The workers here are worthless, every single time I come to get food my order is wrong. There was two cars in line and I waited for over 20 minutes. and than they don't put chile in any of my tacos, but they want to charge me over 25 dollars for 4 tacos. The food here is usually pretty good. The most horrible thing is the amount of time you have to wait to get your food we were in line for a total of 35 to 40 minutes. When I asked the employee if breakfast evely took this long she commented that the opened late. It really seems that the owners don't care. The manager definitely does not care and it shows in their employees. read more

Some people love it and some people hate it but IMO it's delicious . I stopped here for a quick bite to eat before going to an event and everything was served hot and quick. The service was ok and the prices are great! The chile has some heat to it not too hot but definitely not bland either. I'll keep coming here occasionally probably for the rest of my life. Don't do it. The place is filthy. You need a key to use their restrooms. They will charge you $2.20 for a cup of water unless you are specific and state you want a 'courtesy water' I. Which case they will hand you the tiniest cup made. The food is not good and the green Chile is not good. read more

But I have a slight problem with your burgers 'Bob'. You see, I had gotten the Old Fashioned burger and the onion rings. Now 'Bob', the onion rings were just perfect! Super crispy and the onion added a nice hint of sweetness. 10/10. Now, 'Bob', you may ask, "What about my burgers?" Well, I will tell you, 'Bob'. The onions. WHAT IS WITH ALL THE DAMN ONIONS BOB? This location does seem to have a rather healthy fly problem, and it made us wonder if they spend time before or after hours killing them. This Bob's would get 5 stars from me if it wasn't for the rudeness of the staff. Elisha, in particular, is incredibly rude. We arrived while she was doing something behind the counter. Instead of acknowledging us in anyway, she gave us a dirty look. Then proceeded to take a drive thru order that arrived after we did. She snapped at cook to limit how much hash browns he used, which is irritating considering that we ordered a breakfast burrito. Portions should be standardized. This is not the first time that we've been treated this way by Elisha, either. I'm going to start going to Blake's down the street. The food isn't quite as good, but at least I won't be treated like an inconvenience and have my food portions shorted. Please, retrain this extremely rude woman. read more

I love Bob's Burgers!! Ironically, I've never had a burger from here lol. I always come for their taco burgers and green chili cheese fries. Taco Tuesday is probably their busiest day, but also their slowest. They never have enough employees to help keep the line moving. The wait time is always 30- 45 minutes. The food is always great and made perfectly. My only complaint is with the pace the drive threw line moves. read more

First off food was good. But I drove up to a sign that said they were unable to take credit cards at the drive thru. This did not deter me so I went inside. I observed approx 6 employees including a Manager. I ordered 4 items and stayed at the counter for a togo purchase. They were more than able to process my credit card inside so this was disappointing that I had to get down for such a simple order. So I wait approx 5 minutes and observe the environment. The location was OK not perfect in any respect but not in poor condition. So I see at approx the 4 minute mark my order was complete. I then observe the staff all inside the managers office conversing. I had to wait until they finished chatting until they handed me my order. I then asked for a corporate phone number and was told they do not have one but give my phone # they will call me back. I have to say that does not come off as a suitable policy when it comes to complaint processing. I did not want to discuss it with the person I am complaining about. I recommend the food but until the staff is more professional be careful. On the visit before this I wanted to share that experience. I came on Taco Tuesday. Now I expect higher than average wait for fast food. But I sat in line for no less than 25 minutes. By the time my order was taken and I was in possession of it the Fries were at or less than room temperature. I would recommend avoiding Taco Tuesday if you need "fast food" as they are not equipped to handle their promotions. read more

The store manager that drives the white jeep liberty, I think her name was Alicia or something like that is very rude on the phone and acts like society owes her somthing ....I will contact the home office and lay it out on them along with reminding them they might want to start reading there comments on FB before the place becomes a total wreck because of her amateur lack of customer service...idiots like her think they are invincible but when the home office reviews and sees the money walking out the door and reputation she is making hopefully we won't have to deal with her ever again and a new manager with pride and customer service skills that deserves to run that location gets the job!!! read more

Would give negative starts if could. My sister and I went through the drive through and we waited 40 mins to get to the window, drove away and relieved our order was wrong. And instead of waiting another 40 mins my sister went in and the "manager" insisted she didn't make them wrong. When my sister went back in to show her she said "oh" and shoved the new order to my sister and walked away. I called and she said my sister was lying and she never was rude and I started getting more upset so then I asked why she lied and she said "bye you fucking whore" and hung up on me. I was so disgusted and shocked I decided to call the Rio Bravo location and talked to a manager there, she was so sweet and kept apologizing, she said that I wouldn't believe how many people call and complain about the "manager" at the Los Lunas location. She also said the "manager" refuses to give out her name to anyone. If she would talk to a customer like that my heart goes out to the poor employees who have to deal with her disgusting attitude. read more

if I could give 0 stars I would. we ordered 3 burgers. and instead we got 1 burger and 4 tacos. the tacos were sticking to the paper they were wrapped in which means they were sitting in the paper for way too long. the burger was sub par and the chili fries were soggy and greasy. I will NEVER eat at this place ever again. I would NOT recommend this place to even my worst enemy. on top of that I have severe stomach pains and hopefully nothing worse but I doubt it. absolutely disgusting. by far the worst place I've ever eaten. read more
