Even though I didn't order the hells canyon yet I will get the courage soon enough. Came in around 5:15 with the fam and ordered up front. First time here so didn't know what to expect. For a place where you order up front I wasn't sure on the type of service there would be...but 5/5 on service, more to come. Also props to them for providing a free salad bar for kids 2 and under! Good way to promote healthy eating! My daughter loves her greens! I ordered a personal Idaho Supreme, and man what a great amount of FRESH toppings! I love supremes and this hit the spot! The wife got a salad bar which is $5.99 with a meal and kids 2 and under are free. They both loved the salad bar. Kids and Wife got a Hawian pizza and they all loved it! The service was surprisingly great! I didn't know what to expect from a place that we ordered up front, I figured we would be on our own after ordering but they came 4 times during our time and asked if there was anything we needed and if they could remove empty plates. Was really impressed. Two things for me and this is just a personal thing. I like darker yellow light pizza places, this place had bright white which my wife loves. So win for my wife. The other thing would be didn't care too much but there was little marinara sauce which may be a Idaho pizza thing, but co workers at work said you may have to ask them for extra pizza sauce when ordering, but pizza was still great!

It's honestly sad to see, and I genuinely feel for them. It's difficult to watch at times and not say something. There is a huge difference between leading a team and tearing one down, and from what I've observed, the environment created by this manager seems more stressful than supportive. There is one server in particular I'd like to recognize! Lizzy!!!!! I've gotten to know her over my visits, and I believe she's only been there about a month, but she is absolutely killing it. During those crazy busy weekend nights, I've seen her stressed, overwhelmed, and even teary-eyed at times, yet it has never once affected the experience she provides to her guests. She handles pressure with an incredible amount of grace and professionalism. No matter how busy it gets, she remains kind, patient, and attentive to every table. If there's a mistake from the kitchen or a delay with food, she communicates it honestly and respectfully instead of making excuses. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure her guests feel taken care of. What impresses me most is her attitude. Even when she's clearly dealing with a difficult situation behind the scenes, she still greets everyone with a smile, checks in regularly, and makes people feel welcome. That's not something that can be taught, it's a reflection of who she is as a person. Lizzy's hard work, dedication, and positive attitude do not go unnoticed. She is the kind of employee every restaurant should be grateful to have, and I truly hope management recognizes the value she brings to both the team and the customer experience.

It's time to point out another gem at the Kuna location…read more Sky is an excellent employee and even a better person. She is calm under pressure and always well-spoken, polite and professional. She has been faced with a lot as a bartender / new manager lately but she hasn't blinked. She does a fantastic job and should be recognized. The last 2 times I was there and she's been working she was faced with true nightmares. She made sure all customers were taken care of and made sure all the employees were on task. She is a true example of a manager! Sky is a rare hard working employee in the service industry!

Service could not have been any more gracious or thoughtful. Big, big props here. The chef made me a small vegetarian pie which came out piping hot and loaded with tasty toppings. I saw it happen to a party of 4 who stood awkwardly in the takeout corner for about 20 minutes during peak rush. Other than that, there's plenty of table and bar seating available. We waited less than 5-10 minutes for a table of 2. The service was excellent! We were originally seated by the door, so we were getting blasted by the summer heat every time it opened. Once a table opened up away from it, our server offered to move us (and we did lol). We ordered two small pizzas, the Comet and the Idahoan. Both were delicious! We ended ordering their current special to-go, which was a BLT-style pizza. One small pizza is enough for two people but if you want to bring home leftovers, I recommend ordering two smalls! Btw, a large pizza is enough to feed four people from what we saw. Would definitely come back! Highly recommend if you're in the area or just love pizza.
