I signed up with the location October 2019 with a woman named Mercedes. I asked about the staff and did they have experience treating someone with a mixed skin tone because I was concerned about hyperpigmentation. I was assured the staff knew what they were doing. I signed up for full face. For some reason the staff treating my cheekbones that didn't not have hair and I asked them to stop. I was informed they were spot treating the area. Due to the incorrect setting of the laser it burned my cheek bones and I developed hyperpigmentation. Really dark spots that were not there when I started treatment. The office took pictures and I spoke with a manager and I was then told my contract would be extended until it healed so I could receive my full treatments so the hair would not come back. However that wasn't true. I had an appointment right before Covid hit and that was cancelled. Now I am near the end of my contract and the extension promise was not fulfilled a manager Alysha, will not respond to email and the HR department has not contacted me about cancelling my contract. At this point I have more hair on my face than when I initially agreed to let them treat me. I have requested a full refund so I can seek better service else where. No response yet. read more

I was sceptical at first but I have nothing bad to say about this place. The atmosphere is professional, the employees are helpful, and I haven't had a problem. The price is a little on the high side but with the results I've gotten its worth it. The appointments don't take long at all and the schedule is flexible. Beauty is pain but they have products that ease the pain to make you comfortable. They have been nothing but helpful and I am grateful for the service I have received. The nurse I've been working with is so professional and amazing at what she does. I get so nervous before laser hair removal, and she's great at calming me down and making me comfortable. I went in for a consult for a full face of laser hair removal and although the staff was extremely friendly I was actually speechless when I was given my price quote. Most laser hair removal packages are anywhere from $400-$800 for a full face with about 6-8 sessions. I was told there was 50% off and was still quoted almost $6000!!!! Extreme false advertising and absolute highway robbery!! I could have major surgery under general anesthesia for prices close to this! I'm not sure how they stay in business and I feel sorry for anyone who actually pays this amount for any kind of laser treatments. Two words to sum this up. RIP OFF. Friendly front office staff, went in for consult for the new cool sculpting procedure they had a special on it so I went for it all the pictures on the wall show amazing results, so I had the procedure and it was painful, the nurse says it takes 3 months to see results but after 3 months no results were seen. They didn't offer me a refund or anything I'm stuck with a 4000 dollar bill now. After reading the fine print it says most results seen after two procedures. Which would be another 4000 dollars. Save your money and stay away from this place there is no quick way to get rid of fat from this place also make sure you read all the non recommend reviews of this place some how all of the one star reviews are hidden just scroll down they have over 15 complaints against them. I thought this would have ended as a 5 star review after hearing their sales pitch. Everyone in the office is nice, but who pays that much money for nice and ZERO results. I could write an essay on their promises of what Cool Sculpting can do. I came back for my follow up as scheduled and we (myself and staff) looked at the before and after pictures which showed pretty little to no results. They even told me that Ideal Image tells people to come back at 8 weeks but real results would not be seen until 12 weeks, so not to be disappointed at these results. So without going into all the other bad experiences I had with Ideal Image, I thought I would contact someone higher up, and was put in touch with the Angie the regional director. After being told she had to look into the situation when I explained that I was 100% disappointed, she promised to call back within 48 hours and she did as she said. Like I said previously, nice people, but not a customer satisfaction 'bone' in the pile. She then told me that after reviewing the pictures she could measure that I had the 20% reduction that Ideal Image states you can expect. Really now? But her staff says come back as nothing really was seen to have happened. She asked how could she make it better and I asked for a refund. No way, she couldn't do that as I had the results. Amazing, that two staff members didn't see them while we were looking all together. Prepare yourself for a painful journey with cool sculpting and the pain to your bank account. Too bad there is no 0 rating. This place a such a RIP OFF. My husband had cool scuplting about 2 yrs. I just got done paying it off today. The lending company was a joke, ended up paying twice as much as we paid because there was no reminders that are 0% was about to end. Lending company wouldn't work with us even though i paid off the remaining balance of 1200.00. Got charge all the back interest of about 1400.00, the best they could do was give $400 credit. And then there is the results, my husband had 0 results. When he went in for his first follow up the offered to do treatment again, second follow up, still no results and no money back, NO CREDIT!!!! This is a sad review for me to leave as I have been a long time guest here and have had several services done and HAVE LOVED. I debated on leaving his or not but in the end had to in hopes things can go back to the amazing clinic it used to be. I had mainly the same 2 nurses for the last 4-5 years and the last few months have had some new nurses. One was very combative and didnt seem to know what she was doing...she also took me back and didnt know what she was treating. Turns out she had grabbed the wrong persons info. The worst change recently though has been the front desk. I use to come in on Mon or Tues and the front desk girl (sweet girl with freckles..I am bad with names)was always amazing and sweet. She always remembered things about me and asked about my job, kids, and activities. Due to a job change I have had to come fridays the last few touchups. The friday desk girl always seems distracted and stressed out. Last appointment i had to wait for her to acknowledge me as she was talking to her phone or watch or something and didn't notice I was at the counter. I had to clear my throat to get her to look up. On another visit her kids were there and it was super unprofessional to have to wait to be checked out because she was giving a lunch order to her daughter. She also tends to ask pretty personal information and I kinda wonder how secure my info is with her...she also has scheduled my times wrong and once called to collect a balance that was non exsistent (she was looking at the wrong person is what she told me) but was agressive about it and it made me uncomfortable. Hoping to go back to my early week times as it makes my experience a lot better when i can check in make nice small talk amd leave knowing that there is someone making sure I am taken care of and i have never seen be anything but super professional. I am hoping that I get a little more normalcy with my nurses and the blonde front desk girl isnt there my next appt...or at least another person is. She seems nice enough but seems kinda unprofessional. My services have all been great and the results phenomal, and i have done several areas of laser, botox, and a filler for my cheek area. I do not recommend this place, the consultant is too much like a car salesperson. Way too pushy about signing up during the consultation even after I clearly said that I was only there for a price quote. The prices are very expensive even with the discount they offered if I had signed up on the spot. Also, when she described how it feels, she described it as lke a mild rubber band snap and then jabbed me in the arm with her fingers twice for emphasis. Went in for Coolsculpting and was very disappointed. After the first session I saw no results. I emailed them with my disappointment and they offered a second treatment. Very nice of them but the second treatment didn't work either. I emailed again hoping to get some questions answered and no one would return my email. After I had the second treatment I went in a diet and lost 20 pounds. I notice a loss of inches everywhere except the treatment site. I feel this was a waste of money. Lesson learned. I met Exotic Baumeister for initial consultation on Nov 8, 2017. Felt a little pressured to sign up for mini CoolSculpting, because the discount was going to expire with a day or so. I applied for financing, but was not informed that it will be a hard inquiry against my credit score, possibly lowering the credit score, as a result. I came home and read the reviews, and decided to cancel. I was also concerned thare was no on site supervision of the nurses by a physician. I called the next day and spoke with Exotic herself. She said she will cancel it right away. Meanwhile, got a statement from the bank that some one had checked my credit score. Called them to find out that it was for the financing I initially applied and (thought) almost immediately canceled. I called Exotic again, per the bank's recommendation, and asked if she could remove the inquiry to protect my credit score. She promised to get back to me the same day after talking to her management- never did. Yesterday, received my first bill!! So called the financing company to learn, my loan application was never canceled! I also asked if they could remove the inquiry against my credit score. This company is being very helpful, and said they will work with me on both matters. Finally, I see a resolution in sight! These people are not up and up in their financial dealings, so please be careful!! read more

