My wife and I come here occasionally for a Sunday breakfast. She absolutely loves the place. The servers are nice and for the most part they are pretty good. If you are going to come in on the weekend make sure you either get there before 9:00 or you will be waiting to get a seat for quite a while. Overall great experience! read more

When you walk in the front door, look up towards the right side wall. They have daily/weekly specials displayed there. (The sign is in an odd place, many diners don't notice it) The Tuesday we ate there, it was Buy-one get one Free. I think it was only for dinner though. My bf had the SIMPLE & FIT Grilled Tilapia dinner. The fish was grilled & topped with sauteed mushrooms, onions, diced tomatoes with a balsamic glaze. It was served w/ broccoli and a house salad w/ low-fat dressing. He said it was very good, and the toppings were what set it apart from 'just another fish selection'! I sure know it looked good! And I think the whole dinner was only 400 calories, and believe it or not, he was actually full after eating all of it! I ordered the Turkey & Bacon Club sandwich. IHOP took a new approach to an original diner staple. It was served on a grilled roll, and included turkey (rolled up for nice presentation), cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo, & BACON. I loved it! It tasted very fresh, and the roll was nicer than plain white bread. I had to send back the bacon though, it was very undercooked. The waitress brought just the bacon back to the kitchen, and came back w/ properly cooked bacon. She said they were training a new chef that evening. OK, I understand. Overall, we had good & fulfilling meals, but we think we are going to stick to the 'breakfast menu'. It's called IHOP for a reason! Also, the rest. was not crowded around 5pm on a Tues. Needed a pancake fix. This one is located in the Landstown Commons and is the cleanest IHOP I've been to.

SO the only reason this has a 3 is because the female manager, showed customer service and apologized for our issues with the waitress who was useless. She took off the meal. We sat we waited we eventually ordered, we saw other people seated, who ordered and ate before us even though they sat down after us. Our waitress was very slow. The order was wrong and 50 mins later I needed to leave and hadn't eaten. To top it off I saw the waitress trying to hold two drinks and my plate was balanced by her boob which totally put me off. read more

Waited 20 minutes for bacon, eggs, and pancakes. Then when they came out... The eggs were still raw. Like runny egg whites all over the plate. Ordered blueberry pancakes... Never received them. Basically a very easy breakfast turned ridiculous. Stay away until they work their issues out. read more

So we hit up Ihop tonight for dinner. I was kinda worried about it being packed because of Veterans day but to my surprise it was empty. We got seated immediately and service was pretty good. The food is where the problem started. We got 3 meals. My wife was satisfied with her meal but me and my daughters were bad. We both got chicken sandwiches which were both raw. The waitress took the food back without hesitation and I think every person on staff came to apologize. The manager came over and offered to comp the two meals. Just had the best experience here! The food was decent, but my waitress Monica. the kind of short girl with short curly hair/and glasses. Made my families experience OUTSTANDING.... she gave us the best customer service I have ever had in my life. I will take my family to this location as long as she works her. I called to place an order on my way to work. I literally called 6 times and there was no answer. I thought they might have been busy but when I got there half the servers were laughing and talking. I said something and pretty much the girl that helped me kinda blew me off. This particular ihop doesn't have the customer service they should and I won't be coming back. If you want to have a relatively good night, do not get seated by the kitchen. Depending on the waiter/waitress you get, you will be bombarded with questions before you even have a chance to decide what you want to drink, and then they pester you every three minutes and stare at you all night. There's a difference between being a good host and just being a nuisance... the food and decor was about average, or typical IHOP fare (decent for breakfast food, but fairly lacking in the lunch and dinner department). At least the clientele isn't as shady as some of the other IHOPs. read more

I come to this location frequently. So far the best one on the beach in my opinion. The manager comes to every table to check on every guest no MN matter how busy. It was my first time at IHOP ever and I arrived around 1 AM. Through the window the waitress saw us and was already preparing menus. As we arrived inside she spent about as much time with us and seeing to us as if she were a member of our party. Never in my life have I ever had a customer service experience as amazing as the one that Elizabeth gave me this morning. She was very generous and even offered us a phone charger when one of our phones was dying. I will most certainly be returning to this location as much as possible. read more

Haven't been to IHOP for a couple of years. I banned it. Something about not getting free refills or something. Tried it again. I enjoyed it, and had friendly constructive criticism with him. I usually would get the Harvest nut and grain pancakes but noticed the calorie count was a lot higher than the others. Thought I was being a little healthier. Haha. Went with the chocolate pancakes instead. I was astonished at the size of the coffee cup. It looked like a sample cup. WTF! Apparently, this is how all the restaurants are serving coffee. I will bring my own mug next time which is acceptable. I will carry one in my car along with a can of pepper which actually allows pepper to come out. Thanks for the rant! read more

I shouldn't be as in love with an IHOP as I am but I cannot say enough good things about this place. My husband and I drive over 40 minutes to get to this IHOP because we have never had a better IHOP experience elsewhere. Ever. The food here is delicious and warm. The restaurant is clean. The servers, hosts and management are all wonderful. On multiple occasions, we have even complimented the management on their job well done. Keep doing what you're doing, everyone! read more

