This morning, I decided to go to IHOP because it wasn't packed. There are only two other groups of people in house and all servers saw that we were waiting to be seated (in an EMPTY restaurant!), we waited at least 20 minutes before the lady came to help us. She sat us at a dirty table in front of a caution cone and gave us dirty menus. We waited at our table for another 15 minutes before anyone helped us. The waiter didn't even come check to see if we needed drinks or anything, the manager had to come ask us if we needed anything. Tonight was HORRIBLE!!! I've never been to a restaurant that played heavy metal and hard rock. On top of that the music kept cutting off and on. LOL. I'm sorry but I don't want to listen to Def Leopard while I'm eating pancakes. Speaking of pancakes. The first plate was dirty. The second plate had crispy pancakes. The server asked me if the pancakes were light enough when she brought them to me because I asked for light pancakes. I had already seen some dark brown pancakes on someone else's table when we arrived. My eggs barely had cheese on them even though I paid for cheese. This place was great on the weekend. We came in for dinner so there were not a lot of customers. They have been open for about three weeks. The dining room is large and very nicely laid out. Our food was served in a timely manner. My spinach and mushroom omelette was very good and consistent with what I have had at other locations. The hash browns were not the best but certainly not the worst. Crispier would be better. Today, I called ihop in order to place an order for my lunch break at work. They answered my call but then placed me on hold for ten minutes. It may have been more but I hung up and two more of my coworkers tried to call. We called about 7 times in total and no one answered our call. We ended up going across the street to farmer boys where we always have good service. They lost out on five customers because their customer service was awful! I will not even try to eat at this IHOP again. read more

Worst customer service ever! Came in with my husband and 2yr old son and werent even greeted ..and to make it worse we stood there for 20+ minutes and never even got attended as the host passed us several times a line created behind us and still nothing..we left and went to Denny's off of sunnymead not only did we get greeted ..but we got seated upon arrival... won't be coming back to this ihop. read more

Once again IHOP has made our day. We came here for breakfast and me having had a major surgery and not able to eat most things, they pleasantly let me tweak the items on their menu like no salt no butter no cheese sauce etc. I so appreciate their patients with me they are the only place I can eat when we eat out so they get two thumbs up and the manager Lisa is a love making sure my order is just right so I don't feel awful later from it. I also love how she makes sure everyone is taken care of whether there's 1 person or a restaurant full of people!! Thanks so much! read more

The style was contemporary and different from any of the other IHOP's i hafld been too and enjoyed the look and feel. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The onl6 problem was that all of pur food did not come out at the same time and some of the orders were wrong but the food was delicious. Although they did not get five stars during this trip i will return. read more

The food was not so great they had to remake my pancakes cause they messed up plus i saw a couple of guys eat and get up and leave without paying and the girl in the front and the server were in on it too they let them leave so I'm guessing they knew them... i think that's not fair when the food is already over priced and so little portions of food. Horrible service DO NOT EVER COME HERE. Take forever, argue with each other in the back where you can hear them in the dining room. And when i came here i ordered a milkshake and usually it comes with a side of extra and i brought it to my waiters attention that i did not receive it and she kept replying saying she didn't know who made my drink other than remaking it and accommodating my need. The service was poor as fuck, the order was wrong, the cooks were my biggest concern! Couldn't make a simple hearty ham omelette with hash browns on the side. I had to have them remake my omelette twice, because the egg had a dark Greece look to it, ive been too numerous IHOPS in the I.E & I've still never would've expected this poor service! When confronting the manager,she expressed that these were new employees & due to this IHOP just opening and being new that may be the reasoning! Then she goes on to explain that the cooks had 3months of training, I then ended the conversation stating that this still was no EXCUSE! The manager ended up giving me and my mother whom dined with me each of our meals were free. I have never witnessed such poor ass services in my entire life. this place is dirty and disgusting... horrible service. when i asked to be seated at a booth they sat me and my bestfriend at the coffee bar..... i asked to switch my table and she said there was gonna be a wait... 2 parties walked in with a party of 2 and they were seated quickly. i felt discriminated against because of my age she was not taking me seriously. she then sat me down and a cockroach came our from the table she sat us at. i immediately got up and left. disgusting!!!! read more

