow. I left the clerk $1 tip when I charged on my card, and she offered me a free fountain drink while I waited. When I heard my name being called, I was ready to stand up from my table and pick it up, when another worker brought it to me. He then opened it up and asked me if the pizza was to my liking. It looked amazing, very tidy, colorful and artfully prepared. Because it looked so amazing, I thought I would eat two pieces and take the other two with me. So after being there a good 15 minutes, I stood up to leave. A different employee (a third one), said "Have a nice evening" and even SAID MY NAME!
