The staff was great and provided an estimate for the larger system which I appreciated. On the day of setup, they two employees provided information on the system and were timely and quick in set-up. I appreciated how friendly they were and they provided information on the system. During set-up they notified their might be a power issue related to the system but after discussion with the owner, they determined that the system would be adequately powered. Overall it was a great experience and I believe the system the set-up was a great value. Looking to get lower bills in the summer when the heat cranks up! Only issue that I did not notice till later is that they actually had changed out to from a stealth to a trident but they had upped the version. Initially I was surprised by this but since it was a larger system and it was still able to be powered I did not have any issues.

When they came back, they refused to stand behind their work and instead tried to push a new repair quote exceeding $3,000. To make matters worse, they had originally told me that if the leak returned, it would be due to the toilet itself and that the prior payment would be credited toward replacement labor. I went ahead and purchased a new toilet based on that guidance, only to be told later that the issue had nothing to do with the toilet. The entire experience felt misleading and inconsistent. Ivette and Millennium Plumbing handled everything the way it should be done. They were honest, direct, and transparent from the start. They presented two repair options, one more affordable and one more extensive, and clearly explained both. What stood out most was their integrity. They openly said that if this were their own home, they would choose the more cost effective option. That level of honesty is rare. They also went above and beyond by offering to install the new toilet I had already purchased at no additional cost, saving me the hassle and expense of returning it. Amazing! We had a block in our main sewage line and after calling another well know plumbing company we were told it was going to cost $5,700 as they stated the whole line needed to be replaced, but if we wanted to just repair it the cost would be $2,500. This well known company didn't fix the block. Thankfully my husband decided to contact some other plumbing companies and came across Iggy's Plumbing. Iggy came out right away for an estimate & unclogged the sewer line so that we had working plumbing until he was able to come out and do the repair. He told us what really needed to be done, what didn't and & what we can do ourselves to keep future issues from happening. He repaired the sewer line without having to replace the entire line and came in way under what the other company was asking for. In addition to that, we had some other minor plumbing issues that we had mentioned, he was honest and told us what was causing the issues and what was needed to repair them ourselves for little money. Absolutely amazing service! Iggy came to my parents mobile home a couple of months ago for a repipe he had better service than the emergency services company ! He did an estimate and spoke Spanish because my parents speak Spanish better than English and the estimate is free. His son was very professional and payment a breeze prices where above reasonable he goes very above and beyond with his work. Had a whole repipe done in a whole day and 1 day only.I only about Yelp just today so I couldn't do Iggy a favor and give him a review. If there was anything above 5 stars I would give a . Out of 5. I like that he explains my options, and always suggests what makes more sense to solve the problem in an economical manner. I also like that they do what they say they're gonna do. Iggy does not miss appointments, and knows how to talk to tenants. I can pay by credit card, and I get a receipt immediately. I had a main water line leak at my home and Iggy's Plumbing & Drain took care of it quickly and professionally. They dug down to expose the broken main line, identified the issue right away, and replaced the damaged pipe and fittings using the proper Schedule 40 pipe and Schedule 80 fittings. The crew was efficient, respectful, and kept the work area clean. The repair was done right the first time, and the water pressure came back perfectly. Iggy's Plumbing gave me great service on 7-8-16 which was by appointment, and he arrived during window time which was only one hour, on time and was cheerful and got job done of unplugging a bathroom sink of clogged hair in the S trap under sink in about 15 minutes. The shutoff valve under the kitchen sink started spraying water all over the place. After shutting off the water main I called Iggy around 07:30pm.
