I am an IHOP addict. I admit this. I love the place and we have tried a bunch of them and have only been disappointed a few times. This one is great. We ordered by phone and picked it up. I had the full breakfast as did my husband, and it was perfect. It was still hot when we got it home and their food was so good. My husband also got a salad and he loved it. The service was great by phone and when we picked up. It was just ready, hot and packed perfectly. The place is very cute and comfortable. We have dined there before. We have even been bold and ordered their new to us at least, pulled pork BBQ omelet. It was great and I will get it again. They always have endless coffee. Their chicken biscuit sandwich is also really good and not at all greasy. It does not come with gravy, but I ordered some on the side and it was the best for dipping. First things first. They're open 24 hours a day. Very few restaurants in Los Angeles are so that is the main reason to come here after an event. It's very clean and well-lit. The server was friendly and accurate and also helpful in letting us have separate checks for a large group. The food was fine. Not great, not bad, just fine and at 2:00 in the morning that's good! Well, I found my new addiction. These new biscuits sold at I Hop are great. They come with gravy but I forgot to take a photo of it. This IHop is super. We eat there and get to go. This we got to go. All of their breakfast and lunch food is great and is is all fairly priced. The place is clean and comfortable. You will like this one. The service is fast and very good and there usually is not a wait to be seated except for Sundays. The staff is just really nice. We love their pancakes and they make a great shake. They also have good burgers. Stick with breakfast and lunch. They have a few good things on the dinner menu, but it is hot or miss. The best IHOP I've ever been too, but prices have doubled! Complimentary valet, suspect we pay for this in the cost of the food. Nice feature though bc there is NO parking there. Ambience is clean, bright, colorful and newer decor. Service was very slow. They had unlimited pancakes with omelet orders and our waitress never came back to check on us after the first round of pancakes. Then when we asked for a second round she acted like we were bothering her? The omelet was great. Got the veggie egg white omelet and added chicken as I was going for high protein low fat. The newest IHOP on the westside! Everything is new, clean and nice! The staff is the best, super friendly and tight knit! From the outside, it seems small but it's actually quite spacious inside with a good number of tables and booths. The vibe is so LA with local photographs on the wall. I tried their egg white omelette and they had a promotion of endless pancakes which was a great deal! They bring out a pair of endless pancakes, just gotta ask the waiter to bring them every time. Not sure if this promotion is always going on but it was when I went. They also had a roulette game and won an entree for my next visit! Must download their app in order to play. good luck! Came here with my mother and we loved it.As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by such a beautiful and wonderful young lady named Angel believe me, when I say make sure you ask for her to be your server. Because she makes sure that everything is taken care of your concerns or something that you didn't like. She was such a great help.I suggest you move her up to a shift leader or however, things work here.Because she has great customer service always has a smile and is very welcoming. Mom had an early flight and wanted some breakfast before being dropped off at LAX. There's not much open in the area very early on a Saturday morning so I said hey let's get some pancakes at IHOP. The parking lot is very small. I think only four cars fit and one handicap parking. The establishment itself was very clean, including the restrooms. We sat ourselves and then the server Joanna greeted us immediately and asked what we wanted to drink my mom got a hot coffee and I got an iced vanilla coffee. The drinks came out immediately, and she even brought me a cup of water. Joanna at the moment was the only server and she was taking the orders delivering them and busing tables. She was very friendly, very efficient and just provided great customer service. My mom and I shared a steak omelette which came with pancakes and we asked for the hashbrowns on the side. This one meal was enough to fill up both of our bellies. It was cooked to perfection, the avocado was green and ripe, and the pancakes were nice and fluffy and delicious. They did a shift change while we were there and Angel took over as our server. Angel was just as great as Joanna and just very lovely people. I caught a glimpse of the general manager and a Cook and somebody that was cleaning and they were all very friendly. They were all smiling and you can tell that this restaurant is just well taken care of by the crew who seems to be happy to be there. The crew made this meal even more exceptional than it already was because it was scrumptious. I would definitely stop here again on my way to the airport. Welllllll, I have very mixed feelings about this IHOP location. The second to last time I went was miserable because one of the servers had decided to go get pizza somewhere *during* her shift apparently leaving our server screwed and trying to help all the tables. To top it off, there was only one cook so they were telling people there would be a long wait so people who would have been customers were leaving. We didn't get told that ahead of time so yes, our food took quite awhile. I felt bad for our server because she was doing her best under the circumstances. The last time I went, a week ago, there was a hair stuck to one of my fried shrimp. The server was super nice about it and didn't charge me for it, which I appreciated. There was only one couple in there when I was there and it seemed like my food took forrrrrrreeeeeeevvvvvver. I also got desert, which was delicious. So, service is good but expect to wait awhile for your food. And yes, I'm still giving 4 stars even with the hair because sh*t happens and he handled it the way I would have, nicely, apologetic, with a smile and comped. read more

