Came for an early breakfast. Service was quick and prompt...our food did not take long at all. Can never go wrong with IHOP!

I'm a simple breakfast kind of guy. IHOP has always been my favorite spot for breakfast. There are no other pancakes I like better. Today's meal, Big Steak Omelet and New York Cheesecake pancakes, was 5 stars. Today's service was not. The hostess and servers were very nice but I guess there weren't enough people working. The food came out in good time but every other aspect of service was slow. My server forgot about me after getting a large group. I had to ask a different server for the syrup my original server forgot to bring back warmed. No one asked if I wanted a drink refill. I had to stand for a about a minute to get my server's attention to bring the check. And again I had to wait for a while to check out. One couple was seated next to me and left after not being waited on after several minutes. The men's bathroom was dirty, smelly, and unusually warm.

Cynthia our server took care of us. Ambiance was, not too bad. They were busy and took us 15 minutes to get seated. Food got to us pretty quick and tasted good and filling.

I got takeout from here and it was really good! Not a bad price either for a big meal that filled me up. Staff were nice and service was quick. Food traveled well home and was very tasty. I would come back and try sit down next time instead of takeout!

My encounter with this IHOP started with a phone call. I explained to the employee that I was in a rush and was hoping I could order my meal before I got there. Hesitant, he still accommodated me and told me to ask for Cindy when I arrived. I waited a little at the front desk when I entered. The place looked clean and was quiet with just a few families dining in. Cindy walked up to me to seat me and I told her what the gentleman on the phone said. She walked me to my seat and brought out my food. She was attentive the whole time and brought my check within minutes of being seated because she knew I was in a rush. I sincerely appreciated her customer service. She did everything with a warm smile and was very nice. The food was perfect. Bacon and eggs cooked perfectly and the pancakes were fluffy and hot--I didn't even have to ask for warm syrup (iHOP hack :) thank me later). I'll surely be back. Thank you, Cindy!

This morning we started our fun filled vacation day. We ate breakfast!! Kayla ordered the 2×2 breakfast with ice water and biscuits & jelly. Deacon ordered a cheeseburger plain and a pancake with extra syrup. I decided to eat the 55 Rise & Shine with toast & jelly. The food was awesome and so was our waitress. Great dining experience!!!

This is a good IHOP, not sure why it has a low rating. I came here with some friends and our food was good and it even came out quickly. Also, no order mess-ups. This IHOP is in a big place, one of the biggest ones in Orlando. I really enjoyed coming here.

No exterior sign at all. Found my way inside and it took a few moments to be acknowledged. That's ok, baristas were busy, I get it. I was slightly underwhelmed at the dark interior. It was no where near as clean or charming as I had expected. Once greeted, I asked if I could have my Americano in a mug instead of a to-go cup. [Insert confused face here]. Apparently this was a tough request. Once we cleared this up, payment was processed and I took a seat at a booth. Coffee order was brought out in a small plastic cup. Yes- plastic cups. Mmmm, hot liquid served in plastic is my fav. (I'm kidding of course) worse yet, the coffee was straight up awful. Truly, it was bad and I hate to even say this. I know a small biz needs all the love it can get and I REALLY wanted to love this place. I even had an extra shot of espresso added and this drink wasn't even as good as a gas station. I'm a huge espresso lover. I have a fancy machine at home but I love to support coffee shops when I'm out running errands. There are very rare times that I have negative comments. Sadly, this was one of those rare occasions. On the bright side- clean restrooms & fun art on the walls. And I was able to snap some cute shots with a retro filter.

Definitely worth it though.

