So, I think this IHOP used to be a Perkins, and somehow that rubs off in a good way. When you walk in it's cleaner, brighter, more open, and a more appealing layout that the typical IHOP (standard functional booths in straight rows) floor design. This restaurant already feels more upscale than every other IHOP I can recall being in. Our waiter kept the Diet Cokes flowing and made a good recommendation to have the fried chicken (which my dining companion said was yummy - and it's 4 pieces of chicken plus 2 sides and choice of soup/large salad!) I had a huge crispy chicken Cobb salad, which had lots of nice, leafy, spring mix/field greens type lettuce, and their Ranch is a super tasty, creamy original perfect for crunchy chicken pieces. Surprisingly good dinner, and a surprisingly enjoyable dining experience. Would certainly go back to this location. It's definitely an upgrade to the IHOP you may have settled for before. read more

I can honestly say I would never go back here. My breakfast was way overpriced and AWFUL!!! I ordered nutella and banana crepes. The crepes were cold and doughy. They were wet, it was just an awful experience. Our server spilled 1/2 of my glass of juice and left it on the bill and did not bring another glass. We were sitting at the counter so it is not like she forgot, she just did not care that she spilled my drink. My mom ordered berry french toast. It was significantly better than mine however it was still way overpriced for three small pieces of french toast. It just just not an enjoyable experience. I never go to IHOP, but my BF and I got to Florida on a very late flight from New Mexico, we survived a night at the hotel nextdoor, and came here for breakfast on our way to Ocala! I think our waitress was Charlie, I am not certain...but she was Awesome!!! She made sure we were fed well, she returned my butter soaked English muffin for one without butter lol!! It was a surprisingly great experience!! I didn't expect such great service, but our waitress was cool, she was funny, she made us laugh, and it changed my entire view of IHOP!!! It's IHOP. Nothing fancy, but it hits the spot at 3am after a night on the town. They are usually running some kind of breakfast special that'll get some food in your stomach at a decent price in a hurry. Nothing to write home about but their hash browns are definitely a fave. My last IHOP adventure was after Wazoo this weekend and we opted for onion rings (they were alright) & white cheddar chicken crepes. The crepes and the cheese sauce were a little heavy, but it did the trick at 3am. I also had the mocha cappuccino. It wasn't that strong but I'm not a regular coffee person so it was nice to have the option of a foo-foo coffee drink. Is it fine dining? Never. Does it do the trick at 3am if you're not a fan of Taco Bell? Absolutely. Needless to say, I'm sure I'll be back. :) read more

Just sat down to enjoy a late diner in a Sunday evening. Was greated nicely and sat down fast, but that's where the great service ended. Our server was Sebastian and not sure if he was trying to be comical, but we were not amused. I ordered a club sandwich and he replied, which club. I told Him I wanted a regular club and he then told Me every place has different clubs blah Blah Blah. I told him I wanted the club in the menu minus the salsa. Then my nephew orders the Munster burger an he tells us they are out. Ok, I get that he was trying to be funny, but after making me feel stupid about the club sandwich this was Not setting well with us. We left and will not be back. read more

I love this ihop. The employees and management are always friendly . They go out of their way to accomodate all of my requests. And always with a smile. No matter how busy they are they are smiling and take the time to wave and talk to all the kids who come through. You feel like you are in a small town family restaurant instead of a big chain. I am a self-proclaimed "foodie", but I'll never turn my nose up to a meal at IHOP. Ive always had good meals here. Good, fattening, gluttonous meals here. Perfect hangover food. I still get breakfast no matter what time of day it is, though. They have a new combo that is a crazy good deal if you're looking to leave the establishment with a food baby: 8$ for eggs, bacon(because who chooses sausage?), hashbrowns, a biscuit, and a sweet cream cheese fruit crepe. Our waiter was very rude, didn't have any manners towards customer. We waited 30 so minutes to get our food and everyone who arrived after us got there food before us and when we asked why our food took so long she tried telling us because everyone else got there before us and was just very rude throughout the whole night. I wouldn't recommend coming to this location. read more

I have to be honest...while no IHOP will ever earn 5 stars, this was actually a great "breakfast for dinner" experience. My son had the banana strawberry pancakes and they were excellent! I had the new chicken fajita omelette and that was seriously a delicious omelette. All for about $20. Not too shabby :) read more

I went in around at around 08:30 after Christmas Day and was pleasantly greeted by the staff. I didn't have to wait long to be seated which was a plus. I ordered the Breakfast Sampler with some orange juice and coffee on the side and I kid you not it arrived at my table in less than five minutes! I dont go to this Ihop often and everytime I go I remember why! My food is NEVER correct! And Im not being funny, its always wrong. Something is always either missing or added. Ive ordered my food to go and Ive also dined in and I just cant with this place. HOWEVER, there is a sweetheart working there ( about a month ago) name Paige who made my bad experience not so bad. I can tell she really wants to be there unlike Shana who always ends up taking my order. And I serve so I kbow the life very well. Shana watches you walk in, walks away as if she DONT see you and then still ends up having to wait on me and my family, go figure! But that's just my experience... I am completely disappointed in the service received at this establishment. My husband and I arrived on Saturday, 1/11/2014 around 10:30 pm. I ordered a decaf and my husband ordered regular coffee. When my coffee arrived, we both orderd a dessert. I could tell the waiter was not happy. I guess he thought we would leave a skimpy tip since the order was small. Anyway, he told my husband that the coffee was brewing & left. That is the last time anyone from Ihop came to our table. After waiting about 15 minutes, a large group of people came in. We could see our waiter taking their orders. The entire time he was with them, I tried to make eye contact without success. We finally decided just to pay for my decaf & leave. We went to the cash register to pay. Behind the counter, we could see alot of food just waiting to be picked up, including our order. After being ignored for another 5 minutes at the register, we left. I will never, ever go to this restaurant again. read more

2-14-17. Brought my elderly parents here for a late breakfast/brunch meal for Valentines Day. Walked into a very nice looking restaurant. It was pretty empty due to the time (between 12-1 pm). Hostess welcomes us and hands menus to a waiter who seats us. He asks if we would like any drinks even before we sit down. I say "coffee for all of us would be great." He brings us our coffee and is quick on taking orders. I'm thinking this is going well. Our food is delivered quickly and is very good. At that time the server asked if we needed anything else. I say "not at this time." That's when it happened. Our waiter disappeared. MIA. There were no servers near us. No check back to see if we wanted anything else. I had to ask the Hostess for jelly and a glass of water. She was bothered by my request. Saw her speak to server. He laughed. He did step in and clear a couple of plates away as we were ready to leave. When paying our check no one was at the ready to cash us out. Our server was in a back dining area eating and had to leave his meal to cash us out. I realize that workers need to eat, etc., but the ball was dropped here. If the server was ending his shift, we should have been handed off to someone. No customer should have be searching out someone to get a glass of water at a restaurant. Kudos to the kitchen for good food. read more

Went there this morning to pick up an order of chocolate chip pancakes for my son. I was standing next to him when he ordered them over the phone. When I got there, the order was wrong. The cashier went and got the girl who took the orders today. Didn't get her name but she had long, red hair pulled back in a ponytail and plenty of lousy attitude. She told me the order was right. I said no it wasn't. She told me that's what the lady ordered (my son had them put the order under my name because I was picking it up). Now, obviously, she didn't remember the order or she would've remembered that a LADY didn't place it. She proceeded to argue with me about what was ordered. Seriously? It was $8.45! You are going to call a customer a liar over less than $9.00? Very shortsighted considering that we eat there a couple of times per month for a quick breakfast. Never again. read more
