I checked into the hotel next door. It was kate and we were hungry but we didn't want to go far. This was super convenient. We walked in the door and was net with a white table going across the entrance. There is a sign that says the dining room is closed after 10pm. Basically they only serve takeout after 10. I asked the host when did this happen. She stated it happened after Covid. Despite all of that we sat down in the lobby and ordered some food. Cheeseburger and Onion Rings. I have to say that was the best burger I have had in a very long time. It was cooked perfectly. I may have to come back during regular business hours to see what the vibe is here.

Amazing place. Planned to meet with friends here after I flew in and it was great. Not super busy and we were able to be seated right away. My friend and I ordered water while we waited for my other two friends to show up. The server was really cool and let us take our time waiting. Finally everyone got there and we ordered. I'm only able to eat gluten free pancakes, so i ordered that as a combo and had grits and scrambled eggs and burnt bacon that I requested. I ate almost everything, it was really good. My friend's had the original buttermilk pancakes, strawberry French toast, and the pancake of the month. The restroom was also the nicest restroom I've ever seen in an IHOP before.

I ordered The French Toast Value Meal it was filling and hot and the eggs were fluffy and had a nice bite to it, I will definitely order this again in the future

I was in the mood for a milkshake while I had to wait for my dad's flight to come in at nearby Hartsfield Jackson and I thought it would be nice to go sit down inside an IHOP and enjoy a milkshake while I wait. I came inside at 10:10 pm and for the first time ever, across the many Dennys and IHOPS I've eaten in across the country, I was told the dining room was closed and I could only order to go. This IHOP even has a sign advertising how they're open 24 hours outside their front door but again, I was denied entry. It's no wonder IHOPS across the country are beginning to close if they can't even operate on what used to be a core principle for them. The staff was still nice but I clearly won't be visiting an IHOP anytime soon after this dissapointment.

Parking :Free Located in front of the Holidag Inn We arrived around 2 pm on a Sunday & surprising it wasn't crowded, we were seated quickly. The service was good, the servers were very attnetive, responsive & provided great customer service. The food came within 15 minutes of ordering, which was shocking. I would definitely return to this IHOP again 4

IHOP as in International House Of Pancakes LIVES up to its name the chocolate waffle that I ordered and the classic strawberry/banana pancake was AWESOME. I also got Grits a southern specialty. It was so good!!!! Out waitress was attentive and checked on us every 15 mins or so to see how we were enjoying our food. This was not my first time at IHOP I let her know. My first time was in Walpole MA on Rte 1 about 35 years ago. My 2nd one was in Hapeville GA last weekend. Also the IHOP was at walking distance from our hotel the Holiday Inn Express. The only issue my wife had with her omlette was she found hair in her omlette which she told our waitress, to which she appologised and told us she will show it to the manager. Overall the food was good and the service was excellent.

This was the first time my family and I visited this location. The food was delicious, and the wait time was really short to be seated, and to receive your order. We will definitely be back soon.

Surprisingly one of the better iHOP locations I've been to! Service was speedy and coffee was hot. Food was actually decent! I ordered some breakfast combo that came with bacon, sausage, eggs, ham, pancakes, and hash browns. Everything was made perfectly to order and came out quickly. I ended up sharing my pancakes with my MIL because I had too much food to eat! Normally I don't like visiting iHOPs because my stepson ALWAYS wants to go to a particular location that has greasy, cold food. This one was a nice change. Whoever is back in the kitchen, keep doin what you're doin!

I ended up at this IHOP because I was rerouted to Georgia on my flight from Florida to New York. I ended up having to stay over night to catch a flight in the morning and my hotel was luckily next to this 24-hour IHOP. I didn't get to my hotel until close to midnight so I was thankful for this food option. The IHOP was cleaner than other IHOPs I have been to. I was excited to try their new pancake flavors. I debated between the churro or tres leches pancake and ended up opting on the tres leches. I liked that it wasn't overly sweet and that I could choose to do the side of pancakes rather than the full entree. A side of pancakes consists of 2 pancakes. I also got a classic breakfast with over-medium eggs, hash browns, and sausage. You could have chosen bacon rather than sausage. They cooked my eggs over-easy rather than over-medium but I didn't mind because I like eggs cooked pretty much any style. I also tried their berry splash drink and thought it was good but on the sweet side. I asked for it to be reduced in sweetness so I am not sure how sweet the original drink was supposed to be. My waitress's name was Marcia and she was a darling. She made me feel welcomed and called me honey and other terms of endearment. I know some people don't like being called those terms but I personally found it to be genuine and flattering.

This is your standard IHOP and the food matched the standard. Nothing extraordinary, but nothing bad about it. The waitress was nice and friendly which I always appreciate.