Decided to check this iHop out on a whim and it was great! A very clean location and the waitress we had was super attentive and sweet. The omelette was cooked perfectly and the pancakes were delicious. The hash browns could have been a bit crispier but I could have asked for that I'm sure. The parking isn't the greatest either- there were about 4 parking spots at the restaurant itself and then just street parking, which I know can be common around the area but just a heads up! Stopped by this new location for a weeknight dinner and had the best experience, thanks to our lovely server, Olga. First, we were seated quickly and drinks brought immediately. Once we ordered, the meals were brought fast and warm. Olga anticipated our every need, and came by frequently to check on us. The food was delicious, and our drinks were never empty. Friendly service, clean tables, food took a while to get to my table considering there were only two other occupied tables here, and portions weren't huge, but filling enough. When I walked in the guy who said I can sit anywhere said there are unlimited pancakes at this location only but when I ordered, the waitress said it wasn't available for my order. I got scrambled eggs with bacon and hash browns and I ordered two pancakes. The waitress was nice enough but I wanted unlimited pancakes because I was hungry even after eating, but oh well. The bill came out to $16.53. It was $7 for the eggs and hash browns and $7.99 for the buttermilk pancakes. I would come again because I live so close but next time, Okay, after paying and before leaving I had to ask about the unlimited pancakes. The waitress said that I had to order any omelette and with that order I could get unlimited pancakes. If I wanted a flavored pancake, it would be $2.49 extra. Knowing this, I am changing my rating to 5 stars and definitely coming back. Just went back again for two steak dinners to go for my husband and myself. I got him the T- bone steak, mashed potatoes, and broccoli which he loved and got the steak bits with mushrooms and onions, broccoli, and mashed potatoes for myself. It was so delicious. 5 stars. Also was able to scan the QR code, spin the wheel, and get a free entree for the next time, which was this morning when I took a T-bone steak, eggs over easy, hash browns, and wheat toast with coffee for myself husband and steak bits with mushrooms and onions, scrambled eggs, hash browns, and two pancakes for me. Boy, the steak bits were sooooo delicious and I got that meal for free with my free entree card. I drove this time and utilized the free valet parking. Just tipped the guy a dollar. Very slow service on a Saturday morning. The restaurant is narrow and tight, and the portions have gotten smaller.

I waited 10 minutes before the hostess came over because there were only two servers on the floor at the time. So she ended up taking my order but forgot to bring it to me. I realized two other tables around me who had come in 10 minutes after me already have their food. So I asked where my food was and after another 5 minutes a completely cold breakfast was brought to me. Apparently the hostess did not remember to get the food out. So I called over the manager and told him I like to have breakfast free of charge what he did honor. Less than 3 minutes later my food came out and it was hot. I was shocked that it only took 3 minutes to make yet I had waited at least 15 minutes for the cold food to come. The place is very noisy and the food was very disappointing I had eggs and hash browns and sausage and pancakes. The eggs were dry even though I asked for soft, the pancakes were very doughy and unflavorful, the sausage was poor quality and overcooked but the hash browns were the only saving grace. I came here today for breakfast with my family. Angel was an absolute delight. Management needs to know she is an incredible employee and deserves all the good things. She was so kind, attentive and overall just had incredible vibes. We enjoyed our kids breakfast pancakes, omelet and chocolate chip pancakes (they taste like chocolate cake like angel said and were delicious). Sure prices have gone up since we were kids but I am happy to support a local establishment new-ish to the area. Come by for a family breakfast. It's a blast from the past that I always welcome. I love Ihop but this new location next to the on-ramp to the 405 N on Sepulveda was not a great dining experience. The service was terrible with only one server, a manager, and one busboy. As a former server from back in the day, you never leave the dining room unattended and if you want repeat customers, you don't leave them sitting at a table without at least being greeted. There were quite a few tables and none of them were adequately served. I spoke to whom I suppose was the manager and politely told him that if he wanted to stay in business, he needed to hire more people and to never leave the dining area unattended. This former server will not be returning. read more

First time at IHOP in Culver City, Ca on 4/3/25. They just opened at this location. I love the nice, clean and modern look. We also appreciate the complimentary parking for 1 hr as the lot doesn't offer much space. We were greeted warmly by a host and we got seated quickly. Which were all nice but we sat there for about 20 minutes before anyone finally noticed us. A nice staff came by to let us know that they've just had a shift change so we waited for another 10-15 minutes. We were concerned bc it's a work day and my husband and I had to go back to work. Naomi finally came and greeted us. She was pleasant and friendly and took our orders accurately. The food came out fresh and the staff checked on us frequently thereafter. I hope this location remains clean and friendly. They are located on the corner of Sepulveda and the entrance to the 405 northbound fwy. Glad to have a neighborhood location. Hopefully the service will be faster as they get settled in. They have specials which are great deals. The pancakes seems a lot smaller than I remember though. I don't normally give yelp reviews but my experience at this location made me want to write onI give this place one star because of the cleanliness of the restaurant but other than that I would give it zero stars. Although we were sat down fairly quickly it took over 10 minutes before our server even came over to our table to take our order. We sat for another 10 minutes before our server even brought our drinks to us. The food came out even slower. I received my pancakes first and were waiting for the rest of my breakfast for 15 more minutes. The pancakes were barely warm and when I received the rest of my food it was warm at best. Our server was not attentive and it took asking 2 or 3 times before she brought over anything. I would not recommend this location if you want fast service. read more
