I checked into the hotel next door. It was kate and we were hungry but we didn't want to go far. This was super convenient. We walked in the door and was net with a white table going across the entrance. There is a sign that says the dining room is closed after 10pm. Basically they only serve takeout after 10. I asked the host when did this happen. She stated it happened after Covid. Despite all of that we sat down in the lobby and ordered some food. Cheeseburger and Onion Rings. I have to say that was the best burger I have had in a very long time. It was cooked perfectly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I may have to come back during regular business hours to see what the vibe is here.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Amazing place. Planned to meet with friends here after I flew in and it was great.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Not super busy and we were able to be seated right away. My friend and I ordered water while we waited for my other two friends to show up. The server was really cool and let us take our time waiting. Finally everyone got there and we ordered. I'm only able to eat gluten free pancakes, so i ordered that as a combo and had grits and scrambled eggs and burnt bacon that I requested. I ate almost everything, it was really good. My friend's had the original buttermilk pancakes, strawberry French toast, and the pancake of the month. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restroom was also the nicest restroom I've ever seen in an IHOP before.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Parking :Free Located in front of the Holidag Inn We arrived around 2 pm on a Sunday & surprising it wasn't crowded, we were seated quickly. The service was good, the servers were very attnetive, responsive & provided great customer service. The food came within 15 minutes of ordering, which was shocking. I would definitely return to this IHOP again 4

I was in the mood for a milkshake while I had to wait for my dad's flight to come in at nearby Hartsfield Jackson and I thought it would be nice to go sit down inside an IHOP and enjoy a milkshake while I wait. I came inside at 10:10 pm and for the first time ever, across the many Dennys and IHOPS I've eaten in across the country, I was told the dining room was closed and I could only order to go. This IHOP even has a sign advertising how they're open 24 hours outside their front door but again, I was denied entry. It's no wonder IHOPS across the country are beginning to close if they can't even operate on what used to be a core principle for them. The staff was still nice but I clearly won't be visiting an IHOP anytime soon after this dissapointment.

IHOP as in International House Of Pancakes LIVES up to its name the chocolate waffle that I ordered and the classic strawberry/banana pancake was AWESOME. I also got Grits a southern specialty. It was so good!!!! Out waitress was attentive and checked on us every 15 mins or so to see how we were enjoying our food. This was not my first time at IHOP I let her know. My first time was in Walpole MA on Rte 1 about 35 years ago. My 2nd one was in Hapeville GA last weekend. Also the IHOP was at walking distance from our hotel the Holiday Inn Express. The only issue my wife had with her omlette was she found hair in her omlette which she told our waitress, to which she appologised and told us she will show it to the manager. Overall the food was good and the service was excellent.

This was the first time my family and I visited this location. The food was delicious, and the wait time was really short to be seated, and to receive your order. We will definitely be back soon.

Surprisingly one of the better iHOP locations I've been to! Service was speedy and coffee was hot. Food was actually decent! I ordered some breakfast combo that came with bacon, sausage, eggs, ham, pancakes, and hash browns. Everything was made perfectly to order and came out quickly. I ended up sharing my pancakes with my MIL because I had too much food to eat! Normally I don't like visiting iHOPs because my stepson ALWAYS wants to go to a particular location that has greasy, cold food. This one was a nice change. Whoever is back in the kitchen, keep doin what you're doin!

I ended up at this IHOP because I was rerouted to Georgia on my flight from Florida to New York. I ended up having to stay over night to catch a flight in the morning and my hotel was luckily next to this 24-hour IHOP. I didn't get to my hotel until close to midnight so I was thankful for this food option. The IHOP was cleaner than other IHOPs I have been to. I was excited to try their new pancake flavors. I debated between the churro or tres leches pancake and ended up opting on the tres leches. I liked that it wasn't overly sweet and that I could choose to do the side of pancakes rather than the full entree. A side of pancakes consists of 2 pancakes. I also got a classic breakfast with over-medium eggs, hash browns, and sausage. You could have chosen bacon rather than sausage. They cooked my eggs over-easy rather than over-medium but I didn't mind because I like eggs cooked pretty much any style. I also tried their berry splash drink and thought it was good but on the sweet side. I asked for it to be reduced in sweetness so I am not sure how sweet the original drink was supposed to be. My waitress's name was Marcia and she was a darling. She made me feel welcomed and called me honey and other terms of endearment. I know some people don't like being called those terms but I personally found it to be genuine and flattering.

This is your standard IHOP and the food matched the standard. Nothing extraordinary, but nothing bad about it. The waitress was nice and friendly which I always appreciate.

We come and we are greeted and seated... cool. As I'm sitting, waitresses are sitting at a table across from me. One of them keeps looking at me and I'm looking at them. She then proceeds to continue laughing and playing around with her coworker. I look at my watch, five minutes pass by, she looks back over at me and I'm still looking waiting for service. She starts back talking again... 4 additional minutes later she comes over and takes our order. They don't give military discount. And to top it off there was hair cooked into my food. The manager only offered a discount and thanked me for my service!