We were 'that' family on Thanksgiving eating out for bruch. I was pleasantly surprised by the decor and layout. The tables weren't all crowded like other locations. It was nice and bright and they already had it decorated for the holidays. It was nice and cozy in there, some places love air conditioning and freezing customers, but it was comfortable in there the whole time. There weren't a lot of people there so service was great. I'm sure our waitress wanted to be home with her family, but she was still really nice and on point. Our food was hot, fresh, and good! *preface- this general IHOP is worth 0 stars , not worth the trip to their location or this franchise. First this IHOP has always been bad, it customer service has been AWEFUL for years. Not to mention the staff- oh my goodness, they have the worst adittude problem i have ever experianced with an establishment. I think the requirment for the night shift is just to be as mean and nasty as possible. One of my visits, a server nonstop harassed my table when confronted with a 45 minute wait on asking our drink choices (there was no one in this IHOP besides 3 other tables) , we asked if we could get a discount on the drinks because we were literally waiting an hour, and she proceeded to ask if 'we were tipping'! . Then she felt so 'comfortable' to pull up a seat and talk with us for an hour and a half about her aspiring RAP career. Not to mention we got there at 12 am and didn't leave till 3! I had to work in 4 hours. My most recent visit included the most RUDE server I have ever had with IHOP. She rolled her eyes at just about every thing I said, not to mention glaring at me nastily when I confronted her about the DISGUSTING coffee bean water that they call 'coffee' (it tasted like the way they make coffee is with brown colored dirty water with ONE used coffee bean soaked in it.) , I asked if i could get a different same priced Drink and she cut her eyes at me! When she came back she had the most sarcastic ungenuine smile when she came back, as if she was trying to patronize me. Other than there horrible service. The food is normally cold , rubbery, has an odd flavor behind the 'food', the list can go on. I do know for sure, as an aspiring health inspector, this will be one of my most interesting stops :-). To sum it up. Just go to Walmart and get some Eggos. It cheaper, and you can save your time and money. read more

the worst customer experience ever. we arrived at the place at 12:20 in the morning , barely anyone in the restaurant but 5 servers. we got sat down and 10 minutes later a server came over and asked if we'd been helped. she took our order at 12:35. by 1:10 our food had not arrived yet even after she told us at 12:50 it would be four more minutes. throughout the night we only saw her twice. after our food finally got to the table, all of it was cold and there was items missing. i asked for the manager and he came over and i told him everything and he was not helpful at all and then proceeded to not be any help throughout the night. I was out of drink for 30 minutes and when i finally got it she asked if we were doing alright and i said i guess and she proceeded to roll her eyes and walk away and we never saw her again. we had to ask for to-go boxes from a different server so we could go home and reheat our food so it would be edible. all in all , worst experience at an ihop ever and will never go back. staff was bad and food was even worse. ridiculous experience. read more

I ate here a year ago and it was still kinda new. It was a busy Sunday but everything was good. But I ate there a few days ago with a couple other people and the service was fair. They didn't greet ya when ya walked in. ead you had to walk by the cashier and stand at the "Pease Wait to be Seated" sign. We did get seated promptly to a table that was not fully clean. We order various items including 2 cups of tea. 1 pot was only "warm". The other pot was "hot". And they give you only 1 teabag for 18 oz of water and charge $2.29. My scrambled eggs were obviously prepared and ready prior to the other food items served to our table. They were cold. read more

Have been to this particular Ihop a few times now and theres always an issue. Today the service was awful to say the least. Food order wrong. Way eggs were cooked wrong. Waited for drinks for at least 10 minutes if not longer. Waitress asked if everything was okay and when i replied no not really she ignored me. Why ask in the first place??!! Am not a fan of the chain as I've been to many many IHOPs in my travels up and down the east coast. I would have avoided going had it not been my mom's favorite for their breakfasts. Have to say, we've been about five times now and not only has the breakfasts (served anytime during the day) but their dinners have been EXCELLENT! You definitely get your money's worth and we've had almost all the entrees except for the fish. Our favorite waitress is Debra who greats us with a smile and efficiency even when she's swamped. The restaurant is very clean and we were quick to be seated. My fav dish is the chicken pasta. My sis's is the waffles and chicken. Mom's steak, eggs and pancake. read more

IHOP is well... IHOP. Nothing amazing, but it serves a valuable purpose. With that said, I have really come to love this particular IHOP. The location is great and the food and service is good for the money. Being a diner restaurant chain it gives that balance between a sit-down and fast food restaurant. Great place to stop in for a meal even if you are up studying at some odd hour of the night. I can not vouch for all IHOPs, but this IHOP has earned a positive review. read more

This is the worst ihop I've ever been to in my life! The food was cold, nasty. It seemed like somebody cancelled an order and they saved the food until someone else ordered the same thing, then microwaved it and served it to me. The management is even worst. They don't know how to take care of customers. Bad customer service, bad everything. I will never step foot in that dump again. read more
