I came to this branch because it was near my home. I was disappointed with the food, service was alright. I ordered crispy chicken streaks with waffle and marsh mallow cocoa. The crispy chicken with waffles taste bad, chicken was dry and the waffle tastes like table rugs. The hot cocoa was diluted, I couldn't even taste the marsh mallow in it. You can see a surface of oil in the hot cocoa! The service was nothing fantastic or to rave about. I do not recommend to visit this branch because the food was really bad and the other branches I've tried taste so much better. For the price, I could've get better meals with better service elsewhere. Overall rating 2/10. read more

The server with the teardrop kept giving me the stink eye the entire time. I don't know why... and when I'd ask her for things she'd roll her eyes and walk right by me. She brought my French toast cold and she forgot to bring my crepes and I had to yell across the restaurant after waving at every waiter for several minutes when I got tired of being intentionally ignored. Ok so it was like 2:00am when I decided to order ihop from door dash. So I waited like two hours for my food. Because it kept saying in the app that your food is being made. So after two hours I called ihop and they was like my food has already been gave to your delivery driver. So I was like my delivery driver is there to pick up my food(I was on the phone while the driver was trying to get my food)so the rude ass manger was like your food has already been passed out‼. I'm like how when the delivery driver standing in front of you.So she yelled out I don't care, I don't have anything to do with that take it up with Uber eats Okkkuuurrr. So I called up there to see can they make my food over and I will pick it up myself. Why the manger kept hanging up in my face every-time I called trying to place a order& she even took the phone off the hook. The manger was so rude and nasty. Her attitude was ridiculous. Service is consistently bad at this location. I ordered food for pickup and told it would be ready in 10 minutes. Arrived at the location and people were lined up outside the door. After waiting in line 15 minutes I called the restaurant and advised I had a pickup order. I could see several orders on the counter. The person on the phone was extremely rude and told me she was not coming outside (never asked her to come out) and I needed to wait in line. I tried to explain my food was getting cold while I was waiting in line. She asked, "what do you want me to do?" I told her she could cancel the order and she hung up the phone! Unbelievable! I had a wonderful meal today at this IHOP. The food was nice and fresh. We had a wonderful waitress who made sure we were taken care of in a timely manner. One of the guys who were seating people has a really bad attitude, he was cussing under his breath in Spanish. Friendly and attentive staff and hot IHOP food. IHOP experiences can go either way, and you usually know within the first 5-10 minutes how things will be for the meal. This is certainly one of the better IHOP experiences we've ever had. Jesus took great care of us and brought all of the specific of the meal without us having to remind him. Good coffee and good food at a reasonable price. It feels a little funny to drop five stars on an IHOP, because it is still just an IHOP, but that fifth star is just for Jesus. read more

i went with friends because we were craving some pancakes. turns out my pancakes tasted like normal batter when it was chocolate. sweet tea made me mouth super dry, and it never did all the times i would go. this time really made me not want to go to this location. omelette took more than 30 minutes, i was the only one without my food, it was cold as well. read more

This morning I called in a order for pick up and my coworker went to pick it up. I ordered an build your own omelet with ham and spinach with a side of French toast. when I got my food there was onions, mushrooms and melted cheese on top. I called the store and spoke with the manager I believe her name was Maria. I told her what my receipt said and my order didn't match. Her only response was to bring the omelet back and she would correct it. I informed her that I couldn't at the time because I was n a 15min break and that I would have to eat around it but if I could get a gift card for my next visit. she told me no. I came in for lunch. I had the five stack buttermilk pancakes. The pancakes were delicious. I should point out the service was excellent and the staff was attentive. My wife had a bacon sandwich and french fries which she enjoyed. This is a good restaurant to stop by not only for breakfast, but also for a midday snack or lunch. There is a large parking lot next to the restaurant so parking is not a problem. read more

I wish there was a way that I could give this place less than one star.. I love IHOP but I will never in life step foot in this place again nor will I let anybody I know come here. The staff is very rude and not attentive. I walked in and there was an employee standing at the counter (the most rude of them all) and he didn't even open his mouth to greet us, there were three other couples standing there waiting so we waited in line about five minutes and watched like every employee on the floor walk past us without saying a word, I mean somebody could have said something like hello or we'll be right with you. There were only about four tables that were seated already so the place was really slow but still nobody seemed concerned about the line at the door. So of course all of us standing in line started talking to each other and we all discovered that none of us had been greeted and none of us knew what was going on. So I asked the guy at the counter if there was a hostess or were we suppose to sit ourselves, he ignored me and picked up the phone. I stood there and waited and when he got off the phone after another 6-7 minutes, I asked him again and he mumbled someone is coming as he was walking away towards the kitchen. If this was my experience after standing only two feet inside the door for about fifteen minutes, I sure wasn't going to stay around to see what other rude tricks they could pull out there bag so off to Waffle House we went which is about a mile up the street and the customer service was ten times better from the moment we walked through the door read more

Been living in hapeville my whole life and had nothing but good food for the most part. The recent hires of these young kids are going to keep me from going. They're not trained well at all, and lack manners. Not only that need to practice their math skills got 15$ back from a 100 and my bill was 30, then my waiter hides in the back to let her manager handle the mistake. Horrible service; minimum staff after 8pm; but even when staff is available they can be rude no hospitality experience period. Whether you call in your take out or come in to place an order, you still have to wait over 25-30 mins to get your meal and then the order is incorrect. Waiting time to be seated takes awhile.
