A Craving for Belgian Waffle took me to ihop. This location is open 24/7 as per online data. It was almost empty when we arrived - but lets face it, how many people want to eat a waffle at 6 pm on a Saturday evening ?! ;) There was a weird smell in the restaurant which was the only turn-off for me. I stopped in about 5 min, so maybe it was the kitchen and whatever was cooking was over and so the smell stopped too. My partner got an omelette. He tried to customize it by requesting a few serano peppers, bell peppers, tomatoes, onions and spinach, and the chef did make an honest effort to give what he wanted. It was big, so he actually carried half of it home. Vilma waited on us. She was very bubbly and helped us understand what would suit our vegetarian palettes more than the others on the menu. I wanted to try the tomato basil soup, but they didn't know if the broth was vegetarian or not, so skipped it. Vilma also suggested a pesto omelette which was not even on the menu yet ! Maybe next time. I stuck to my Belgian waffle and it was good. Warm, right texture of crispy and soft, and oh! Soo yum. Btw, their pumpkin pancakes are back on the menu as autumn has begun....

    Fantastic Pancakes togo !!!

I pretty much only come to IHOP once in awhile for 2 things I really like from this chain; The American Cheeseburger and The Pancakes. I ordered both of these togo just about an hour ago to share with a family member since they are open 24/7. Plus, we were obviously hungry on this holiday night. Just like years ago, both items were very delicious and very moist. The burger was clearly well-seasoned, very flavorful, juicy, beefy with fresh buns and cool, firm veggies. The pancakes were very good just like a fluffy cake for breakfast time. They were very easy to cut with good sweetness to them too. Nice brown, griddled top and very consistent like the burger in its own way.

Undercooked Classic Eggs Benedict with sauce that has separated.

January 3 2024 A quick trip to start our day at our local ihop. I ordered my usual, eggs Benedict classic, but it went downhill from there. Hubby ordered 2x2x2 which was the usual fare. My eggs benny were not cooked and the sauce had separated so it looked almost like melted cheese....almost. The eggs were not cooked; I like poached eggs but not eggs so runny that there was still water in the eggs. Hubby also lost his appetite. The manager apologized and was ready to redo the plate. We were however on a short time line so the acceptable solution was not to charge us for it. It seems that checks and balances were not working today; a plate that should not have seen set out by the chef should not have been brought out to the table by the waitress (see picture #3). We will probably be back....but not for a while.

So IHOP is typically for me that after hours spot but with all the changes we are here for breakfast. When we arrived the restaurant was nicely packed and they had every one six feet apart. Our waitress, who was in training, was the sweetest! She took our orders and made sure we were taken care of from beginning to end. I really don't have much to say other than the restaurant should allow trainees to get tips. I find it unfair for them to do all the hard work and not earn the money they deserve. Other than that the facility was super clean and made sure we felt comfortable. It is greatly appreciated!

It quite literally took 10 minutes to be seated. The staff were pretty nice, they smile when they speak, courteous as well. The music playing was loud, but nothing i couldn't hear my girlfriend over. We still maintained a good conversation and tone level without yelling over. We were greeted by our waiter pretty quickly after being seated, she took our drink order. We both ordered mimosa flights which came with pineapple, watermelon, peach, and raspberry. We liked the mimosas a lot. The waiter came back after about 10minutes to take our order, she made a couple of table stops before getting back to us. We ordered the Billionaires Bacon; a thick-cut applewood smoked bacon with yuzu, honey, brown sugar chili rub, and 24k gold. This was very good but it tasted like thick cut bacon with syrup on it. I also ordered the Banana Split French Toast; a caramelized banana, berried, mascarpone in a waffle cone, i think a caramel sauce with powdered sugar and syrup on the side.. very good, will be my go to every time i go back. I also ordered the breakfast burrito with a side of avocado. That had chorizo, bacon, cheese, hash browns, onions, peppers, beans, eggs, and salsa on the side. The burrito was pretty big and filling. I only ate half but it was good. A normal breakfast burrito if i do say so myself. My girlfriend ordered the 'Basic AF'; two eggs, smashed potatoes, mini pancakes, and maple chicken sausage. She said it was very good. The maple chicken sausage and the pancakes were the star of her show. Overall, great experience for first timers. I attached all pictures as well. We will definitely be back.

