Wow on the reviews! We started coming here this year and every experience has been good. The food was fine and the servers & other employees were always accommodating- maybe once a server left our food and never came back but we didn't have an issue with that, at least we got our food! The two ladies Dottie & April-(hope I'm getting it right) and one young man during the week have always been ontop of customer service. One thing I notice each time it's never crowded but to us it's a good thing to have the whole place to yourself and a peaceful atmosphere but my hopes for this establishment to have an abundance of customers flowing time to time. Can I just give a shout out to the IHOP staff?! We brought a field trip to the restaurant for a special needs class. The waiter was patient and kind. He worked with each student with ordering a paying. He was working with the whole side of the restaurant but he didn't forget our group of teens. The manager was very kind and understanding. I know it's hard to split a check a million ways but they guys were helpful because it gave each student a chance to pay on their own which is one of the goals. Anyway. And as noted, the Pancakes, Eggs, Bacon and Sausages are all very tasty and as you would expect. We found the service to be above average. My family and I went to IHOP today, for the first time in a while. Our party of 6 was seated fairly quickly and we got our drinks in too. It took another 10 minutes before someone came to get our food order, but other than that, it was great! The food was good and we all walked out with full stomachs. Every year we have our CIF team breakfast here at IHOP. The girls look forward to going to IHOP for their delicious breakfast. The staff always takes care of our girls knowing they have to attend school after breakfast. So the service is fast and very friendly. My friends and I have been coming to this ihop since our Junior year in high school. We are now all Freshman in college and still come here after parties or get togethers. Every time we come here we are greeted by Haider, who is the general manager. He is so so so sweet and has a special relationship with all of his regulars. All of the staff is kind. This place is so bad!!! What a bummer. When we moved here a year ago it was a pretty good Ihop. Maybe it was due to better management. They must have changed it. The service is very slow and the food is very bad. Eggs were practically raw, bacon looked anemic, french toast was cold, hash browns had no color or crisp and were just mushy. My bill was $44 +tip. So disappointed. A family behind us was complaining about the food. We decided not to complain and just never come back. Sometimes you just have to let go! Hey, don't forget to visit local IHOP! They have good selection of tasty breakfast foods in their menu. I wish they had more vegetarian options though. Got pancakes! IHOP $4.99 all you can eat pancakes! Not bad right....this location is very close to Walmart Super Center. Lots of parking. Saturday morning busy busy...about 10 minute wait. Lots of choices, but for me pancakes are a must. I got the 2+2+2 and my wife went with the French pancakes. Both were good. One thing I really like is when you order coffee they leave the pot.
