We went at about 11am. Understandably the place was bustling. I don't hold high hopes for these kinds of chain restaurants but I feel like the goal is to get you in and out. My biggest issue was that it felt dirty. There was staff watching the tables from a nook by the front. One of the employees coughed into their hand and shortly after proceeded to a table to remove dishes. My other issue was that I felt hawked and rushed. After receiving our food the server didn't return once to ask if anything was needed... when she did return she placed the bill in the table saying "no rush". Food was mid. Again, it's breakfast and a chain so no one is expecting Michelin dining. It's was ok. Last but not least, $4.00 for a side is a crime. Not the fault of the restaurant directly I assume... but prices felt high for a chain.

Great hoppy hour with prices starting at $6 Always good food and service and love their old fashioned syrup

Juicy cooked to perfection, sirloin tips, with perfectly scrambled sauce, eggs and hashbrowns. Totally delicious service was excellent.

The customer service is exceptional. The waiters watch what goes on in the tables and they are at your beck and call. The staff, unlike most service staff is tenured many years experience and it shows. The food is perfect. If there's anything that less perfect they will change it.

Typical brunch place. Eggs, bacon, has brown etc. It also has sandwiches and burgers. They changed their menu to 1 page instead of a book, which is good. Food is good. The staff got items wrong but quick fix.

Okay to start. The staff was nice, I went for the happy hour special menu and was lucky and I didn't have to wait and our server was fine. I got the chicken burger happy hour meal. Pretty disappointing, honestly felt like a Wendys premium burger would've beat this thing. But it wasn't that bad, definitely wouldn't say I regret spending 6$ on this. Now my first picture. The 6$ happy hour omelette with side buttermilk pancakes. Yeah, side pancakes usually are pretty meh and dry, but they're basically a complimentary item. But the omelette, look at that thing. I could barely contain my laughter when the server brought that 8th grade home economics dish to our table. I could not believe we had paid any money for that atrocity, and felt bad for my server who had to smile awkwardly while putting down on our table. However it was worth 6$ for the laughs we got. Would recommend paying 2-3$ more and getting an actual omelette at a diner.

The Staff is giving each other Customer Service instead of the "Actual Customers"????

The Pancakes was 1 Step away from BURNT! The Pancakes was HARD AS WELL; 1 Step away from tough as STEAK! The brought the Pancakes to my table WITHOUT UTENSILS; so I was suppose to eat Pancakes with my HANDS? I gave them GRACE to buy time; so I went to the WOMEN restroom that smelled like PURE PISSED! Lastly, they're so busy holding conversations at the front desk; that they FORGOT about Customer Service! This is a TOTAL opposite of iHop Experience! Come Hungry & Leave Happy; more like .... Come Hungry & Leave HAngry! Bad Business- the Owner needs to CLEAN "H" = House! H

Being the closest IHOP to our home, we have been to this location few times. Usually its really crowded on weekend breakfast hours, hard to find parking at that time too. But on weekdays it's pretty convenient to find seating on arrival. IMO their breakfast items like pancakes and omelette are pretty good, but other items like burgers and sandwiches are sort of disappointing. In my latest visit, the chicken paddy was unevenly cooked. My recommendation would be stick with the pancakes.

Grew up eating at this IHOP. Always know what to expect, especially when it comes to like, pancakes. On a late afternoon, gave this salad a try. It's a great idea but: the avocado was crunchy and the lettuce was not field/spring greens as pictured in the menu, but was iceberg which is okay so long as none of the lettuce served is brown. Also tried a short stack of the Protein Power pancakes and they were really good; would definitely order again.

Lets start with the good, the cheese empanada was very cheese and with a lightly crispy/flaky crust. My daughter loved this! The caprese sandwich was warmed and so delicious! The chocolate mousse cup was light and airy with a crisp dark chocolate cup. One of the best mousse i have had! The cannolis my daughter loved . Now the bad... We ordered the mint lemonade for my daughter and found a bug in it ( like a fruit fly) as soon as it was brought to our table. When i took it back to the counter the lady just smiled at me and offered to replace saying she didnt "think" it was from the machine and just flying around. I told her it was unacceptable and would have been more upsetting had my daughter drank it. Then was given a light apology but thats all , which is so strange to me . Then i received the chai ( which at the counter i was informed could be made less sweet). It was overpoweringly sweet, when i took this back they said it was a premixed powder and already has the sweet mixed in ( very strange why i was told it could be adjusted then :/). Anyways, overall a nice clean place but check your drinks before drinking for sure . Loved all the food items we got though !

It's refreshing to find a steakhouse that serves food and drinks late on a Sunday night. The decor, vibes, and clientele are upscale. It's not uncommon for exotic cars to pull up at the valet station. We sat at the bar and were waited on by James who had a great personality and a flair for mixing cocktails. The "White Walker" is a long-standing cocktail on the Sofia menu, and it really hit the spot (Ketel One vodka, coconut cream, lychee, lemon and club soda). My wife tried the "Geisha's Lullaby" - a Japanese whisky cocktail with pistachio, lime, falernum and vanilla. This cocktail was outstanding! On the food side, I ordered Cacio E Pepe. I enjoyed it. Not creamy like the typical cacio e pepe, but the pasta was served over a delicious slice of beef carpaccio. I'd rate it a 4.5 of 5.0. To finish the evening, I enjoyed a pour of Redbreast 12 from Sofia's wall of spirits. Whiskey lovers will enjoy the options, including luxury pours. My wife tried a Peaches in Paris cocktail - white peach puree, vodka, lemon, St. Germain, and Peychaud's bitters. The Peychaud's bitters bullied this cocktail making it slightly unbalanced. Overall though, we loved the cocktail program.