I hate leaving reviews like this, but this experience needs management's attention…read more When I visited this location during a family reunion in Houston, the men's restroom had an overwhelming odor of urine. There appeared to be bodily fluids on the restroom floors and on top of the stalls, extending toward the sink area. One of the urinals had a paper towel placed over it with what appeared to be bodily fluids present. The restroom needed immediate attention. While those sanitation issues were occurring, I observed someone watching a UFC fight on a cell phone that had been propped up on one of the restaurant's decorative areas. Whether it was during work or not, it gave the impression that sanitation was not being treated as a priority. I informed a server about the restroom conditions and asked if someone could address them. I was told not to have an attitude by my server (while explaining to him the plate). That response was disappointing, especially after raising what I believed were legitimate health and sanitation concerns. My partner also told me she saw creamers dropped onto the floor and then placed back into the serving container instead of being discarded. She also informed me that the women's restroom had bodily fluids on the toilets. To make matters worse, the plate my food was served on had dried food residue around the top, rim, and on the underside, which I photographed. Clean dishes are one of the most basic expectations when dining out. I hope management takes these concerns seriously. Restaurants are responsible for maintaining clean restrooms, properly sanitized dishware, and food-safe practices. Those standards protect both customers and employees. Unfortunately, this visit did not reflect those expectations.

I called the restaurant to politely ask what might be causing the issue, as I wanted to better understand why it keeps happening. Javi, who answered the phone, was friendly and understanding. Another employee from the bar area also spoke with me and was very kind. She explained that she had not bagged the order. When the manager got on the phone, I explained that I had already discussed the situation with two employees. His response was, "This is the first time I'm hearing about this. You're too far away, so I don't have anyone to drive the gravy to you. I can't give you the gravy. What would you like me to do?" The tone came across as annoyed and dismissive. I let him know that I was already planning to dispute the missing item through Uber Eats, but that I was calling because I wanted to understand why this issue keeps occurring. There was no offer for me to pick up the missing gravy or any meaningful attempt to resolve the situation beyond saying he would speak with the staff. What surprised me most was the contrast between the helpfulness of the employees and the manager's attitude. The staff members were courteous and understanding, while the manager seemed to assume I was exaggerating or making up the issue. Unfortunately, because of both the repeated order mistakes and the poor customer service from management, I won't be ordering from here again.

He also has Type 1 Diabetes, so having the option to order just meat is actually a huge plus for us. He doesn't always love having to dose insulin for every meal, so being able to get something like a pound of brisket with little to no carbs gives him an option where he can just enjoy his food without having to think as much about his insulin. It may seem like a small thing, but having those choices makes a big difference. My girls usually get the chicken tender meals, and even the kids portions are huge. There is almost always enough left over to take home, which is always a bonus. My husband and I usually share the three meat meal. The turkey is honestly the highlight for both of us. It is really good and probably our favorite meat they offer. We usually get the ribs and brisket with it as well, and everything is pretty solid. I wouldn't say it's competition style BBQ, but for a local restaurant, it's definitely good BBQ and a place we enjoy coming back to. The portions are generous, the food is consistent, and it's a restaurant that works well for our whole family. The sides are also really good and there are plenty of options to choose from. The desserts are probably the one area that didn't stand out as much for me. I tried the bread pudding, and it was just not my favorite. The flavor and texture were a little different than what I expected. That being said, the BBQ itself is what keeps us coming back. Overall, Big Horn BBQ is a great spot with good food, big portions, and options that make it easy for everyone in our family to find something they enjoy. The service is fast and it feels like a cowboys restaurant with all the animals on the walls!

They have good BBQ, but for me the BBQ brisket baked potato is the best. I get it every time, and it's always satisfying especially with the bbq sauce. The baked potato for me is so large that you can easily share it or eat from it twice. I also ordered a side of mac and cheese, yams, and corn casserole. The yams had good flavor, but some pieces had a slimy, mushy texture. The mac and cheese was pretty standard, while the corn casserole tasted almost like bread pudding with corn, which may be delicious if that's your thing. Since this was my first time dining inside, I noticed they had a large array of desserts and coffee options that I'll most definitely be returning to try. The inside of the restaurant is massive, decorated, and spacious enough to accommodate both small and large parties. The customer service could have been better. It's usually great when I order through the drive thru window, so it was disappointing that the service inside wasn't the same.
