I ordered the Breakfast Sampler with double crispy bacon, two slices of ham, grits instead of hash browns, and shelled eggs cooked extra well. Unfortunately, the food wasn't cooked to order. My pancakes were extremely cold, as were the bacon and hash browns. I never received my grits, and the eggs were soft and runny instead of well done. The restaurant wasn't busy. Maybe five people total. I was really disappointed by the food quality and attention to detail. I didn't send the food back because I don't return food, but I ended up paying for a meal I couldn't fully eat. The atmosphere was good, but the food experience was a complete miss. My waitress Stephanie was nice and pleasant.

The server was very kind. She was a little less attentive though. The food was hot and delicious. The sausage was awesome! The atmosphere was good.

We arrived and there was a long wait. There were three other groups that need to be seated before we were seated. They limit capacity. One of the servers was a male who did not have his shirt tucked in and his pants were not on his waist. He did remedy after servicing some people at one of his tables. We were seated and that we will be waiting on next, but the server, the same guy went to the table before us before he came to our table, although we are seated first and head and waiting longer. My mom mentioned it to him and he caught an attitude and said that he would be right with her and continue to take the order of the lady at the table before us. He then came to our table and took her order and my mom are very uncomfortable having him still continue to be your server so we asked to be moved to another server. We won't move to another server, but the same server apparently offered or was asked to assist our new server and he brought us our drinks. It took about 45 minutes for us to get our food and that's after sitting for about 30 minutes before our server came to take our order. The food is fine, but at this point after the service weeks. And the extremely long wait, it for me just solidified my dislike for this chain restaurant. I'd rather eat at Waffle House or Denny's. Both give better service

If that 30 minute wait with 5 different parties before us... we called... there was no wait for two people. After everyone was seated it took 10 minutes for me to get a 4 menus and a drink order took another 15 minutes to get our food ordered in. It was barely edible and ice cold. No one cared. We once again had to track someone down to get our check and pay for food we did not eat so we could go and get real food at the grocery store which is what we should've done to start with. All IHOPs have really tanked when waffle House is better

0/5 if I could. Worst service ever. Tons of health code violations, server non existent, dirty table, dirty silverware, dirty plates, hair in food, multiple employees doing nothing but having personal conversations. Employees look homeless.

As you can see little to no omelette is what my husband ordered. I can say the hamburger looks legit.

My husband and I went there this evening. We waited for 30 minutes for a table when there where tables open (tables were spaced apart due to Covid). Once we got a table we waited another 40 minutes to get served. After that they gave us to-go containers because they were closed. I am surprised because IHOP is well known as a very good after hours restaurant. I will not be going back to this place after hours. They were out of their special and other request we had. We were very surprised after going there and talking about it on our way back home. No syrup or any condiments just some jelly for the toast. We are not one that normally post reviews but this place was not very good highly recommend not to go there. I would say definitely waffle house better bang for your buck and you wouldn't have to wait two hours for your food

    Tis the season.

Never been a fan of this chain but walked here. This place has real service and hot food! We had a 10 minute wait but then got hot coffee and a good solid start of the day meal. Coffee, pancakes, eggs and browns for 25$ with tip. All on hot plates and more fresh coffee. The service makes this place special.

This IHOP location on Assembly Street in Columbia is a reliable IHOP and good option for breakfast food and more any time of the day or night. The staff here is very friendly and efficient at getting everything together. I have had a positive experience every time I have been here.

When I walked in, I was amazed at what I saw inside, as it definitely was not what I was expecting (and I mean that in a good way!). I loved how dimly lit it was inside, which was complemented by miniature lights that were strung from the ceiling. Speaking of the aforementioned change of pace, I also appreciated how there were no TVs inside, which created an intimate atmosphere that focused more on conversing with your friends than watching whatever may have been on TV. Finally, as someone who always pays attention to a restaurant's artwork... I absolutely LOVED the artwork that was on display at Goat's. They had so many cool pieces of eclectic artwork, that you could almost consider it as much a small art museum as a restaurant. My favorite art piece is kind of hard to describe, but I guess you could say that it was of a God-like man in a suit controlling somebody who was playing golf. (I know, it's hard to describe, but like I said, it's eclectic.) My one (1) downside to Goat's, and the only thing keeping it from a five-star review, is that the bartender and servers were all pretty rude and arrogant. This is speculation, but maybe Goat's is one of those places that considers itself a "regulars" bar, and isn't very nice to people who aren't regular customers, but the three (3) employees I interacted with weren't all that inviting. All in all, Goat's was a great experience, and if it were an option, I'd probably give it something like 4.5 or 4.8 stars if I could. If the servers were a little less full of themselves, or maybe just in a better mood, I'd consider it a five-star experience. Nevertheless, Goat's was a great experience, I'll definitely be back, and I'd recommend that anybody stop in if they're looking for a unique experience in Five Points!

The establishment is is spacious and they have tables both inside and outside and are decked out in USC pride. I can totally see this being a college hangout spot. The menu is never ending and it's soooo hard picking which bagel sandwich sounds best because soooo many sounded good. And then after you pick your sandwich you have to pick your bagel! Do yourself a favor and look at the menu before coming in so you already know exactly what you'll try. Since I came with a friend we decided to to try two different bagels and the staff here were nice enough to cut them both in half to make it easier for us to share. The bagels were messy but you could tell they were freshly made and so good! We ended up sharing the ridgeland and neighborino. I loved them both but I want to say I loved the neighborino a smidge more. While living here this will definitely become a regular spot and prices here were more than fair for the portions and freshness.

Whenever I'm traveling locally I check to see if there is one in my path. We were on our way to Columbia for a trip to the planetarium so we stopped on the way up for Lunch at Sully's. When I first discovered them, they had a sandwich on the menu called The Heater, the last place I went to was familiar with it, but this location was not. That didn't mean they weren't willing to make it for me though. I don't know if I ordered it exactly right, but the woman taking my order and I walked our way through it... the sandwich was delicious either way. This time I also got to try The Griswold (Turkey, bacon, provolone, pepper jack, lettuce, bbq & parm-peppercorn) and it might be a new favorite. This location is bigger than others I've been to. They had a bunch of tables inside and a large communal area outside with turf and a bunch of seating. Someone was even having a birthday party out there. Now I want to have a Sully's Steamers bday party too!
