Just had a horrendous breakfast. After my family ordered we went to the bathroom to wash our hands. They need to rent out the bathroom to Hollywood so they can film the latest horror movie in there. Our food came and I ordered eggs Benedict. The egg wasn't poached. It was a hard boiled egg. Our waiter disappeared so I couldn't even bring up the quality of food. I haven't been to a Ihop in quite a while. Not the best of experiences in the past, but was close by and hungry so decided to give it another shot. They did require face mask upon entering and they did have social distancing which I thought was good. We ordered coffee and it was just barely warm and weak. The waitress was very apologetic and got us a fresh pot, which was much better. I also ordered a bacon and cheese omelet w/ pancakes. It was delicious! Ihop's pancakes are always good. My husband ordered the Spinach and Mushroom omelet and added bacon and ham on top, along with hash brown potatoes. It came out beautiful and he couldn't stop talking about how delicious it was. Jessica - waitress Manager - krista I was so excited to go to IHOP this day. Haven't visited this place for a while. I was surprised that we were seated immediately. This was about 1130 am. When we were seated , we notice that the temperature in the restaurant was freezing. The waitress came over and asked us about what we wanted to drink. She came back maybe like 15 min. At that time she took our order. We waited and waited for about 1 hour or more for our food. When our food arrived, our food was Luke warm. To give you an example the butter didn't melt on the pancakes. Also my husband omelet was less than warm the sprinkled cheese on top didn't melt. My bacon was burnt, not edible. Very sad experience, especially that we were very hungry. Before paying our bill, I ask to speak to a manger. The manger came and I mention the problem. She didn't make eye contact all. She just went to the computer and comped our whole meal. She said that 2 people went home. Our waitress was okay, she can only do so much besides saying sorry. 1st visit: -Food was hot and good. -cleanliness needs to be addressed. -they had a bucket catching the water dripping from the ceiling with a family seated next to it. -place needs paint and booths recovered along with a deep scrubbing. -brought my child a placement and crayons 2nd visit (two weeks later): -Food Luke warm and pancakes crispy not fluffy -cleanliness is worse then the first time, tables are sticky and so is the floor. -greeted with another ceiling leak as soon as you step into the establishment with yet another bucket carving that water. -uncomfortably hot inside -coffee taste horrible -had to ask for a placement and crayons and was giving two blank sheets of paper and two orange crayons. My fiance and I decided to come here last night (Wednesday) around 7:00 PM. We figured it would not be too crowded (usually whenever we try and come here is on a Saturday afternoon and it's PACKED). We were greeted immediately and were taken to a booth. The girl who was our "hostess" also happened to be our waitress! Megan was very friendly, made conversation, and always checked in on us to make sure we needed any refills, to ask how our meals were, etc. My fiance got the Morticia's Haunted Hot Chocolate, and chicken and gravy platter with pancakes, overeasy eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, and white toast. (He ended up taking half home and saving it for Lunch the next day). I got a raspberry iced tea and the pancake combo (cupcake pancakes), scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, and hashbrowns. Since it was the end of the night, it seems that they ran out of the cupcake icing/cream cheese frosting that they put on top of certain pancakes. But I was totally fine with not having it on the cupcake pancakes! They still tasted delicious! Everything was amazing and I was super full afterward. Megan even made conversation with us afterward, asking what we thought of the Morticia's Haunted Hot Chocolate (she hadn't had it yet and was wondering if it was good) which I told her she should try it next time! :) The cook came out to grab our plates when we were done. I really liked how they said "Have you been helped yet?" Very professional. I ordered an unsweetened iced tea with lemon. It was around $2-$3. I believe it comes with free refills, but should double check just in case. It tastes great with two zero sugar substitutes. I ordered the steak omelette ($14.99). It was absolutely delicious. The entree also came with different sides and I got toasted white bread with butter. All in all, 5/5 stars because we were seated right away for lunch time, the waitress was great and attentive to our needs, there was a big parking lot, quality of the food, and we had a good time together. read more

Today wasn't a good day at the Warrington IHOP. I visit this location often on a Saturday for breakfast. Well today I went on a Sunday and the female manager was awful. I normally get the Country Omelette. This day the omelette was both over cooked AND the home fries inside the omelette was burnt. I asked my server for another order and she promptly went to the manager with my complaint. It goes downhill from here. The manager said hash browns looked a little burnt - not by much. "Just a few pieces" she stayed. She examined a portion of my food with my fork and said she couldn't offer another Omelette. I asked what could she do and her reply was nothing. I then showed her myself by opening the rest of the omelette to reveal totally the contents of my omelette. She then agreed to replace and order a to go omelette. I wish we didn't have to go back and forth with this issue. Poor customer service from this particular manager. I've never had to send back food. I guess its a first for everything. read more