The cold foam is consistent to what you would expect from a Cookies and Cream flavor, but I didn't find it overly sweet, so if you have a sweet tooth (GUILTY! ‍) then you may find yourself wanting a splash of creamer to make it sing for you LOCAL REVIEW / EVERGREEN REVIEW: I am already a fan of other JBR locations, so why not try another! I love when I'm in a new part of town (for me) and I come across this establishment that's becoming a staple in every major central Florida town it seems. Consistent with their other locations, the bagels are fresh and fluffy. The team running the location is also friendly and welcoming. What stood out for me at this location was their bilingual team member, Kay. This woman had so much energy in her interactions with people. She had me cracking up as she described their fresh of of the oven bagels as having a complimentary steam facial when you crack open your bag. She knows the menu and she also seems to know her regulars. It was a delight to interact with her. I tried the Cacio e Pepe bagel. I felt that the bottom half was absolutely perfect, but the top half a little too salty for me. I paired it with Veggie Cream Cheese which had fresh red peppers mixed in. It really added a boost in flavor. My sister got the Asiago Everything and she said it was the perfect amount of seasoning - and they aren't stingy on their Asiago. She paired it with Onion & Chive cream cheese, which she said was very good. For fun, we also got the Garlic & Herb Whipped Butter. It reminded us of pizza with the herbs as the predominant flavor. Parking at this location is very easy. There are parking spots in front but also behind the building. My only caution is that the front seemed a bit busy, so if you're coming at a peak time in the morning and have any parking anxiety, you may want to play it safe and park behind the building (peep my photos for the fun surprise you might find too!). I visited on a Sunday morning and this location had a steady flow of happy people coming and going. This location also offers a small area of indoor seating. They also had a pop up tent out front for additional seating.

We had a long day ahead and needed something with sustenance and of good taste and flavor. What a great choice we made choosing Breakfast Barn Country Kitchen! Michelle was phenomenal!!!She was attentive and made sure we were taken care of while dining in and with providing everything we needed for our to-go order! We both ordered the Papa's Waffle Platter. I had the Cinnaroll Lovers Waffle (no sugar glaze) and Mom had the Plain Malted Waffle. Scrambled Eggs and Bacon accompanied the waffles. We had refillable coffee while there. To-go we had Orange Juices, a Meatloaf meal and the Cranberry Crunch Salad. Everything was delicious. The Papa's Waffle Platter was very filling as we had hope. We only ate half of our waffles and also took those to go. We had taken in and enjoyed some of the restaurant decor. One of the items on the wall had a list suggested of rules for life. We stopped to read it as we leaving. The list reminded me of a conversation we had just earlier than morning. Positive affirmations and good advice received! Later in the evening, I had the Cranberry Crunch Salad. It was so good. The Raspberry Vinaigrette complimented the salad well. We hope to return to visit Michelle and Breakfast Barn again!!!

The breakfast is very old southern country. They will make it how you want .... They also have waffles and pancakes and all the fixings. So come on over and take a gander of all what they got for ya!!!! We are coming back for more of more... LOL. Service is awesome always filling my cup too!!! Thank you for a wonderful breakfast!

I looked around and had a hard time recognizing the layout as they had really made it different than the barbecue place before it. The decor is beautiful, and I felt as if I was in a Mexican Cantina in Mexico City! She asked if we wanted a booth or a table, and we chose a booth. While it wasn't packed, it was fairly busy, which was a great sign. We sat and were given menus, which were quickly followed by Chips & Salsa. She asked what we wanted to drink, and I ordered a Michelada. The Chips and Salsa were good, not the best I have ever had, but tasty. They served me burnt toast, I sent it back and they fixed it. The potatoes are disgusting. The aftertaste is similiar to old frying oil. The pancakes were plain and tasteless, they needed vanilla in the mix or a better tasting mix. You have to open many of these tiny butter packets to get enough for the pancakes, which were barely warm. The worst is the bacon tastes terrible. But, I got it very crispy and I asked for no crispy on the bacon and I received it all in bits and pieces. See pix below. My spouse says that the grits are not as creamy as other restaurants, but not bad. Lastly, the coffee is so bad and at $3.89 a cup, it would have been great if it's worth the overpriced taste. The wait staff was rude and got impatient with me when I showed her the burnt toast. Her attitude needs a more positive approach. She made me uncomfortable whenever she spoke to me. We have unanimously decided that this place has no friendly vibes while you're there. Their metal chairs are very uncomfortable and very low for taller people. I wouldn't recommend Eggs Up to anyone.
