4/9/26 4.5* Over heard co-workers ordering pizza from this place and it caught my attention. I heard hells canyon and knew this had to have some good toppings. Even though I didn't order the hells canyon yet I will get the courage soon enough. Came in around 5:15 with the fam and ordered up front. First time here so didn't know what to expect. For a place where you order up front I wasn't sure on the type of service there would be...but 5/5 on service, more to come. Also props to them for providing a free salad bar for kids 2 and under! Good way to promote healthy eating! My daughter loves her greens! I ordered a personal Idaho Supreme, and man what a great amount of FRESH toppings! I love supremes and this hit the spot! The wife got a salad bar which is $5.99 with a meal and kids 2 and under are free. They both loved the salad bar. Kids and Wife got a Hawian pizza and they all loved it! The service was surprisingly great! I didn't know what to expect from a place that we ordered up front, I figured we would be on our own after ordering but they came 4 times during our time and asked if there was anything we needed and if they could remove empty plates. Was really impressed. Two things for me and this is just a personal thing. I like darker yellow light pizza places, this place had bright white which my wife loves. So win for my wife. The other thing would be didn't care too much but there was little marinara sauce which may be a Idaho pizza thing, but co workers at work said you may have to ask them for extra pizza sauce when ordering, but pizza was still great! read more

Driving by thru town and we needed to eat lunch. First time eating at Idaho Pizza Company and it was a pretty good lunch! Had the pizza and salad buffet which is very basic but tasty and the turkey pesto sandwich. Very reasonable prices and even better customer service by all the employees. read more

We did not try the salad bar, but it looked amazing and we are going to go back and give it a whirl, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful And the atmosphere is very quaint. We came here last night exploring new things for in our new town and glad we did. Inside the place was clean and pretty busy which makes sense for a Friday night. Got to the counter after making our decisions and was greeted by a very friendly young man who answered a few questions and was super friendly. We ordered the Idaho Supreme and the Wilderness Garlic Extreme both pizzas were really good. The Idaho Supreme had pizza sauce, mozzarella/cheddar cheeses, salami, pepperoni, ground beef, Italian sausage, linguica, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, black olives. The Wilderness Garlic Extreme had garlic sauce, mozzarella/cheddar cheeses, pepperoni, Italian sausage, garlic, mushrooms, fresh green onions and tomatoes. Again both of these pizzas were very good and loved the amount of toppings vs crust. That's another thing there pizza is served on a crispier thin crust which I would prefer and it was also cooked perfectly. What was also more impressive is that this place is staffed with a bunch of younger kids and they were hustling, smiling, having a good time and super friendly. Even for a pizza place the staff came and checked up on us a few times and made sure everything was good. Plus I was very impressed how they literally sanitized the tables and chairs in between each customer. Glad we found this place and will for sure be back. read more

We absolutely love coming to this location. Customer service is always 5 stars. They always greet you and thank you as you leave. They do an outstanding job of keeping the restaurant clean. After 20 years of eating from this place this evening is my last time. The pizza was cold and the crust was raw. The salad was so old and soggy. Such a disappointment here are pics the crust was supposed to be extra well done. This is what came. When I called to complain the manager said from now on I will only let a supervisor take your order not the kids then she went on to say she read notes in my file whatever that means that a pizza joint but the last time I called was when BSU was playing Hawaii and I went to order a pizza and the boy that answered the phone said that the price of pizza on football day goes up by $10 it was still bugging me a few days later so I called to find out that in fact Pizza is the same price on football day as it is any other day it was over $50 tonight with a tip and as much as I hate to be negative or say anything negative ever about a local business they have lost all of my business I am sure they could care less if I ever call again or not but it definitely mattered to me. read more

The staff is usually very nice. The pizza is delicious! Unfortunately delivery is not a good option. They always tell you delivery will be 60-90 minutes. It could be a Tuesday at 11:00am or a Friday at 7:30pm. Their delivery is basically discouraged by the employees, over the phone. The salad bar has been subpar since returning after covid. It used to be our favorite. Bummer! read more

I came here on a Saturday afternoon for a little lunch. Typically, when I go to any location of Idaho Pizza, I don't order pizza but am a fan of their sandwiches. Specifically, their Albuquerque Turkey (turkey, cheddar, green chiles, red onions, and fresh tomatoes). It's served hot on a ciabatta roll with choice of sides (macaroni salad, potato salad, or plain lays). I usually go for their macaroni salad, which is decent. You can order a whole or half. For a reasonable $5.99, I ordered their whole sandwich and had half of the sandwich and half of the macaroni salad to take home for later (sandwiches are pretty big). The service is extremely friendly, accommodating, and efficient. You order at the counter, get your cups for any fountain beverages, find a table, and they bring you your meal. One of the severs checked in on us a few different times, which was nice and more attentive than I usually experience in businesses with similar service set-ups. The food came out quickly, but if you were in an inordinate rush, they also have pizza by the slice as an option at lunch. You can get all you can eat pizza and soda for less than $7 (a bargain!). Overall, reasonably priced eats served up quick and with ample friendliness. A-ok! read more