I used Ideal imagine for hair removal and got good results. Then I decided to have the Ultherapy. Unfortunately this has proven to be a life changing event. Please do not have this done. My face was bruised for 8 weeks. My face was in horrible pain for those 8 weeks. At my 6 month appointment the pictures showed no difference. Now 9 months later I have swelling under my eyes where the bruising occurred. In my opinion they ruined my face. After all that time, pain and money my face is in worse shape then before the procedure. Please DO NOT have this done at ideal image please go to a doctor if considering this procedure. read more

Total Scam! Horrible experience. I have spent over $5000 on guaranteed hair loss and I'm done with treatment and its only half way home some areas and some not even that much. Now I have to pay their fee for the "life time warranty" each time I go in. With as little that is gone I'd have to pay another $5000. I had so many friends laugh at me for spending so much when other places were a fraction of the price but the sold me at that guarantee but in fact it's not a guarantee. Just a way to get more money. Other places have the lasers that don't hurt (ideal images are torture) and cheaper. I now have to go to one of those companies to do what I paid ideal over $5000 for. So upset. Don't fall for their guarantee. Even if you go to a place that doesn't guarantee if some comes back it will be one or two hairs 5 or so years later. That would be worth a minimal fee then with less painful laser. The only guarantee you get with ideal is that you can guarantee to continue paying and that it doesn't work!! read more