I'm glad they opened a new IHOP on this side of Moreno Valley. The was good and what you would expect at IHOP. It has a nice little coffe bar with very comfortable chairs. The wait staff sometimes looks a little lost but will give them a pass since they just opened and are probably still learning the ropes. read more

I love IHOP. My all time fav breakfast restaurant. So I was so excited for the new locati9n to open close to where I live. I love the new look of the new location, with the coffee bar. However, the service here is extremely slow. When we went, there were very few other families inside(maybe 5 other than us), and a lot of employees. Most the employees were standing around talking. This is by far the worse ihop I have ever been to!! First time was a couple weeks ago. Got seated after about 20 minutes of waiting with almost nobody even dining. order was taken and after half hour of waiting waitress comes up to us and says sorry but we can't make your food because our cook just walked out and if we want something maybe she can make some pancakes!!??!! Needless to say we left. Decided to give them a second chance. Again only a few people Dining and Again nobody is trying to seAt us and girl at the counter and manager who are both doing nothing both kept saying someone will be with us in a minute. I asked the girl at the counter what's up with the service in this place and all she did was give me a blank stare. We decided to leave again after that. I'm not sure who owns or runs this ihop but I can assure u they are ruining the ihop name and experience that I am used to getting. What are you doing to your cooks or what kind of people are u hiring that they are just walking out on you? How can u not attend to customers when it's not even busy?? Food was good. Server was nice and attentive. The part where they lost me is when I made my payment via QR code as it suggested in 2 places on the table. After I received the confirmation from my bank the payment processed, my daughters and I proceeded to leave. Tip was included Great.. nice and easy. NOPE!! My server stopped me before we walked out the and asked if I had paid. I said yes on the app. She checked and said it wasn't paid. I then showed her proof of payment from my account. My server called her manager over. The Manager proceeded to tell me that the app doesn't work and they have had this problem before. So I asked what did she want me to do. She said pay again. I said you want me to pay $65 again? Yes I yelled, yes I we upset. I basically gave them a $75 tip.... Are you kidding!!!?? And her response was, it should fall off and call me to keep me posted. Don't waste your time. Even when they have 10-15 tables they'll still make you wait 20 minutes to be seated. Doesn't matter if it's a weekend or weekday. Service at this location is really bad. Once you're seated give it ten more minutes for a server to come get your drink order. You're better off going to Denny's. read more

The interior looks great. The staff is awesome and very polite. I always get an order to go and its always ready right when I walk in the door. Ive been here a few times on the weekends as well as weekdays, you really cant go wrong with their pancakes and the server for dinner time recommended their classic burger for a really good price! service can be really bad at breakfast times but thats understandable. dinner time is really good on service though, our waitress Amanda was awsome and made sure the food came out fast and hot and most importantly she didnt take too long handling my check! that can be an issue sometimes with other servers. Love this new IHOP location in Moreno Valley. We've been here a few times and each time I am blown away by Marisol our fave waitress, speed of service, quality of food and clean, attractive furnishings. We've had Marisol as a waitress three times. She is worth her weight in gold. She knows the menu, listens carefully to my comments and makes great suggestions on menu items I may like. I am a very very picky eater so I am used to being disappointed after a restaurant meal. Last time Marisol suggested that I try a spicy pobleno omelette that was delish. Came to this location a little bit doubtful since I've had bad experiences in other IHOP near the area. We were seated by this lady that seemed to be the manger but didn't get her name. She offered us drinks and were brought right away. Promptly after our server Cindy came and took our order. The food took moderate time to come out and when it did I can't describe how excited I was to finally have my favorite Chicken Florentine Crepes done just perfect! My husband ordered the spicy poblano omelette and upgraded the pancakes to the 3 leches.. it was delicious... Now let's talk about service. Cindy was a great server, didn't even have to ask for refills because here she came with them, boxes for leftovers were also brought without even having to ask for them .You can tell she was observant of her customers needs. It's my second time here... Food was horrible.... my dishes were dirty.. When we arrived at this place there were people waiting. We were told it would be 25 minuets which was weird because we could see empty tables. There was no music playing when we got there but a few minutes after awful music started playing way too loud. When we finally got seated the place was half empty so I still don't understand the wait. The food was OK but very small servings. I felt like I needed to go have another meal to be satisfied.
