They checked my car, gave me a quote and provided feedback regarding what the car actually needs. I spoke to my brother and went to another repair shop where they priced it much higher. So the following few days I called back to bring in my car for service. Craig reassured me that the brakes were not issue but other issues would be the issue and make the car unsafe to drive. They were kind enough to lend me a loaner car for the weekend, and to my surprise, I got a call Friday evening that my car was ready for a pick up! The whole team was super friendly, it's a family owned business and it shows. They have me a clear itemized breakdown of everything that needed work, no pressure or upselling and were very accommodating throughout the process. I was referred by a family friend to Tayyib (@ International). My first impression of the garage and it's employees was good. There was a clean sitting area, an organized 3 car garage, and the owner was humble and respectful. Though it was only an oil change, he fixed a switch panel in my Mercedes (which needed for him to have some McGyver skills, which I lack, lol), gave it some Mobil1, and changed some bulbs for a very reasonable price. I am sitting here for brakes and rotors on my truck, and completely trust him and his mechanics with not just my Benz, but also all the other vehicles my family own. I would highly recommend his garage to my family and friends. If you want HONEST, DEPENDABLE, and knowledgeable service at reasonable prices, please contact them for all your automotive repair needs.

He asked me a couple of questions and told me what he thought was the problem and an approximate cost to repair. I said I would be there Monday morning. I arrived Monday morning and they drove my car around a tiny bit to see what was happening. I received a call a few minutes later and they told me what needed to be done (front brake pads and rotors) and the cost (which was what I was told on Saturday). First off I told them it wasn't a rush job, but I'd like it back by the end of the week ( brought it in on a Monday), by Friday they still hadn't looked at it. Once they started looking at it, it took them 3 days to get it checked out and get an electrical problem fixed, but they still hadn't checked the oil leak. Once they checked the oil leak, all they said was it was a leak on the top of the engine and it wouldn't be much to fix. I was releaved it wasn't something bigger, but after a bill of close to a grand, I wasn't feeling right about it. Now fast forward a week later...more oil leaking. Did they even do anything for the leak? Or were they to incompetent to find the real leak? I'm not going back because at this point I don't want to put anymore money into a '96 car, but when I first had it in I probably would have paid for the correct repairs, and my daughters car wouldn't be leaving oil drops all over my driveway. Edit: Had to edit my review because I saw a previous review. I guess it changed ownership, but Mike told me Bob wasn't in, this probably explains the problems. Now that I think about it, the garage looked like a complete mess when I looked inside, it wasn't like that when Bob was there. To bad, I really trusted Bob before.

Over the last four and a half years I've brought in four different cars including family members cars and all have been handled with premium care. Jeff and Jim have always been overly communicative, never do any work that they don't talk to you and get your approval first, and their team does great work. The pricing is very fair. They will even give a new car a full inspection and give you honest feedback. We had a family member buy a car from Carvana that had some issues that were covered under warranty. CD Jr dealt with the third party completely and updated us every step of the way. If you want your car worked on by honest mechanics who won't talk down to you (a complaint my wife certainly and justifiably has) and treat you with respect, go to Jeff and the gang.
