It was late afternoon and their platters had sold out for the day but they had still had number of meats (chorizo, barbacoa, chicharron) available for tacos. The subsequent result was an unmemorable output of tacos that I wouldn't care to get again. No salsas, limes, and additional condiments could save the meal. As always, shoot for their Honduran specialties. However, their platos tipicos plates are the real true sell. The early morning / lunch crowds will enjoy their carne asada plate, which is often paired with their rice and beans with a little cabbage salad topped with chimol. If not, the baleadas are usually a safe bet. I prefer mine "con todo" with eggs, meat, chicken, sausage, cheese, beans, and crema. There is no set schedule that I've been able to find in the last few years. They will appear and sometimes not be there at all. Social media has been sparse and like many trucks, the prices aren't listed on the menu.
