Food is very good and exactly what you would expect from a chain breakfast place. Our only issue is that the service wasn't good at all. Walked in with a group of 7. Was given a wait time of 20 minutes by what turned out to be the manager. After the 20 minutes I approached the manager because I was concerned that they kept filling the tables that could have been pushed together for our group. It's at this point that I found out she was the manager. I told her I was looking at a series of 4 tables that could have more than accommodated my group and she just filled it with two groups that had just walked in but I had 3 children who have been waiting patiently for over the quoted 20 minutes. She turned towards the hostess that was there and told her to respond then said that one of those tables were not wiped down. Huh? I told the manager that as an HR Specialist I could hell her she clearly could not to the job. She then asked another subordinate to "deal with this". I asked for her GM's contact info and she said he was in the kitchen ... huh? I asked her to have him come visit me while we were seated and she said he was busy. I told her she could give me the contact info or he could come out. I GOT NEITHER. Meanwhile, the stuffed French toast came out iced cold when we sent it back, it had clearly been microwaved because all of the filling was melted on the plate. Two managers and a GM on the property and the couldn't handle breakfast at an IHOP. I don't know what to say except find a different occupation. This place was not the best at all. Waiter was super kind and trying his best to keep us happy but unfortunately we were very unsatisfied. Coffee set at the table was gross. Tasted super sour and asked for another one and the same thing. Good choices were mostly breakfast and sandwiches and just not the best for someone who can't eat meat. the worst service EVER at the Warrington IHOP wait ten minutes at our booth for our server, gets order wrong and have to send back, wait ten minutes for creamer for coffee, have left overs to bring home and we get a small container that the food won't fit in and I am told that is all they have ‍ given one packet of grape jelly for four pieces of toast again have to wait for server to pass us by to ask for more... never once did she ask us how are food was .... can you say NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! read more

The manager is absolutely wonderful. He goes above and beyond to make sure guests have what they need in a timely fashion. He always greets customers with a smile... he even sends you away smiling. I have not been to an IHOP in awhile and decided to stop in on a Saturday morning for breakfast. We went around 10:30am and were seated immediately upon our arrival. Our waitress was very friendly and greeted us the moment we sat down. Drinks came back quickly and our order was taken soon after. I ordered the cage free egg white veggie omelet and my boyfriend got one of the egg combos that came with pancakes on the side. Within 10 minutes of placing our order, the food came out. Really great and quick service. However, the reason for the three stars is the food was only mediocre. Vegetables didn't taste fresh, pancakes were dry, and the bacon slices were pretty dinky. The women's bathroom was also disgusting. Looked like it had not been cleaned in months. Made me wonder how they kept up with the kitchen. Overall, we received great service but the food was like most chain restaurants... mediocre. read more

We decided to go to IHOP after we watched a movie at the regal across the parking lot. Granted, it was 11 at night and they were clearly understaffed. Surprisingly the place was packed, and I could only see 2 servers and 1 hostess/manager. We were seated immediately however we waited close to 20mins to even order drinks. Eventually the manager ended up waiting on us and serving us. Food was mediocre, and i don't expect much in the way of IHOP food. Kinda a shame, I liked IHOP in the past. read more

No more of that! Just old, sticky basic flavors on the table now. Geesh, that place is so sticky I feel like I need a shower just from the memory of being there. We went because the kids wanted to try it. The french toast was like cardboard. The pancakes weren't fresh and fruity, more like sad and pooty. The waitress was very nice. And if we wanted her attention, it was easy to knock on the window where she was outside smoking to get her to come back in and help us. The only reason we came here was because the last time we were here, we were given a coupon for a free meal because the service was abysmal and the food just okay. The manager assured us things would be better after their remodel. The decor was different this time, but not the ineptness of the servers. If you ask for a box, they smile and nod like they understand what you're asking for, then disappear for twenty minutes and come back with no box. This has happened on previous occasions with anything from drink refills, to things we ordered not being brought out, to getting the check. Also, they changed the way they prepare the chicken florentine crepe, and it's not as tasty as it was before. This last time, we had to ask twice for a box for our pancakes, and when the server finally brought one over, it was a tiny one the wouldn't fit the pancakes. I've been coming here for years. Always good food and good service. Updated interior and clean. I like being able to order breakfast any time of day. My default is the veggie omelette. It comes with spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, Swiss cheese and hollandaise sauce (which I skip). It also comes with your choice of side. I got the pancakes. I hadn't come in for about 10 years because of not so great experiences. But I started coming is semi regularly about a year ago (I love the griddle combo of french toast, eggs and hash browns). I would say I've been here at least 10 times the past year. It is always wonderful. Servers are always great. Manager is always great. Food is great. I love the hashbrowns because they are crispy and not oniony. One time I even reached out to IHOP regarding my wonderful experience and got the sweetest reply. This is a good solid IHop. Clean, good service, quick turnover (short wait times), and we've never had a bad meal here. Always tough choosing between lunch/dinner foods and breakfast so it was really nice seeing that they have added items that combine them both. Kids love the food and no matter if they're getting breakfast or dinner they have to have the app sampler. Food was the only half decent part of the trip to the IHOP in Warrington. What a disaster of a restaurant. Rotting door frames, broken glass on front door, eggs wedged in the seat of our booth, what looks like boogers on the wall, and the bathroom was disgusting. When we were sat down, the table was a mess, sticky, and had crumbs of the people's food before us all over it. Our server, Lea, was terrible. Rude from the jump. Digging her fingers in eggs on a plate while serving it to us. rushed us out, basically shoving the check in my face without asking if we wanted anything else. I hope she wasn't expecting a big tip from us. She's lucky she even got one. Obnoxiously loud talking to fellow employees, laughing for everyone to hear. The best part, most of the time talking about the customers they are serving, making comments such as calling customers ugly. I checked this IHOP out the morning of a friend's wedding for a quick bite to eat with my 5 month old daughter. This location is def doable with a baby, I sat the infant car seat on the seat next to me in a booth. I ordered the country omlette with pancakes. THe omlette was HUGE, def enough to feed two people. This place know how to do it right when it comes to breakfast. They di a nice job of catering to the kiddies by making breakfast foods fun and festive. (Just what exactly is that blue stuff they put into the plastic cups with straws?). Love the pancakes and love their 3-egg omlets too. Their crepes are dissapointing, not real tasty and the fillings are meager. It gets really crowded on weekends for breakfast, so consider doing breakfast for dinnner, or timing your visit real early or later on weekends, otherwise you're waiting a long time! read more
