I've been to brunch here a few times because of there prominent location and the fact after we wen the first time my daughter won't stop begging for it everytime we drive by. :-) My kids go nuts over their cupcake waffle. I usually go for the basic eggs bacon and hash brown then snag a pancake from the hubby. He didn't care for the steak omelet. Overall, this location is clean, the staff welcoming and typically not crowded. The food has been very good quality for an IHOP. The waitress said they no longer offer hot syrup...because customers and employees burn themselves but she would heat some up for us. She brought out a barely warmed small pitcher of syrup...and it sat on the table while we waited 10 minutes for our food...needless to say it was cold by the time our breakfast arrived. Pancakes are IHOPs whole stick...who wants butter that is not melted on your waffles or pancakes with cold syrup...ugh! Very odd to stop serving something because it's HOT! My wife and myself went there this evening for dinner. The place was freezing, waitress was ok. We ordered and half of my wife's dinner came late. Being in guest relations management and walking into a restaurant, typically means being met with one of the most friendliest people on staff right? Nope. Donna was the lovely person that we were unfortunately met with being incredibly rude from the start. Then we were left to never see our server until after another server brought us our food that was sitting under a heat lamp because the pancakes became cardboard. We saw the manager making her rounds and she was very sweet to other guests and stopped to check with us too. But we won't be coming back, there's a reason we don't do chain restaurants anymore and Donna just ruined the whole experience as corny as that sounds. I ordered a chicken fajita Omelette with pancakes. My husband order a big steak omelette and I'm sad I didn't capture a picture of it as well. The portion sizes were less than we expected and I spoke to the manager who was extremely rude. She leaned against the wall and glared at us. She offered to have them remake the food and take something off of the price. She took off $4...When I got home and opened the food my omelette was now made like two pancakes with and in between they put a bunch of cheese and few pieces of meat! She replaced the pancake and made it one huge one vs the 3 a piece that we were paying for. It was disgusting to say the least! I am will never eat at this location again!! The pancakes were good but you have to ask for butter on them now. The crapes were terrible looks nothing like the picture. When I wanted to ask the waiter didn't check on us one time and we were right in front of the door. I was sitting inside with some of my friends and right next to us there was a girl no older than 17 VAPING inside the store. Very disappointed, however our waitress is amazing and she is so sweet and has great customer service. Their milkshakes are also so amazing every time I go absolutely delicious and worth it. And if your going to serve a portion size this small at least properly charge kid menu prices. This place has got to have the worst service of any restaurant in Queen Creek! We've been several times and it seems to get worse every time. Today there was no hostess (on a Sunday morning), so we waited a very long time to get a table. They weren't busy. They were just ignoring the podium. Our server didn't come to our table to get a drink order for 10 minutes. Our food took 25 minutes. My omelette was bunt. We didn't get any drink refills. The bill was dropped but she never came back to take our payment. We asked the hostess (just came on duty) to help us and she told us we would need to wait for our server. We literally had to walk around the restaurant trying to find any server who would just take our money. It took an hour and a half for the four of us to have breakfast. read more

Christa was awesome and accommodated my son's request on the birthday frosting pancakes. The wait wasn't long and the food was perfect as ordered. My son would have ordered a couple of more pancakes, but the server walked past our table dropping off the bill saying to us to take our time without asking if we wanted something else. My son commented...there goes a bigger tip. Word of advice, ask your patrons one last time before closing out the bill if they want anything else.