I hate to do this but we ate at this location via delivery last Friday night. We had the Garlic based sauce pizza with veggies. Pretty sure this location gave my wife & E. Coli. My wife & I were very very sick for 4 days after. Both of us were vomiting & serve stomach cramping with massive diarrhea. I've had food poisoning but never this bad. We had no other symptoms other then the ones listed. Will not be eating at Idaho Pizza again. read more

I would leave no stars. Came in expecting a family fun environment they refused to play any music or sound on the tv it was so awkwardly quiet you could hear a pin drop. The place was freezing cold and when I brought it to their attention they shrugged "we wear a sweater". The staff couldn't wait to get us out the door so they could Close up 20 minutes before closing time. I strongly urge all to read the poor ratings for this place, most 3 stars sounded like 4 star experiences to me and some of the lower stars I feel weren't really justified - maybe coming from a big city that's just my opinion.... We ordered a Large Wilderness Garlic Extreme, a Medium Pepperoni with olives and jalapeños and a side of wings for delivery. Delivery took longer than Dominos, something mentioned in a lower rating, but I'd sure hope that it did... Overall wait time from order to door was between 30-40min. My husband ate the pepperoni and really enjoyed it, I declined as I'm 36wk pregnant and the thought of jalapeño is just a heart burn nightmare waiting to happen. He also enjoyed his wings. I loved the Wilderness, although we did ask for no chopped garlic (again, pregnant and heartburn). The veggies were fresh, the flavor of the sausage and sauce were wonderful! I love the thickness of the crust, very authentic. I would have liked my crust a tad crispier but it was still delicious!! Our 3yo picky eater also had three entire slices of the Wilderness, definitely a good sign ;) I can't wait to try more of their pizzas! read more

Decided to try only because we purchased a new home and would receive a pizza for free. I had company out visiting so we ordered two pizzas for carryout. Once the order was done, they show you the pizzas and glad they did because my order was wrong. The lady asked if they could correct it and give me the wrong pizza to take as well, so I said sure. I honestly thought this pizza was the worst I've ever eaten. I recently discovered one of my favorite pizza places is out here, so I will be going there for real pizza. read more

Worst manager ever!! Probably because her mom owns it. My little girls had one trip to the salad bar and they shared and she had the nerve to make sure I knew about it's a per person price. Get real!! They are not going to break the bank with your shitty salad. I can understand if they got multiple trips but come one man! Get a clue! Totally overpriced. It should not cost $18 for a small pizza and one trip through the salad bar with water. Your ingredients were not that special , just because you sprinkle a few artichoke leaves (not hearts) and zucchini slices on a pizza, doesn't make it fancy, nor adds to the value expecting close to $18 for that type of meal. There are so many pizza options in Kuna so a 3 rating is the most I could give. The pizza is very good but outside of the buffet as other reviewers have said the prices are high. Since when is it acceptable to call a paying customer rude for explaining themselves? Had a terrible experience at Idaho pizza tonight, we ordered while the restaurant had about 3 tables occupied, fast forward 40 minutes I have not been served my adult beverage yet and a cold pizza is delivered to my table. This is after watching 3-4 more tables become occupied and served piping hot pies. I explained myself and even tried to be empathize because they were kind of slammed immediately after my son and I were seated! And the mgr came to my table offered a refund then had the audacity to ask if I felt better since I got to be rude! I will not come eat at this establishment again! read more

I have eaten here several times over the past few years. Food is typical of all Idaho Pizzas I've been at. The building feels and looks older than the other locations I have dined in. But it's Kuna. I've never ordered to go but have been satisfied with the dining experience every time. Good place to take a large or small group as they accept reservations. They have several televisions and were accommodating when asked to change to another game. It can get very loud. read more

Pizza is good. Vibe is HORRIBLE! Do you want pay $60 for two pizzas and a couple beers, just to sit in a cold room in silence with no music & TVs on mute? My wife asked why it's so cold, only to be told, "yah it's Brisk, that's why we wear sweaters". I asked to turn the tv sound on, they said, "we can't blast it". We were literally sitting in almost complete silence and I felt like I had to whisper. The kitchen crew didn't want to be there and seemed miserable.
