This is a great place. I usually don't go to big chain restaurants, but for some reason I was craving IHOP pancakes. I do have to admit I enjoy their pancakes, they are nice and fluffy.... the other stuff such as eggs, bacon and hash browns are regularly. What was great was the service... they are very nice and accommodating always checking in a small making sure that we are okay.. Just an FYI, they changed they payment methods. You pay with the server, you no longer have to wait in line... policy changed here- not sure at the other places. read more

Pictures included in case anyone thinks I'm over exaggerating. The cook thought this was ok to pack up for me to consume. I received the email confirmation of my curbside pickup order at 9:13pm. The email says my order will be ready by 9:31pm. I got to the designated parking and called to notify them of my arrival as stated in the email and placard in front of my car. Busy signal. I had a serious craving for french toast and IHOP always has great FT. I love their pancakes but they don't agree with me from anywhere. We arrived on a Monday morning for breakfast. We were seated right away. Our wonderful waitress Devon came to wait on us. Our meal was cooked perfect and arrived within ten minutes. I usually don't have an issue with their food so I really have to give the majority of my review for the outstanding service we received. Devon was the most pleasant, friendly, and efficient waitress I had ever seen. She had 5 very full tables of 4 or more plus ours and she didn't even look stressed. Great food, great service and a quiet space. We came here on a Monday evening after thanksgiving weekend. It was empty for the most part and were immediately seated and had our order taken. Service: Our waiter, James, was probably the best waiter I've had at any restaurant. Immediately upon entering, he greeted us with a smile and sat us in a private booth away from everyone else. We already knew what we wanted so he took our order after seating us and returned with the food approximately 10-15 mins later, which is a responsible wait. He even asked if we wanted the desserts to come out later once we finished our meal. He was very prompt in refilling our waters. Food: Surprisingly delicious. I thought it'd taste like microwaved food and lack taste, but all of it was very fresh. Onion rings didn't have clumpy breading, steak tips were tender and juicy and hash browns were crispy. Vibe: It was very empty for a Monday evening dinner, which is what we wanted. There were probably 5-10 people there but we were all spread out which provided plenty of privacy. I dislike posting negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing. Our order was not wrong not once, but twice. We were expecting a biscuit, gravy, egg combo and our server rang up the new chicken biscuit sandwich combo. It came with burnt/dry hasbrowns. We ordered 2 Togo orders to take back to our hotel. The first was rung in wrong. Needed Salisbury steak, got beef tips. Was remade, but all I received was a Salisbury steak Patty, no sides, no extra gravy. The turkey dinner did not the have extra gravy on the side. The packaging for these dinners left the burnt bread soggy as sat on top of the potatoes. I ordered the same thing as in the pictures however I'm not sure if strawberry's were fresh they tasted and smelled really awful even with her saying they're fresh out the bag. I used my pan points to get a free omelette and pancake apparently and she messed it up by putting it on someone else's receipt which in result she couldn't take my rewards and put it on my receipt so she took money from her tips I'm assuming and used that to make up for the error however I ended up having "two dollars tax "when it shouldn't have been that much "tax" and not really fully getting my points used towards my free meal. However she also had an attitude with frustration tried her best to avoid my table because I needed things like syrup or having her try and fix the error she made on my receipt and even a to go box was an issue to ask for like I understand it was just her but that doesn't mean take it out on me and treat me bad when I was nothing but respectful towards you making simple request. read more

I hadn't been in an IHOP for many years. My son was craving pancakes, and didnt want to wait for me to make them at home. Who doesnt like breakfast for lunch, dinner, or anytime? The restaurant is meh, and doesnt have that fresh coffee, or wonderful food aromas wafting through the air. My food rule is that if i can't smell the food, thats usually indicative of bad food. Hey, its my silly rule based on my experiences in coffee shop type restaurants. Keep in mind, thats what IHOP is. A coffee shop. There were only two waitresses working, but they seemed very capable of handling the lunch crowd. If like me, you havent been to IHOP in a very long time, the menu has changed. They offer a better variety of pancakes, crepes, and waffles. They also have burgers, and other typical coffee shop fanfare. My son ordered a stack of pancakes. The waitress was gracious when my son asked if he could take the plate of 4 pancakes and have two different flavors (buttermilk chocolate chip & red velvet) . She had them made the way he requested, and had the kitchen plate the two flavors separately. *bonus points* . The buttermilk/chocolate chip were tasty. The red velvet lacked flavor and they were far too dense. I ordered the chicken crepe. I had them hold the chicken. The veggies were sautéed and pretty good. The crepe itself was thick and not what a crepe should be. The cheese was plastic tasting. This wouldn't be on my top list of bad choices to make again. If you're looking for that basic pancake, its a good deal compared to similar restaurants. They have great hours, and fairly quick service. read more

This is a nice, clean, and friendly IHOP. Close to at least three hotels. Sure beats the hotel breakfast. I had breakfast, ordering eggs over medium, bacon, hash browns, toast, and coffee. Eggs were great with no runny egg whites. Bacon was crisp and hot. Hash browns a little under done, and toast under buttered. The server did ask me if I want more butter so I can't complain about the toast I recommend it and will go back when I'm in the area. I gave it four stars for the friendly service and cleanliness. Just walking in the door I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and busy this place was. Even the menu has amped up a bit with fruit topped pancakes or other toppings like dulce de leche, cupcake, etc. Our server was super efficient and friendly. The food came out quickly too. I wasn't expecting much, but breakfast was good. Hash browns nice & crispy, nice char on the sausage links, and the pancakes are, well ihop pancakes. The bacon was blah. Limp and fatty. I came here with my boyfriend, and only had to wait 10 minutes! It was packed, as is usually is, and we got a very tiny booth, however after ordering our waitress, Sandy, moved us to a larger table. She was very, very sweet and personally I would've given her a 5 star. The food was delicious and thoroughly enjoyed. The only complaint I have is the preparation of my hash browns. Upon finishing my meal I noticed there was beef residue, almost as if the hash browns were cooked on top of hamburger juice, which I found to be kinda gross so I didn't finish my last couple of bites. We really enjoy it here and we haven't had an issue with this location. For today's service, Mother's Day 2018, it was very busy! What were we thinking?! Obviously, we weren't because we were starving from drinking all day the day before. anyway, today's service was great! It was busy and the staff handled it very well. We waited around 15-20 minutes for a table for two. Luckily for us, we got a large booth! We were worried we would be asked to move, but gladly we were not. We each ordered the Ultimate Bacon and Sausage Combo with their fancy French Toasts made with Hawaiian Rolls- YUM! My fiancé ordered the strawberry and banana and I ordered the cinnamon toast. We had to try them... oh man! So delicious! Although I did not match the photo in the menu, the flavors were on point!