They definitely shine even more with a little hot sauce on the side. Easy 8/10. The highlight of the meal was the steak tostones. The steak was juicy and tender, the guacamole added a fresh touch, and the tostones were perfectly crispy. My only complaint is that I wish there had been more on the plate because they disappeared fast. 8.5/10. For my entrée, I had the grilled chicken topped with mushroom sauce. It was good and cooked well, but I felt it could have used a little more seasoning and heat to really make it pop. 7.5/10. Beyond the food, the ambiance was fantastic. The restaurant is beautiful, comfortable, and has a welcoming vibe that makes you want to sit back and enjoy your meal. I'd definitely come back to try more of the menu.

My social media feed frequently shows me places in NY and NJ that look like fun places to grab a…read morebite. Jackson Hole came up in a diner list one day and its retro decor, neon sign and an Old Skool camper trailer parked out front made this a must visit location for me. My GF and I recently headed out for the 30ish minute drive to check this place out. I want to say ahead of time that my 4 stars is me feeling generous. This is "really" a 3.5 star review, but before I get into that let's talk about what's awesome. Out of all the diners I have visited in my life, this is one of my favorite in terms of decor and layout. The interior features a counter where you can sit and eat (classic). Booths with coat hooks built in line the diner and each one has a jukebox! The music is a mixture of classic and contemporary music. Want to hear Elvis followed by Lady Gaga? You can do that! The decor is filled with retro items including a display case featuring an old camera and toy diners from the past. It is a total nostalgia trip and I loved it. When you walk in there's even a pay phone encased in glass. The trailer outside is awesome, featuring a set up inside that includes a dinner setting and retro 50's/60's era furniture. The host was very friendly and had us sit anywhere so we chose a booth towards the back. I noticed a lady sitting alone in the booth behind ours (more on that in a bit). We eagerly ordered and started putting quarters into the jukebox and selected a bunch of retro music to help keep the mood nostalgic. Our waitress came by and took our order. We would later learn this is partly where some of our issues began. My GF had ordered her omelet to have egg whites, but the waitress didn't write it down so she wound up getting a regular egg omelet (she still ate it and it was okay). I ordered the buffalo wings and a turkey burger. The way the menu is laid out, I expected it to come with tomato, lettuce and fries - but for some reason they were not included and I had to ask for them after the fact. Here's the other issue, our waitress never came back to check on us. I literally watched her sitting at the counter bouncing a ball to distract herself while I was waving for someone to get me some water. I'm not saying she needed to keep a laser sharp eye on us, but coming over *once* during our meal would have been nice. For the record, there were only three other booths with customers. They were hardly overwhelmed. Had it not been for a nice waiter who was talking to the lady behind us, we wouldn't have gotten any service at all. He was great. The food was "okay" to "very good". The buffalo wings? They were super tiny and not crispy at all. The sauce was okay though. The burger was like the size of my fist so I was very impressed. The swiss cheese I requested was nicely melted on the turkey and the mushrooms in my burger were beautifully cooked. The burger was the highlight of my meal. I did eventually get fries with it but the serving was so anemic I was shocked. I think there were maybe about 10 steak fries in the order. They were good, but it was the saddest fry order I've ever seen size-wise. I tell myself that since this visit was late on a Sunday perhaps we were not gettin the "A-Team" of this diner. The nostalgic trappings are enough to bring me back again, but next time I'll try a slightly busier time in hopes of getting better service.

The food doesn't disappoint, but the lack of service consistency needs to be polished better. I get it that it was busy, but it literally took over an hour for me to receive my order. I was very patient and didn't make a fuss about. I get they were bombarded with a lot of to go and delivery orders, but you shouldn't neglect dine in customers and we shouldn't have to ask for our order follow up. Table touches need to happen more often, especially after 30mins of guest still not having food on their table after ordering. I just want this business to do better in this area.

A hit for a fast casual meal!…read more Even though we stepped in midday, there was still a decent selection of bagels in the display case. I ordered the Santa Fe egg white sandwiches, which came on one of their aptly named 'Asiago thintastic' bagels. When toasted, it was crackly on the outside with a distinct aged cheese flavor. It supposedly comes with roasted tomato salsa and spicy jalapeño salsa cream cheese; I don't know if I saw those distinct additions, but there was a zingy schmear of something that tasted like pimiento cheese that added incredible flavor. They were also perfectly amenable to my request to swap out the turkey sausage with a standard sausage patty. My husband opted for their healthier options. The Avocado Egg white sandwich, which comes with lettuce, tomato, avocado, and a fold of egg whites, was also delicious. Our order only took minutes, but everything was hot and fresh and I especially loved how melty the cheese in our sandwiches got. The name suggests they specialize in bagels and breakfast sandwiches, but there's a fair spread of hot sandwiches on the menu as well. There's plenty of seating inside this cavernous dining room, with both counters and tall stools by the windows or two- and four-top tables throughout. Bathrooms are also available at the very rear of the restaurant. In a strange and somewhat ironic twist, pets aren't allowed inside, but they sell dog treats (beef-based and adorably shaped into bagel shapes) by the counter.
