I order avocado on toast with eggs and tomato with a side of fruit. The eggs were delicious cooked exactly as ordered. The avocado was fresh and plentiful on my toast. Each IHOP is different. But, overall and overwhelmingly one of the best restaurants ( big chains) eateries for all kinds of occasions.

Jessica was our server. With it being busy she was still wore a smile and checked in food was actually great. We had ham and cheese omelette, breakfast sampler, and kids meal asked for breakfast burritos instead of a quesadilla very accommodating. It was nice inside very busy. Although it was packed, it was still nice. I feel a little too close to the people behind me. I feel like the booth doesn't have enough room between it. That would probably be my only thing to say that's not a positive other than that everything was really good. Hash browns 10/10. read more

Went with a friend for brunch. We were seated almost immediately. They were moderately busy. My friend had Tres leches pancakes and I had a basic breakfast with eggs over easy sourdough toast, sausage links, and I asked for the hashbrowns to be replaced with country fried potatoes (the potatoes BTW were absolutely delicious - piping hot just the way I like it). Our food was great, and our waitress was fabulous. She was cordial, helpful and attentive. I wish I could remember her name (she had an unusual name) so I could give her props. Next time I'll be more mindful. The restaurant was clean - and constantly almost immediately, and efficiently cleaned up after large groups with children and babies left, making it appear as if they were never there! Decided to go for classical American brunch and chose IHOP. Ordered chicken biscuit sandwich which was extreme dry and didn't hold together, strawberry milkshake had real strawberries wasn't extremely sweet qnd was bit sour. They were very busy but our hostess did her best to cater to our requests. The chicken fajita omelette was not bad, the hash browns were dry. The ambience is the usual ihop one. read more

Still a member of the loyalty program, which is now some sort of wannabe crypto where you earn PanCoins. Their birthday freebie is now a short stack, but I accumulated points instead for a flavored full stack. I've also dined in the evenings for their Protein Pancakes (blueberry lemon ricotta or strawberry banana) and recently for a curbside pickup. I don't have the app but it was easy to order online for curbside, confirm via text message I was on the way, then park in a curbside spot (marked with signage) and call to let them know of arrival. Brought it out to my car right away, and the containers were sealed well, with no missing utensils or condiments. Fruit toppings on the side, syrup too, but it did also have fruit cooked in the pancakes themselves. They also have a $7 deal right now on the Rooty Tooty Fresh & Fruity combo. We came here on a Thursday night. My teen went out with pals for dinner so the 2 of us went for a rare dinner sans the kid. Hehe. We aimed for the $6 HH/ $4 apps from 2-10pm (great HH hours!). In CA it is $6. I saw it is normally $5 in most other states. Lol! High Cali cost of ev're thang! I got the ham and cheese ommie plus pancakes and my lady got the chix tenders and pancakes. They were decent not great not bad. I inquired about syrup of yesteryear (blueberry, strawberry and butterscotch). Surprising, they do but on request and in to-go containers. So it is easy to see that most eateries have setup for to-go model due to this piss-ant pandemy. You can't blame them but sucks for diners now as we tend to get less for more $ and some won't open dine-in still. Still gotta bide our time until things slowly progress back to past things we were used to before. Hopefully, sooner than later. The service was good. I saw our attentive waiter was also the cashier. Last time at Denny's our great server also helped in the kitchen too! Gov wasn't thinking with paying to keep people at home. Workers are missing everywhere. Again, we all miss pre-pandemic life. IHOP is a diner so this review is focused on that genre of food. I give them five stars. Great customer service! We are always greeted and quickly seated - today was no different. Service is quick and efficient. I forgot to ask for Tabasco and flagged our waitress. She brought it in record time so I could enjoy my eggs with it. There's nothing worse than getting a condiment after you've eaten your food. I had the lemon blueberry ricotta crepes. They were delicious! I'm sad that they stopped offering the lemon butter German crepes that they used to have but this is a close second. This location is always clean and seems well managed. read more
