This shop really came through for my family and I. I needed about 40 patches made and sewn on to jackets IN LESS THAN 1 WEEK for my brother's funeral. Thats way shorter than their original turn around time. The staff there are really helpful, and they even had their mom come in to help sew the patches on so they can all be completed on time. The pricing is perfect, all the quality is worth it. Thank you IDC Embroidery for doing everything you could to get our jackets completed in time. Searched for a place to have a jacket embroidered and found this spot. Stopped in on a whim to see if they would do same day service. It was a Saturday and a birthday present so fingers crossed they could help. The son was not there but the father called him and I spoke with him over the phone. I came to them for embroidery on a jean jacket (a wedding gift for my wife) and they were very accommodating regarding design and the fact that I was a walk in. They sat down with me for over an hour (due to my lack of preparedness) and we put together the design. They're a small shop but do quality work which seems to explain why they stay so busy. The only downside to this was that it took over a week to get the jacket back. I'm extremely happy with the way it turned out though. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a quality embroidery job. (Just keep in mind that their work load can create a longer wait time for the finished product) read more

I found myself in a very last minute pinch for an event. I had another vendor whose machine broke and had 24 hours to find a solution. IDC Embroidery came through. I really wanted embroidery directly on the bag. Jose called and explained the best solution, in the short time, would be to use a patch based on the bag material and the desired location. I was hesitant, but proceeded (because I had very few options). The end result was great! These guys really came through for me (AND) at a reasonable price. I would use them again in a heartbeat. After reading other reviews, I guess I should note that they didn't tell me about the setup charge when I placed the order. HOWEVER, I do this kind of stuff all the time, and the setup charge wasn't a surprise. We recently updated our logo otherwise I would have had a digitized version and could side step that charge... some setup charges can be 2 or 3x as expensive. So this is still not a complaint. read more

Very poor costumer service. I went in to place a sample order and Jose took my order I was very clear on the day I needed them by. He said he could do it. I paid in full for the order and was not even provided a invoice until I had to contact them a few day later. I called 2days before I need to leave and he stated he had a client in front of him and that he would call me right back. It has been over 24 hours and yet no calls. It is past the point where I can pick up the order. I have now wasted my money, time. And credibility. I am not sure of their work quality as I didn't receive my order as promised. No matter the quality there is a better company with quality. This place has proven that they do not in any way care about costumer service. As I explained to Jose the day the order was placed, If it was not a possibility I would keep on my search, however he was VERY confidant it would be done. Keep looking. Update. After given every excuse possible they never fulfilled the contract so I stated in email I wanted my money back. Jose was extremely rude and tried to charge me a "digitizing" fee so for something they never did. I asked for a copy of such before refusing saying "it his his" Why should I pay for something you never did. Or if you did and I paid it is mine NOT yours. Really. Keep looking. IDC. really does stand for " I don't care" Too your response Julio , Where you went wrong is your costumer service Your "owner" Jose did not give a invoice as his "printer is not working" so I recorders the video. I also posted the emails between Julio and myself where there was never mention of a "rush fee" The video clearly shows Jose agreeing to the pick up date. Very unhappy with this place. first and last time. we came here and had a "contract" with Jose that our shirts would be ready by the 17th. that's what the contract said! so we told our customers we would have them on sale no later than the 18th. just to make sure they were in. the 17th comes so we get off work early because he said they'd be ready by 5pm. once we get there they are still working on the shirts and say they aren't going to be ready till tomorrow the 18th in the morning. instead of calling us and letting us know they weren't ready, we drove to him for a not ready project. unprofessional!) its 11am on the 18th and they are still not ready. at this point ppl are asking for them. embarrassment! these shirts were ready on the 19th by 9pm! &we still had to drive and pick them up with no type of discount for the inconvenience. never going here again. instead we found another place in LB that was better on time and was able to take ATM with no problem.! they were fast and on time!! no customer care here read more

The embroidery looked super clean not all cheap like other places, the IDC team really knows what their doing. IDC embroidery should stand for I DONT CARE embroidery. Thats the attitude you get from these guys they don't care about your time or their customers. We've gone to these people 3 times, that was 3 times too many! The Second time we went to them we purchased hats and brought the hats to them to get embroidered when we went to pick them up (for the 2X because something always happens to them thats an Emergency) one hat looked like it was burn they said the hat was already like that when we brought it in... they could of avoid the whole situation by calling us and letting us know before continue the embroidery (but they act like they don't know how to use a phone) but they have no idea how to trouble shoot (think!) It kinda funny that most "reviews" on here say they have dealt with both brothers, but one of them "runs" the embroidery company and the other "runs" the painting company. their children TRYING to run a business... read more

I came in on a Monday and he had promised to have it by Wednesday afternoon. When I came to pick it up it wasn't ready. I told him its part of a wedding ceremony and it's very important I had this. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE !!!!! Too bad yelp won't let me post this without any stars or else I would . So I go into this place to get a gold sash embroidered for graduation and they said they could do it so I took it in . All I needed was 3 letters diagonally in blue thread. Apparently that was too difficult. I showed the guy a picture of what I wanted and he said okay no problem, he will call me when it's ready. So I go to pick it up and the letters are vertical, in black thread, and about the size of my hand which isn't what they were supposed to be. The worst part was they were going to charge me $22 for THREE letters !!!! They also lied and said they called me and said they were going to do it vertically and they said that I said that was fine, which is a LIE. They took the messed up stitching out and completely RUINED the sash I had bought, now I can't even use it for graduation. When I went to pick it up the guy said he could fix it and pay for it himself. WHY COULDNT HE HAVE JUST DONE IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, it was too late for him to even try to fix it, he probably would've ruined it more. I really appreciate Jose and Julio at IDC Embroidery. They make the embroidery experience very easy. This is the 2nd time I have had them embroider some work shirts for me. Both times they delivered excellently. No service provider is perfect. It is how they problems when they do occur that separates the best from the good. I did experience one problem with a stain of unknown origin but they solved even beyond my expectations. They got the shirts dry-cleaned and had them ready for me within a day. I had a great experience at IDC Embroidery. I was able to have great communication through Yelp before going to the physical location. The day I went I didn't realize that they were close to closing for the day but since the moment I went in, I was treated so professionally. I had an excellent first time experience with this company. I had a last minute gift idea to customize letterman jackets for me and a guy, and called the company to see if they could work with me on my timeline. They normally have a two week turn around period but I was able to pay for express service. They were also able to provide a payment plan before picking up the jackets which made it more convenient for me. Jose was warm and friendly, funny, and provided excellent customer service. He provided great suggestions and advice on customizing the jackets, as well as the sizing, and was great at keeping in touch with me on the status of the order. I've already passed on his information to several friends and colleagues! I'm definitely going back when I need anything customized again. read more

The owner was helpful and he worked with me to get a good price for my cheer uniform monograming, I work for an after school program and we can't charge kids for uniforms so getting them professionally monogrammed came out of my pocket. left two garments to be monogrammed with 1 letter each. The only request was to pick it up befor Mother's Day. My order was given a due date a month out but was told verbally it would be ready a week later.....one week later no call so I attempted to pick it up befor 1 pm which was listed for close time on Saturday's (it's not it's appt. only) . I called the store befor I went down and got not a voicemail but a credit card sales advertisement ?. I had to call another number NOT LISTED on my receipt but on the closed door of the business. Should have trusted my gut when I walked in and just turned around and left. they may produce nice work but I will never know ! I CAN NOT recommend this small business . As I am now assed out of my Mother's Day gift ( as it is locked inside the closed store) and must now scramble to get a last minute gift. at more cost to me of Time and money.
