Very disappointed this trip. The service was slow and the food was very bland. I got bacon wrapped steak and eggs . Not impressed with the flavors or textures of this combo, thank god for A1 steak sauce. The sour dough toast was too dry and the hash browns were blah. My son had cinnamon stuffed pancakes which were actually smaller than reg. cakes and cost 7.99 for four 4 1/2" cakes. At the Ihop in Burbank they we're 6". Just witnessed probably one of the nicest things ever. I am sitting next to an elderly man having lunch alone. Suddenly the manager (Rene) comes up to him and informs him that thanks to his continued visits here throughout the years his meal would be on the house! Health Dept rating is A, and food was decent. I had to request the icing on my jelly donut pancakes as they were served without it and I was told they were running out. Service was okay, place was clean. When we got here it was busy and a lot of confusion with many orders on the warmer ready to be served. They got past that but service did not get fast. Saturday night with lots of 20_somethings talking. Sign said open 24 hours, but this was a Saturday night so I don't know if it is 24 hours other times. read more

Went in for breakfast this morning and had a great experience here. This was my first time coming into this location since I am from out of state. You'll of course find the standard selection of foods found at all IHOP restaurants so my review here is primarily on service. This IHOP has the best service of any I've been to. Their food tastes fresh and is always served warm and promptly. The staff are friendly and work hard to make sure everything is OK. On weekend morning their may be a bit of a wait, but it is well worth it and what time you lose in waiting to be seated, you'll make up in fast service. read more

There were 4 of us here on a Thursday night around 1 am and very hungry from a night out in downtown. We were seated right away with menu's and waters. Our server Erika was extremely pleasant and made sure we all had everything we needed. We ordered the all-you-can-eat pancakes and breakfast burrito without meat. Erika let us know that we could customize our breakfast burrito and she brought out pancakes so quickly. Super awesome gal. Can't wait to come back for more deliciously fluffy pancakes =P! I come here from time to time. The food is good and the wait staff is friendly. The place gets really crowded and busy over the weekends. The wait over the weekends can be anywhere from 20-30 mins. I recommend going during the week as there is no wait and the food comes out faster! read more

Ok so I am very hard on restaurants lets be clear on that before I write my review but here we go. I visited this locations 2 times. and from those 2 visits I notice the cleanliness of the store was below expectations. YES! I walked into the restroom and it was pain gross. I told the staff about it and it was like it came from one year and out the other. Then I notice that the kitchen staff cooks dirty. How can I tell? I caught the stomach flu time from this location. My friend got it too. This is gross restaurant and to make it worse the table was not wiped down. I notice that the table was sticky and the tablet had a weird rancid smell to it. I asked to get another table and they did and placed me on another table that was the same. The utensils where gross. there where still food from the previous user and I had to wipe it down. I had to ask for a replacement set and still it was not there. IHOP speedy serve is good, but when you are cutting corners having a cook that is working in the kitchen dirty and the food arriving cold, it doesn't make sense when you do that. I will never eat here again, not at least until they shut down the kitchen, disinfect the restroom and kitchen and clean the front house of the location. DISGUSTING! read more

The food at this IHOP is great - but I have to say the service has been especially poor. I went there this morning, and waited nearly one hour for a table when I was told the wait would only be fifteen minutes. After about 30 minutes of waiting, my friend asked the hostess for an update on the wait time and the hostess snapped back that they stopped seating people because the kitchen was too busy. However, she continued to tell incoming customers that the wait would only be 15 minutes! It made no sense! The system was out of control and the hostess was incredibly rude and almost ruined our breakfast. read more

His section was full (about 8 tables), but he still managed to quickly cater to each and everybody's wants and needs with zero difficulty. They are often very busy, but I have never waited more than 15 minutes to be seated, even when it's packed. It's IHOP - the place where they make pancakes as a building block for sugary toppings. My kids love it since they can put purple, red and brown syrup on everything! Honestly, the food is at best mediocre and not very healthy. They do offer healthy options but you have to ask for them - sugar free syrup, egg beaters or egg whites etc..
