The reason I say maybe is because it depends on how hungry you are. If you're really hungry for a good big breakfast no cause they don't give enough food for the price. I had 2 scrambled eggs, 2 pieces of bacon and 1 Belgian waffle. That may sound like a lot of food, but in actuality, the size of the eggs looked like it was one egg, 2 pieces of bacon not a lot of bacon and the waffle wasn't a big Belgian waffle and I'm speaking in thickness or the height of a Belgium waffle. The price was $13.00 and my husband had 2 scrambled eggs, 2 small sausage links and 2 small pancakes. The price for his meal was $14.00 he also had a coffee pot of decaffeinated coffee which was $5.00. His food seemed like it was just enough for a child. The service was very good, but I think they can do better with the portions. In total we spent $33.00 with a $5.50 tip. The food was not worth the price. read more

This location was amazing. I was hesitant at first because of the location, it even looked closed. Inside was very clean, waiter was attentive and courteous but lets talk about the cook, Duane. The food was honestly the best I've had in awhile. I typically take a picture of my meal but it was to good and i couldn't stop eating it. I had the new chicken/bacon waffles and holy hell the chicken is ginormous, and Duane cooked it up like no other. The waffles were fluffly throughout and each bite was a masterpiece. My husband had the monte cristo wrap and it was filled to the core. We will definitely be back to this location in hopes that Duane and Joey are not the only two amazing staff they have. read more

Well, this IHOP is one of the best -- beating out Bob Evans, but second to Perkins near the Unv of South Florida. I really like Village Inn pancakes too (tied with Perkins). Really, it's mostly your preferece. One is not really "better" except according to your own taste. One is thinner, one is fatter and more like cake. They all work for me. Service is usually good here, but is very busy. Prices are slightly higher than similar restaurants-- expect individual breakfast selections averaging $10, plus tax and tip. The 2 times I've eaten at this location I've been disappointed. Both times I had kids with me. This last time the store was dirty. I saw a gnat flying around the syrup. My son ordered a happy face pumpkin pancake and it wasn't until after he got his pancake and the server charged us extra for the happy face that IHOP was offering FREE Halloween faces on pancakes all month for Halloween. Why wouldn't she offer that when my son asked for the happy face that I paid extra for? They made my over medium egg order over easy...this happens at a lot of breakfast places, but it's always a tell tale sign that the cook sucks. My turkey bacon was also undercooked. The worst part of the whole experience is that we rushed out of there because someone was yelling loudly in the kitchen. Me and my boyfriend just ordered food through doordash here. When we said the name for the order they said someone had already grabbed it. We talked to the worker named Michael and he said he'd remake it. Then he came back a minute later and said they're not remaking it since it was already made. He argued saying he's not getting fired "over fucking pancakes and eggs" and then laughed and walked away. The rest of the workers were in the back laughing too. Had a fantastic breakfast with the family yesterday at this IHOP. It was slammed busy but they were turning tables and cranking food out so fast, our wait was very minimal! As always the pancakes are delicious but the omelets are my personal favorite. The side of grits and portions are nice and big and allow me to share with my daughters which is a huge plus in my pocketbook!! The prices are a little up there but the portions warrant that and since we can share our bill still winds up cheaper than most other places. Typical IHOP, loud, crowded, and food you crave when you are hungover. Our server was very kind and helpful. Had the chocolate chip pancakes because they are the only cure to a long night before. You can get the chocolate chip pancakes with buttermilk batter or with a chocolate batter, I opted for the buttermilk. They where very moist, fluffy, and didn't even need pancake syrup! This had to be the worst breakfast I've ever eaten the pancakes where raw in the middle the hash browns where just a little brown o the outside and cold in the middle the bacon look like they just cut it off the pig and through it on the plate.
