Pitifully managed establishment. The hostess and manager at the entrance looked like they had never worked before or have seen a Sunday morning rush. Good service but you cannot get free refills on child drinks. Food is good and is a clean environment.

I wish I could give negative stars. I have been there 4 times the first time was great. The 2nd time it took 2 hours to bring us the food. The 3rd time i walked out after 30 minutes and I still did not even get my drink. Gave them 1 more try (because others wanted to go there and I could not convince them not to do it) they could not get anything right and it took 3 hours. Arrived 8:30 am 3/15/14. We sat for over 20 minutes and was never acknowledged by a waitress. We finally had to walk out.

We went this Sunday with a group of 4. We had to wait although it was around 1pm and wasn't busy. They were way understaffed which caused the hold up. There were at least 8 tables empty that just needed to be bused. Once seated, food was good but very slow service. Our waitress was sweet and working hard but she simply had too many tables. Took ten mins to get silverware and refills so our food was cold by the time we had to silverware to eat it with. read more

Very very slow service. Not terribly busy or anything and Friday at 10:30 on a school day, so not busy at all. The server forgot our menus, waited an extremely long time for drink refills and waited at least 20 minutes from ordering to getting pancakes for two. Not some complicated order, just the two of us. I think the food here is OK, you go to IHOP and you pretty much know what you are getting. The last time we went there, and I do mean the LAST time, the service was absolutely terrible. Our waitress was clearly either on drugs or suffering some kind of emotional breakdown. It took us 2 hours to eat because she had done who-knows-what with our order and she spent a lot of time crying and telling us how bad her boss was (I swear to you, I'm not making this up). I'm sure this particular waitress has been institutionalized or put in rehab and is not still working there, but I don't think we will be going back. read more

My husband, toddler, and I attempted to go back to IHOP after our first experience was lackluster to say the least. We visited the restaurant around 5:00pm on Saturday (12/13). We were seated right away and waited a few minutes for a Server to take our order. She asked for our food order before the drinks order but I wasn't too worried about it. Saturday evening was not busy at all and it appeared that the placed had enough employees for the shift. Our food took almost 30 minutes to arrived. My order was not corrected and my son, who is only two, his food nowhere in sight and probably was giving away. I dont care if my order was incorrect or even forgotten but to not bring a hungry baby his meal and for our Server was unapologetic really made me one upset mommy. I told my husband to finish his meal so we could leave. It taken another 10 minutes for someone at the host station to bring the check so we could buy. If I hadn't had to change my son, I would have filed a complaint immediately with the manager. Only eight tables were full and there were four Server and two manager during that shift, no excuse for slow and poor service. read more

Having had a bad experience a few months ago when it took over 40 minutes to receive our food after having placed our order we decided to give them another try last Friday 9/13. What started out as a decent experience ended in a very bad way. As we were finishing our meal our waitress went on break. The waitress who was watching our table finally gave us our bill after we had been sitting there ready to go for 10 minutes. I asked if we paid her or at the counter and she replied we could pay upfront. We went to the front desk only to be told by whom I assume was a manager that we had to pay our waitress as they had no cash up front (what do they do about to go orders?). So I went back to the table and finally asked a different waitress if she could get whoever was in charge of our table so we could pay our bill. Instead of getting her she said she would take our bill and when she did come back had shorted us 10 dollars in change. After telling us she would be responsible for the ten dollars I said just give us 5, forgetting I had left a tip on the table as well we left. Someone received very generous tip from us but it will be the last. Horrible service and mediocre food at best. I am sure some people, especially regulars, may have a great experience but for us it will be the last time. read more

I love IHOP anywhere, anytime. My family and I eat there a couple of weeks ago and when we tried to reserve a table they took our name and said it would be about 20 minutes. After a few more families came in my wife noticed they were being seated before us. She took it up with the manager, I think his name was Charles. He was also the one who we reserved the table with when we came in. He then immediately seated us next and told us that he took full responsibility for us not getting seated in time. He also stated that he wanted to give us a 20% discount. It still had only been about 15 to 20 minutes (so really no harm). We were seated and had a great waitress, we went without nothing and never had to ask for refills and Even my coffee that was sitting on the table was even refilled by her. Our meals were brought to us in about 10 minutes or so and was exactly what we had ordered. I don't remember the waitress name but both were great. Before we left we also had another gentleman asked us if everything was ok and if he could help us also. Before our bill was brought to use the manager came back to our table and apologized again and told us that he had decided to give us our meal at 50% off. The only mistake that he did was called a few in front of us but we still hadn't been there the time he told us we would have to wait. This was probable the best I have every been treated at any IHOP. My favorite place to eat. read more