We come and we are greeted and seated... cool. As I'm sitting, waitresses are sitting at a table across from me. One of them keeps looking at me and I'm looking at them. She then proceeds to continue laughing and playing around with her coworker. I look at my watch, five minutes pass by, she looks back over at me and I'm still looking waiting for service. She starts back talking again... 4 additional minutes later she comes over and takes our order. They don't give military discount. And to top it off there was hair cooked into my food. The manager only offered a discount and thanked me for my service!

Whenever I want breakfast for dinner this spot does the trick.

Soooo we were in Atlanta airport trying to buy tickets for Spirit but they didn't open til 8am it was 6am. We said we fan kill time getting breakfast. I haven't been to IHOP in years and it was so good. I noticed they changed the menu and added more items for breakfast. I just got 2x2x2 which was good. It hit the spot so if you are up early in the morning and need to kill time then this place is for you lol.

We parked behind the building and a woman who worked there had the door open. She had on a shirt that read Legalize being Black. My husband had on a Black Lives Matter shirt, & I had on a Juneteenth shirt. She smiled and raised her fist at us as we asked to enter through the door and we responded in kind. I love us! She toke U.S. to grab a menu as we walked in to the right of the bar. We found a high top and found what we wanted and went to the counter to order. The prices are reasonable until you get to adding the sides. I overheard another worker tell a couple who ordered after us to order the veggie plate if they were getting 4 sides as it was cheaper. I wish the person who took our order had told use that. The entrees are à la carte and priced reasonably. The sides are $5 each with a few exceptions, a hoecake is $2 and mac & cheese and a couple other sides are $6. Keep that in mind when you come. Our total for our inside dining with a can of ginger ale, fountain Diet Coke, & tip was like $70+ & the to go order for our son's meal w/o a drink was ~$30. It's definitely a good value if you only need an entree and have sides already. The food is good and has large pieces of meat & decent portions so there you go... I ordered the fried green tomatoes as a starter, smoked beef brisket with the barbecue sauce on the side, smoked turkey cabbage, dressing, & the lemon pound cake. Ironically, the fried green tomatoes came out last. They were piping hot though. They could've used a dash of salt but that cornmeal batter was perfection on the tomatoes. You get 3 and 1 was cut a little too thick and it was slightly mushy maybe cause it had to cook longer? But it was still good. The beef brisket was good. It's sliced thin and had that good smoke flavor and was seasoned well. The thicker slices could've been a bit more tender but overall it could rival some barbecue joints. The dressing was good and so was the cabbage, though it was almost tad bit saltier than I'd like. I'd order everything I had again. I was pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed my food. You know not everyone who claims to cook southern food can do so. Oh the pound cake was good and moist. It reminds me of Sammy Chhesecake pound cake. My husband ordered the 3 pieces of fried chicken, collard greens & they do have a lil kick as the menu suggests, green beans, & yellow rice. He was pleasantly surprised with how big the pieces of chicken were. Nowadays people give you what looks like pigeon parts ‍. He said it was a tad salty. He said he also enjoyed his meal otherwise. I forgot to get pictures of the food for our son's takeout order of fried pork chops, collard greens, mac & cheese, & a hoecake. He liked his food as well but also said his pork chops, which were nice size center cut, were well seasoned, but a little too much. He enjoyed the meal and his 1st hoecake. They also do catering and seemed to have a large catering order being prepared to go out. The restaurant & woman's restroom was clean. The staff were friendly and quickly acknowledged us. The music was good but it would've been good to hear a mix of old school with the hip hop since it was Juneteenth. They have a full bar. The only thing I didn't like was Fox News & another conservative news channel on; at least not on JuneteenthZ a generic movie or TV show would've been better for me anyway. They had a steady stream of to go orders and in person dining. I guess we're just late to know about

The food was delicious. Great drinks as well. They offer happy hour on drinks and hookah. However, first…read moreit's kind of confusing because they have a valet person, but there's no clearly marked sign that says that you need to do ballet so he comes over to where we park and gave a valet ticket saying that the Hapeville police like to see a valet ticket. It was weird because when we left, he follows out the restaurant asking if we had a good time and then shared his cash app for a tip- but we never use the valet and a few people did. I recommend them having clear signage because we had to drive around to even see that there was a valet. The service was terrible, which is what took down the stars so much. It's frustrating when places have automatic gratuity when the service is not good. I am a very generous tipper however, I get frustrated when I'm forced to tip for bad service. She took about five minutes to even come over for us to even know that you were supposed to go online to get the menu. There's no QR code at the table to at least let guests know that they use that to view the menu. The crab dip was pretty good but they give like 5 small pieces of crostini and I when I asked for more it took like 20 minutes and there was an extra charge. The stuffed salmon was more so just topping and the piece of salmon was very small for the price. The drinks were expensive ($18) in comparison to the lack of liquor, it was very sugary and sweet. I felt frustrated by how slow the service was (I could see her on her phone or behind the bar chatting with colleagues) and she barely checked on us. I was so excited to try this place but never again. They have a lot of work to do to enhance the customer experience and value.