Whenever I want breakfast for dinner this spot does the trick.

Soooo we were in Atlanta airport trying to buy tickets for Spirit but they didn't open til 8am it was 6am. We said we fan kill time getting breakfast. I haven't been to IHOP in years and it was so good. I noticed they changed the menu and added more items for breakfast. I just got 2x2x2 which was good. It hit the spot so if you are up early in the morning and need to kill time then this place is for you lol.

Forced gratuity on party's of 5 or more.

After a long wait we received our Catfish nuggets were tasty but very greasy and needed to be fried crisper as well. And blueberry Biscuit bite which reminded us of New Orleans beignets. They have a upstairs eating area also. This place is simple but cute. It was lunchtime and service was top tier. I was greeted once walking in and immediately seated. I must do better with remember names...smh because my server deserves all the recognition, I can say he was a Caucasian, older gentleman. He was amazing!!! He was so nice, knew the menu, made recommendations, and kept a check on me. I found that all the staff helped each other, if water got low, another staffer filled it, plates got empty, someone different may take them away. Everyone was really nice. Now let's get into the drinks and food.... Mimosa(peach) perfectly mixed. The gumbo was recommended and it was good, it had nice size shrimp. The calamari was really good also. For my entree, I had the Shrimp cescer salad, it was delicious... even after finishing it up later that evening because I was so full. I could and would recommend checking them out for sure.

The dining room can get loud if all the tables. Full bar / wine serving Cajun style with a "Atlantean" flair. Service: 5 stars Rarely do I give a 5 star rating for a server but our server was exceptional. He was polite, friendly, helpful and was very attentive. He mentioned some recommendations and as a foodie himself, he made a couple recommendations. Food: 4-4.4 stars Shrimp Po-Boy: 4 Stars for the Po-Boy due to amount of shrimp, though they were larger than normal. The shrimp was seasoned and lightly breaded. However, the bread was wonderful. Light, airy, flaky and had the right amount of crunch to it. The creole sauce was good but the Po-Boy needed some additional hot sauce. The perfectly cooked fries were AWESOME! Highly recommend to get a side if your entree doesn't come with it. Lightly salted with hint of other seasoning and herbs and had the right amount of chew and crunch to them. Also, I believe the oil they use was a better quality than normal. Blacken Mahi-Mahi- 5 Stars The grilled blackened fish has the perfect on of Creole seasoning and was topped with a house-made Chimichurri Sauce and possibly honey. Served with seasonally roasted root vegetables. My wife loved it so much the plate was practically cleaned! LOL! Dessert Beignet - 3.75 Stars By our server's recommendation we ordered a serving of 3 beignets w Pecan Praline Caramel sauce. The beignets were hot and fresh and had a "snowy" amount of powdered sugar. It was covered with goodness. When we bit into them, they were light, airy and had a bit of a chew to them. My wife likes them more than Cafe Du Monde but I thought the dough had more chewiness to them. The Praline sauce was ok. Also, the sauce is extra $3.50. NOTE: Do not order a carton of water - Cost $5. Wasn't worth it. Get regular water. If we were staying another day, we would definitely come back. I highly recommend the place. Also, the have another located situated in downtown Atlanta. But I suggest to stop by at the OG place in College Park. Small time atmosphere with great food! Enjoy!

With no self-parking visible, you're forced to follow the road behind the building into a paid lot. Parking is free for the first 2 hours, which would later prove to be an issue. Inside, the hotel aesthetic is bright and clean, and we were promptly greeted and seated, however, this was the last positive moment regarding service. Service: Our server, Sierra, set the tone quickly. Despite the restaurant not being busy and appearing well-staffed, it took an unusually long time just to take our drink orders. When we asked for white zinfandel, we received a rude response: "We only have the drinks on the menu." Ironically, my friend then asked for a margarita, which was not on the menu, and the bartender somehow managed to make it. Consistency and professionalism were clearly missing. Throughout the experience, attention to service level was non-existent. Sierra couldn't keep track of who ordered what, and delays continued for everything: taking orders, delivering takeout containers, splitting checks, and even getting water refills (which never arrived). At this point, we were joking that the server must get a kickback for delaying guests long enough to exceed the free parking window. Check-Out Chaos: At checkout, mass confusion set in. Sierra painstakingly recorded who ordered what, yet our checks still came out wrong. To avoid further delays, we privately sorted the difference within our group. When the signed receipts and cards were returned, we asked about parking validation--only to learn parking is just free for 2 hours, no validation provided. We rushed out, only to hit 2 hours and 1 minute, triggering a parking fee. As if that wasn't enough, one of our party members went back to leave a tip, only to be told we never paid. Sierra accused us of taking both copies of the receipt, despite never providing two in the first place. When we quickly returned to reconcile the confusion and were met with shifting stories: first we didn't owe anything, then she thought we were hotel guests, then finally that we took both receipts. The insult was unnecessary, disrespectful, and completely out of line. Final Thoughts: Great food, however server was rude, disorganized, and accusatory. If you go, pack patience and maybe a stopwatch for parking.
