Walking in me and my son were seated quickly. The waitress came and took our drink and food order. The drinks came out pretty quick. The food didn't take too long maybe 15 minutes. And that was the last time I seen our waitress...my omelette didn't look like the one in the pictures but it was pretty good. It was full of steak meat. The pancakes were really dry. The sides of bacon were small. I ran out of water about halfway through the meal and never got a refill because I never got to see our waitress again. A different waitress brought my ticket and I ended up just using the ihop app to pay the bill. All the food in the picture was about $60 so it wasn't cheap and I don't think it was worth it overall. Server was friendly but service is pretty poor. The place wasn't busy yet when I was eating but it was starting to pick up. Hopefully service did too. read more

Every table had food on the floor. The table we were sat at was so bad my feet were sliding around in the food. I watched a server clean a table, wipe the food off the seat, then walk away to stand against the wall. The restaurant wasn't even half full. Nearly all the staff was standing around. My food was cold. Overall it was the second worst experience I've had at a restaurant. If the bathrooms had been as dirty as the restaurant, we would have left before ordering. read more

We decided to stop for food from ihop today. We got their happy hour specials. One of us got the ham and cheese omelet with pancakes the other was a classic steak Burger with fries. The food lately here from ihop has been excellent and very fresh. We are still doing take out even though they are allowing 25% in dining. Stop in and try their happy hour deals from 2 to 6:00 p.m. the price is great and the quality of food is better than McDonald's or Burger King read more

I have been to this restaurant a few times for breakfast and once seated found myself each time having to wait 10 or more minutes for a server to come and take my order. Once I placed the order it took an exceptionally long time for the food to arrive and was always somewhat cool because it had been sitting so long. The management there appears to be very poor. It was very disappointing eating there and have stopped going there. read more

IHOP is IHOP. We came when it was pretty empty. We did not have to wait for a table. Our food came out as ordered. The waitress was nice and attentive. No issues here. The food is pretty much the same across country. Love how they understood what I wanted. I usually get the chicken fried steak and substitute it for chicken strips. This place understood and made it exactly right. Eggs were made the way we wanted! We always stop in Los Luna's while traveling. Pretty good service while driving through. We visit this place about once a month. Good Job! Good job to the Hostess as well! read more

I've come here several mornings on different occasions. It seems they open the doors when they want to which is sad. I've talked to several other customers they seem to agree on this. Ihop could have more business at 6:00 am. Fortunately this hinders their business quit a bit. They need to input the right hours of business on their website. They Do Not Open at 6:00 am. They haven't for months now. I have planned several early mornings for breakfast with the family and were let down by their closed doors. Several people hanging out in back. read more

I am so disappointed in IHOP I had such a poor service had to wait about 25 minutes before I can even get sat down and did not have food I wanted to order. constantly had to ask for coffee to be filled up got my food had such a small portion on the plate I thought maybe they were feeding a child. Has so little of hashbrowns and to top it off they were overcooked and sitting in grease. This place is absolutely horrible. Walked in, hostess was good, but after that is where it went downhill. Ordered food; nothing difficult to make. About 15 minutes into our wait, a couple comes in and orders. 25 minutes into our wait, the couple that came in after us gets their food. I asked waitress about our food and all she could say was "they don't know what happened", so I ask "how much longer" and the response was a blank stare. We got up, paid for the drinks and walked out. It will be a cold day in hell before I ever go back here. Another Los Lunas disappointment; poor management; even worse service. I got seated at a decent rate , not much waiting , but once I was seated and given menus the woman who seated me never returned to my table . My party arrived and we waited about 10-15 minutes ( another table who arrived after had service before ) and I eventually had to go find someone to wait on us . Once we finally got service our meal took even longer to come out thankfully the food was good , it may have been our extra hunger from lack of service and waiting but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt . .... It may be that this place is relatively new and they still need time to figure out staffing roles but I won't be back for awhile . read more

To start, I would give 0 stars if this was an option. My third time trying this location and no improvement since our first visit 3 weeks after it opened. Clean? Yes. Does the food taste good? OK. But those aren't the only things we look for when eating out. When I arrived today, I told the hostess I will need a "booth" for three, she smiled and agreed, then asked if a table was fine... Uh.....no. I was looking at 6 empty booths scattered around the restaurant. She looked like I hurt her feelings, then took us directly to our seat with 4 menus and a kids menu.... Party of 3...not 5. Next, our waiter was very nice but you could tell he was new, no worries there, we all have had our moments being new, but that isn't the worst part. We were hungry when we walked in there, after the waiter took our orders, we didn't hear from him again until over an hour later when he brought our food out. The food had been sitting in the kitchen for a while as the gravy had a thick skin over it and everything was cold. They shorted us 1 pancake a piece, didn't bring the peppers that is supposed to come with the omelet and also brought plain pancakes instead of the chocolate chip ones we ordered. This location has horrible management who are very ignorant on how to manage a store. Read the other reviews. I only see a couple "good" reviews, and there is a reason for that. Don't get me wrong, they may give good service to one table here and there! But then again, a broken watch is right twice a day right. I have given this location 3 chances to gain my business, I guess we will just cook from home, eat and do the dishes in less time from here on out. My recommendation, save your money or go to Denny's or Benny's 2 instead. read more

I had just gotten out of work and was craving breakfast it was Sunday. I came in walked all the way to the counter and didn't hear a word from any of the hostess or waitresses or whoever they were had to stare at them to get a "how many" and well it was just myself. I arrived at 1:15 i saw on my trucks gps. I ordered at 1:25 maybe it didn't take that long. After I sat there for a while and someone shouted through the kitchen door "no it's not busy" and it definitely wasn't busy just about 4 tables. It had been a while so I started to look around for my sever until I heard "Kendra your table is looking around" by now it was 2:17 and at 2:23 she came with my food. It was just huevos rancheros with over medium eggs and the mini 3 stack of pancakes that came with. I was about to just stand and pay only for my coffee but it was already made. It is away dirty..bathrooms are worst... I have eaten there 3 times food is awful..Mangers are rude never take what you say to heart or try to improve anything.. Food had hair in it,was cold none of it came out at same time..Looked like someone had thrown up in it.. requested manger to come out and look at it and taste it.. he said so ..I can get you something else..I I was polite said no thanks as I had already waited 47 minutes to get this.and there was only 3 people in the whole place..requested a refund he fought with me about it but I stood my ground and got a part of a removed only.... . Horrible experience, waiting for food was like 40 minutes. Top it off the waitress took our order and then 20 minutes came back to confirm the order, the food came 20 min later. We had to ask for coffee refills, they forgot my dads side of meat. The plates the food was on were dingy and looked sloppy, and burnt particles of food. Yuck! read more