Just left this IHOP and truly appalled at the manager's behavior. Taunted by a manager in the foyer when I was speaking to her about the issue we had. Laughed at and told to go ahead and call corporate or leave a negative review because she doesn't want people like me coming there anyway" What happened? We were told in advance by a female staff when we called that they were still running the free kids meal with an adult meal. Literally the reason we "talked the kids into breakfast for dinner" bc of the information by the staff when we called. Had great service, great food, complimented both server and cook and asked for the bill. We inquired about the kids meals not being comped and the server checked with a manager who came to the table to inform us that deal was over. We responded that we had called and I even showed her the call I placed on my phone with the time stamp. The manager responded that she couldn't do anything. To which I responded, "ok I guess we have to pay the bill, but for the record we did call and was told ......" she said wasn't not willing to comp it and I responded that I was going to have to call corporate to complain bc that's not really good practice" "she said she could write her name down for me" whatever. So we went to pay the bill. The staff who closed me out at the register confirmed she was one of the only 3 female staff there. The manager, her, and our server. So I turned to the manager Angelic and informed her that out of the three there one of them gave me inaccurate information and it's really bad practice to not compensate us given the circumstances and I'm now expected to pay MORE money then I was supposed to and then tip on top of that. So we didn't tip. Yes I know it's not the servers fault but it's also NOT my fault either that her staff isn't properly trained and informing their customers inaccurate info and then lying to boot. She responded that people she doesn't want people like me to come back who are going to not tip and leave inaccurate reviews. For the record not typing doesn't mean some manager gets to loudly laugh at a customer and tell them in front of other customers that "they don't want someone like me coming back there" over a $6 kid meal. Angelic informed me that she was only a manager for a month and that her supervisor who was on this evening told her "she did everything right and by the books so (Angelic) didn't care if I complained and to go ahead and post" Obviously I'm calling corporate Monday when they open. Worst place ever!!! The manager, Kevin, is on a total Power trip. I was there this morning eating my food when the manager started screaming at my waitress. She was nothing but helpful and accommodating to my requests. The manager used vulgar language and was demeaning to my waitress threatening her. This isn't the first time I've heard him do this. This is a great place to go. We came here after church and ordered the combo special. Which included 2 eggs, hash brown, 2 pancakes and your choice of meat. It was about 8.99. We also ordered coffee which came out hot. Our waiters name was Ben and he was really friendly and made sure we had hot coffee all the time. The service was fast and we didnt wait that long for our food. The noise level was average and when we left there was a line waiting to be seated. The wait was about 20 mins when we left but I think thats more on the high side. I think it was like a 10 min wait because they were clearing a lot of tables when we left. I will definitely come back here because of the good service and food quality. Oh I almost forgot the manager also made sure we were okay and to see if we needed anything. Hello I haven't been to IHOP in quite a while. I love their pancakes, bacon temptation omelette, and their beverage selection is incredible. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I love this IHOP! I often like to eat at this IHOP before a matinee over at the Warrington Theater it is the perfect combination!! Naturally, the food is fantastic and so is the service too. The employees and managers are always seen walking around Interacting with customers and helping out which is always a plus. It has decent parking too, and if you need to get out onto Easton Road (Route 611) then there is a light in the same shopping center you can use, (there is also a light to get onto County Line Road which is where I usually come from too). The only possible downside is it can get crowded and a tad cramped for a wait, but honestly the only reason it's like that is because IHOP is that amazing. In the end it's worth it if you are in the mood for fantastic breakfast food. read more

I really wanted to enjoy my visit to this location. We stopped here hungry for a late lunch on Sunday. The sign on the door said "Closed". It was actually open. That should have been a warning for us. After a 15-minute wait, we were seated in the dining room close to the kitchen. It was a bit shabby, with wall paper peeling off the upper metal serving areas. A pleasant waitress took our drink order, and served us moments later. My decaf coffee was warm, and a bit burnt, but because of the busy waitress, I didn't complain. Our orders were taken (we both ordered the same thing) and then we waited. And waited. For at least 40 minutes. When the breakfast crepes appeared, one looked good, and the other burnt (yeah, like the coffee.) They were also cold. Sorry, but no excuses here for an egg specialty restaurant to serve cold eggs. The replacements arrived. Better, but not hot either. I think I'll start cooking eggs at home again. read more
